Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Merideth had only seen places like this in pictures and movies. She'd imagined them deep in her mind when she read books describing the smell of sea air, the vibrant colors of the exotic plant life, and the swaying of palm trees. She'd never imagined she'd be able to see such a place for herself... until now, at least.
She had already moved into her dorm, and she was to start going to classes very soon. But right now, she has other things on her mind. Well, more like one thing: Exploration. If she's going to be spending the next few years studying here, then she's going to need to have to take a look around. After all, how else is she going to find good places to avoid people when she wants to be alone?
Haha, I kid. But really. In her mind, it's probably best if she just stays out of everyone else's way as much as possible.
After unpacking, she went off to explore the campus, looking for the library. She had yet to get her school uniform, so she was out today in what she'd travelled in: a faded yellow T-shirt and her comfortable tan capris. She was still a little off from her nap on the flight over, so she might have missed a lot of the details about the campus layout... but she can find her way, right? Of course she can! The library was right over--
Oh. Hm. That's not the library. Let's go over--
...Nope. Hmm. Maybe it's--
--or it could be--
--no, wait, she's certain that it's--
...Wait... am I even on campus anymore?
Turns out, she'd wandered her way towards the beach. Given, she could probably find her way back, but... You know what? This place actually doesn't look too bad. Say, is that a palm tree over there?
She wanders over to it, smiling to herself. Maybe she could relax here for a bit. She'd brought a book, too, so she could test this place as a potential reading spot. She sits herself down onto the ground next to the tree and pulls out her old copy of A Study in Scarlet to reread. Or, in her case, re-re-re-re-re-re-re... You get the picture. She hums to herself, continuing from where she left off, laying on her stomach as she lets herself get pulled into the wonderful world of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Birch was hungry. It was a full week since his last meal for pickings had been slim. He hated to admit it but that imp Slarr at least had some uses in driving prey to him and the giant Thudd but prey was scarce with Slarr spending more time at the campus and Thudd sleeping longer and longer Birch was often left to his own devices.
Today he was closer to the edge of the forest hoping to see someone nearby at least, though he had not imagine how he was going to coax them into the forest and he was loathe to leave it.
Maybe if he tangled them up with vegetation long enough to approach? He considered this when he felt excitement flowing through him as he moved to the southern boarder of the forest. There was a student at the beach and while he dreaded leaving the forest he noted that she was very vulnerable lying on her stomach. Furthermore she was in the shadow of a palm tree which he judged to be 80 or so yards away … he could phase to it …
Had he not been so hungry he would not have even considered it but Birch was and did. He stepped into a nearby tree as if it were not even there then popped out of that palm tree some distance away, his shadow falling upon the student as he emerged from the palm tree, a grin on his features as his green eyes gazed down upon her form. There was no other vegetation here to secure her with so he had little choice but to over power her in a crude fashion which he was certainly about to do ...

Merideth blinks as a shadow falls over the page. She actually takes a second to squint at the page a little more before she realizes that there's someone behind her. She turns around, eyes widening for a moment as she lets out a high, almost cute little yelp. Oh crap, she thought she was alone! She barely seems to give the creature behind her a look, probably only long enough to realize that yes, there was something there, before she shuts the book and tries to scoot away, closer to her green canvas bookbag, looking away completely.
"I-I'M SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WAS YOUR SPOT I'LL JUST BE ON MY WAY."
So she supposes that this place was taken. Well, there's always next time, right?

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Birch gazed at her as she scooted away though he was too hungry for things to be noticed. Shock, or was she experienced with the nature of this island? He did not care which, nor did he care for her excuses.
He had needs, he needed to be nourished and she was unlucky enough to be here. Another thing she could chalk up to her curse no doubt. If she were just 21 yards further away … he couldn't have jaunted that far and would not have dared traveling over the open territory with no vegetation to hinder her it was likely, very likely, that she would have gotten away,
I need you …
He confessed as he snatched at her ankle, a grin coursing over the rough features of his face.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
She continued to scoot away until she heard the male voice, and felt something grabbing at her ankle. She actually froze for a moment, confused, blinking, brows furrowing a little. That texture... what... is it? It's like... bark...
Did... did... the spirit of the palm tree come to life due to her trespassing?!
...Wait, no, that's silly. Palm trees don't have spirits!
More importantly, something needed her. Something that sounded male and, therefore, probably shouldn't have been there. Something that was trying to grab her ankle. She should probably start worrying about that right then.
She tried to twist her body around, her shirt hugging her writhing form as she tries to kick off whatever is grabbing her using her free leg. "P...Please don't do that, I'm--
Her eyes widened she finally got a good look at him through her askew glasses. Despite her obvious confusion and shock, she just kept on on trying to get away, mouth slightly agape. Get away now, think about what's going on later.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Futile. It was futile to kick at him for his limb was unyielding. There were no nerves there that if struck would slacken his grasp though he was grabbing at her other leg. It was very tempting to take her then and there, to feed his hunger though instinct drove him to get out of the opened.
When she realized what he was, what she was actually dealing with Birch grinned in delight. So he was her first monster, that or she was simply surprised at being caught unawares … no, if she had been experienced in that she would not have been so vulnerable to begin with. His hands release her ankles and seize her hips then.
You what ... He could guess, not that he had cared. Had she not been with anyone before? That made little difference to his hunger … his need … still if it were her first time perhaps he wouldn't be so rough with her. He would think about it as he hoisted her up and slung her over his shoulder as he headed towards the nearby forest.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
An odd shiver traveled down her spine at that grin. There was something very telling about this creature's reaction, something that was telling her what was to come. She's honestly not sure what to say, what to ask first, what to tell. She wanted to get away, get far away from it, but at the same time, she was wondering just what it actually was. How its biology worked. Was it actually made out of wood? It certainly seemed steady enough to be, the way that her foot wasn't having much effect.
That odd, telling sort of feeling built up even more as the hands traveled to her hips, eyes widening as she realized the creature's intention. "I... I don't... do this sort of..." She flailed as she was lifted onto the creature's shoulder, wiggling around as she tries to comprehend what's going on. "W...Wait, I... m..." Come on, Merideth. Complete sentence. You can do it!
"M-MY BAG! I need my..." ...Really. Out of all the things you could complain about, ask about, anything, you talk about your bag.
"P...Please, put me down! I'm sorry, I'll leave, I won't tell anyone, just please, I c-can't...!" To be fair, she probably won't, either. What with her not having any friends and all. And even if she did, she probably wouldn't be able to articulate what happened properly. And she'd sound like a lunatic.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
I've already said that I need you ... So to let her go now would be foolish and setting her was a no no until they were in the forest at least where he could command the plants should she try to run. Here he would have to rely on his own speed to catch her, he wasn't slow but nor was he exceedingly quick either.
He turned towards the bag with her still on his shoulder. Of all the things to worry about then …
He unzipped it and thrust the book she had been reading in it before snatching the bag. Really he did not care about it and would have normally ignored such a petty concern if he were not going to get that blossoming flower that he needed so much.
So he took her to the froest some distance away from the edge before he plopped her bag and her down to the ground.
I am sure you are aware what happens now, little girl.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
As she was tossed onto the ground, she started to scoot back, grabbing at her bag, but not... leaving. Not yet. Just trying to make some sort of distance. She still looked terrified, given, but other than the gut-wrenching terror of not only possibly being raped, but being raped by a... a... tree-guy? She wasn't even sure what the hell he's supposed to be.
And he kept saying he needs her. She didn't understand that, didn't understand it at all. She wasn't pretty, she couldn't really... give him much. Probably the most she had ever done with a guy that wasn't her father was get hugged by one from behind once. And that was because he mistook her for someone else. Not to mention getting squished between people while she used public transportation.
"I...I'm sorry," she told him, voice trembling, voice barely audible. "I... I can't... do this. I don't... I mean, I know how, but I..." Tears that had started to gather in her eyes earlier start to fall down her flushed, freckled cheeks. There are just so many questions, so much confusion, she has no idea where to start.
"...I haven't done this before..."
Yes, that would probably be... well, maybe not the best place to start, but it's better than the bag comment.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Unfortunately for you, you don't have much of a choice ... He was impressed that she had not tried to run just yet though even so he was taking no chances that she wouldn't later change her mind so tendrils drifted down to encircle her wrists drawing her arms above her head and forcing her to rise to her feet bringing her up to a height level to his eyes.
He inspected her then as if looking for flaws and seemed pleased about something.
Don't worry, I will be gentle … your name?
He unbuttoned her shorts and zipped down her pants though he wasted little time in sliding a hand beneath her panties, rubbing against the button of her sex, encouraging it to made a showing, to harden but more importantly to moisten her passage to make her ripe for harvesting.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
She let out another little surprised yelp, eyes widening as she felt something grabbing at her wrists. She stared at her now-bound wrists, her voice barely audible. "H... How did y--ahh!" It was at that moment that she was lifted up, and she suddenly felt her senses coming back towards her, somehow telling her that now would be a good time to try and escape, to slip free. It was most likely far too late for that, but hey, no harm in trying.
As he inspected her, she just looked away, staring at the ground a bit to the side. She never had gotten used to people staring at her. Hell, she was even nervous about it when she went to the doctor. It all just felt weird to her. What was he even looking for? Maybe once he got a good look at her, he would decide that she wasn't worth the effort and let her go... right...?
...Right?
Nnnnope. She's going to have her virginity taken from her by Treebeard Junior on her first day at her new school. Oh, but don't worry, guys, he'll be gentle about it!
All things considered, though, other than the fact that she's not even sure how a creature like this could exist, bad turns like this this were pretty par the course for her.
"...I...It's... Merid--" She cut herself off. Why was she telling him her name? He was raping her!
Her temporary confusion (temporary... HA. Who are we kidding?) distracted her from what was going on, and all of a sudden, she felt his hand sliding down into her panties. She tried to move away from the contact, more out of natural impulse than any real attempt to fight him off. After all, she knew that she probably wasn't going to get away from this. She tried to lift her feet up to to push his body away, or at least to delay him for a little longer. "W-W-W-Wait! I... I don't... Why do you need me? I don't..."
Then again, it is perfectly possible that he was just saying that he needed her like some guy in a romance novel needs his lover, but something was telling her that it wasn't quite the case here.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Meredith? He finished the name for her for that seemed to be what she was getting at. Dangling her like a worm of a hook it became apparent she was stuck especially as she used her feet to try to push him away from her. He did not budge and while he was hungry he had to coax that nectar forth.
His finger caressed her love button in tiny little circles. He was true to his word thus far, he was gentle at least. I can control and animate plants ...
He answered her earlier question. She seemed quiet inquisitive despite the situation she found herself in. Until he had coax her juices into flowing he did not mind speaking to her though and was at least cordial in that regard.
Plants seized at her shorts drawing them down her legs and discarding them to get them out of the way. A hand settling over her breast, squeezing it with the cloth between them …
Why? I crave your nectar, need it to survive. It's been far to long since I have last feed, too long in fact I even left the forest. I never leave the forest but you were close enough. I need you, Meredith. You will give me renewed vitality.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
She quickly saw that he wasn't going to stop, or even slow down, as he kept attempting to prepare her body. She squirms with discomfort (though less so than before), moisture slowly starting to seep between her lower lips despite herself. She was still afraid, still confused, but the explanation that he gave somehow seemed to calm her some. She still has plenty of questions, but there's at least some sort of reason for it. This seemed to allow her body to relax some, beginning to react properly to the rough finger gently encircling her slowly hardening clit.
She blushed even further as a hand moved up to one of her breasts, caressing it through her shirt and bra. It felt soft, and a rather decent handful considering her small frame. One usually wouldn't be able to tell, though, considering how she usually wore baggy clothing and T-shirts over them. She stopped struggling so much,00 though she doesn't really seem to be fully enjoying it either. Her pants slid down her thin, freckled legs easier than they probably should, though she made no move to actually assist with the process. Her legs did lower, though, hanging back down towards the forest floor, no longer trying to kick him away.
Despite what was going on with her body, she tried to distract herself, distract her thoughts from the process. Despite her fear, and despite her... yes, arousal-- she'd admit that at least part of her seemed to be enjoying it, since it's a natural biological reaction-- she was still curious.
"...My... nectar?" she repeated, the slightest change in her voice. She sounded a little quieter, a little breathier, as if trying to hold something back. Barely there, but if one was listening for it, they could tell. "...Does it have to... come from my..." Her lips pressed together, and she went silent, trailing off, leaving the implication there. She still hadn't looked at him. It tended to be a lot easier for her to talk to people if she didn't look, and that she could pretend that they weren't looking, either. "I-I-I mean, I don't... I don't like pain, but... I could... I could... I mean, if blood would work... Or... or saliva? Could it be saliva?" Any way to get out of this, certainly.
But, to be honest, that wasn't the only reason. She was actually genuinely curious about this creature. Yes, it's raping her, but it's also like nothing she'd ever seen before. She wanted to know how it worked.

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
Birch thought for the barest of moments. No, it does not need to come from you but tapping the root is the most effect means of harvesting you nectar. I do not need your blood or salivia in the least, just your nectar …
She was coming around now, good it would be more pleasant for her this way. He noted that she gave up with attempting to keep him away or realized how futile it was.
Some nectar collected between her thighs but not much, her body was slowly reactin to his finger as other vegetation began to draw her panties down and aside, his finger twirliling against that clit a little faster now that he was unhindered by clothing.
His hand squeezed her breast.
You will feel no pain due to the enzymes that are released during the harvesting process. In your case I have elected to release even more to compensate for the increased pain that you would otherwise experience ...
He explained the simple situation to her as his finger still rubbed against her in his quest to feed ...

Re: Not in Arkansas Anymore (Open)
While it seemed that he may have misunderstood a bit of what she was asking, Merideth supposed that it answered her question well enough. She thinks to herself carefully as the creature draws her panties down and to the side, feeling suddenly very, very exposed. She blushes further as she tries to press her soft thighs together around the creature's hand, though that only seems to trap it there. At least she feels a little less on display, though not by much.
Seriously, though, if it weren't for the fact that she knows that it's useless to fight back and that she can't move her arms or run away, she would probably be kicking and yelping and crying all over the place. She's remarkably calm, all things considered. Given, there's still some tears, and she's shivering a bit, and she doesn't look even the slightest bit comfortable as she hangs by her arms.
Oh. Right. And the whole rape thing. Don't forget that, now.
"T...That's very... ah... generous. Of you," she mutters, eyes closing slowly. "S...So what you're saying is... if you don't... ah..." She searches for the phrase that he used. "...harvest my nectar..." She blushes further at the implication, and... did she just get a little wetter saying that? Or it could just be what his hands are doing to her body. Yeah, that's probably it. "Y...You'll... you'll grow weak? Would you... eventually die, or...?" I mean, rape for the sake of rape is one thing, but if this creature somehow needs her in order to live, then... well, that's another thing entirely. Sort of. Maybe.
Well, she'd still feel terribly uncomfortable about the idea, but she may at least not object quite as much to her predicament. I mean, who could blame him? ...Well, she still would, certainly, but she wouldn't hold it against him too much.
And lord knows how much you don't want a scrawny little nerd girl to hold something against you.
...So yeah, he can basically answer how he wants here.
