Personality: Ortix is a simple being governed by simple instincts of his donor that makes him rather malicious. He is callous though delights in tormenting students.

Fighting Style: Ortix tends to use stealth to sneak up on prey then overwhelm them.
Bio: Ashen scientist Marik Ashjonte was blessed with a brilliance that few of the other Ashen had possessed. As a species the Ashen were super smart putting genius' to shame. Among geniuses Marik stood apart the only thing was that the near-human had a short time to live now, well he had lived about five decades though it was on his work on the Ashlyn project that he had first been exposed to the chemical agents that mutated the composition of the insects.

Falling health meant a removal from that project as his cells continued to deteriorate. Though with little time to live now Marik began to work on the Ortix project with other scientists. While his health had failed him to the point that he was little more than an observer for the project he worked with scientist on the use of the slime as a bio weapon if they could only program it to the point that it obeyed simple commands.

The slime split easily enough, the smaller components identical to the larger one in all means but size it had been theorized that with a little guidance Ortix could make a fine weapon though the scientists were symbioses by the problems of generating a means of controlling the near mindless creature which seemed interested in just eating and splitting when it grew too large.

That was when Marik came up with the idea of using a hybrid with all the smarts of a human for instance which would allow some measure of control. Marik even volunteered as a test subject. While calibrations had to be made for him as he was not quiet human Marik was already dying from the wasting disease anyway and had a few more months of utter agony to look forward to.

In the end Marik and Ortix were forced together. The experiment was an utter failure, the two species could not be compatible or would not have been had not Marik been exposed to the very nature that warranted this experiment in the first place.

Ortix found that the condition Marik suffered from broke down his organs turning them to goop. Life moved on. Eventually Marik died though a portion of Ortix still inside him after all this time dissolved the body able to do so from the wasting condition ailed him. In a sense he was eaten and Ortix, at least the small essence that survived within him for all this time absorbed the scientist until the memories of the scientist imprinted on him.

However, Ortix believes he was a scientist and not a simple slime. He believes that he does not remember who, or what he was prior to all this and struggles to 'remember' more about his life as he has fleeting memories of Marik's life that has been imprinted upon him from this earlier connection.

Still driven by his base needs Ortix has been unleashed on Shokushu. He can sense his 'parent' ooze but the thing is too simple minded to be of much help although he found that he could control the ooze as if it were a mere extension of himself. In a sense it is. While searching for answers of his past he has used the name Ortix thinking it is a clue that will lead back to him discovering what really occurred though he sees the other slime as a burden. All the while he is driven to fulfill Ortix's baser needs and thus the terrorizing of students begins ...

Abilities
Acidic Touch: Ortix's touch dissolves leather and cloth though it is ineffective against glass, metal or stone. Nor is it able to harm flesh.

Amorphous: As a blob Ortix can reshape himself. He does not need eyes to see and can sense all things within 60 feet of himself. He can climb sheer surfaces with ease. He can split apart, each part under his control and acting as directed by a single mind.

Camouflage: Ortix can change the color of his “skin” to better blend in and is usually brown or green in nature though he has been a wide variety of colors based on his terrain obviously.

Pseudo Pods: Ortix can generate up to a dozen appendages at once.

Sense: Ortix can sense the presence of his “parent” slime up to 72 hours of being at a particular area. He is aware of how long and strong the presence is. He can control his parent ooze though has no connection over others.

Shapeless: Ortix can take a vague shape of near any creature of his mass or smaller. He always appears as a slimy mass and unable to pass as Human though he can take a humanoid shape. He is able to reshape any part of his form in a near instant. It takes him effort to maintain a shape though and any lapse in his concentration affects this accordingly.


Vulnerabilities
Cold:Extreme cold makes Ortix sluggish. Not just that but he becomes more solid and susceptible to blunt attacks then nor can he shape change. A strong attack of heat of prolong exposure to it brakes any cold effects on in.

Well, the story sounds extremely similor to my own character... And to be honest, unless he comes from offworld, the only place that could have human males would be NICE Labs...

Though sadly, I'll give it a more though look-over later.

I'll change it up some and add to it, it's rather bare boned as it is and severely lacking as far as whe I usually do mainly wanted to get the basic abilities out there and hope to have it worked out some more tonight and tomorrow

Expanded on it a bit. Still somewhat tinkering with this though. Changed a few things and added the quality of him controllling his less sentient parent.
