Midnight stares at her shoes uncomfortably. She mumbles something unintelligable.

"You don't have to tell us if you don't want to," Dani said.

"The exact words they said were 'Only permitted to use electrical or incendiary appliances in a controlled environment'" Midnight says, a slight smirk.

She is awful curious but agrees with Dani, nodding to back her up on this one. “Yeah. OK, I got the stove then.”

Danielle started shredding the cheese. "We need to get the ingredients on the pizzas before we cook them."

Midnight clapped slowly.

“Of course,” Rhaine giggles. “I wouldn't expect you slackers to give me just dough, now get to work!” She kids, in a way it is the help get over the earlier embarrassment. Of course it would be relatively easy to shatter her demeanor too if someone pushed too hard against it or pushed in just the right place but it beat her being all sulky, even if she had shocked Midnight … well, she partially shocked her she supposed. Midnight new she like woman and while she did not really speak of Dani there were times where she had gotten real stressed resisting the other girl's pseudo advances. In a way she was glad that they were pseudo advances, in made her rejection of them easier but she was shocked that day, well today she got to shock Midnight back but how long before the secret was out amongst the campus … she reckoned everyone would know about it by week's end. She only wondered if the other girls would speak about the “weirdo” behind her back or directly teased her with it. Whatever was most effective she thought.

"Maybe you guys can work, I'm taking a power nap until the pizza's ready, I've been overworked", Midnight says, flopping onto the sofa again.

((Most of the time, Midnight's mood reflects my own. I recently finished a whole ton of stuff, so I'm taking a well-deserved break. Meaning plenty of time to rp))

"Fine, more pizza for us," Dani called from the kitchen. "You gotta put the stuff on your own pizza. I'm not doing it for you!"

Rhaine wouldn't have said anything but she begins to feel a little bad thinking that she said something that might have offended. She speaks up slowly. “I … I … was kidding, Midnight.” She stammers out a bit distressed as it didn't appear that she could do anything right today.

"There's no need to try so hard, Rhaine!", Midnight calls through from the living room. "Just take it mellow, like I do, it'll help"

Dani sighed and started spreading pizza sauce on their pizzas.

She hears Midnight speaking from the other room but hears Dani sigh next to her. True she was normally submissive, normally. On occasion she did have he moments of daring. Such as now. It wasn't a big thing but she rubs Dani's back side gingerly as she applies the sauces.

“So you don't want anything on your pizza Midnight … just bread … no sauce?”

Midnight walks through, head low. "Bloody slave drivers... Invite someone over, and then ask them to make their own food... Could be watching anime right now...", she mutters. She starts to spread the tomato sauce over the pizza, sighing.
