It was loud and grew warm with the constant bombardment of armor piercing shells cutting through the ranks and wreaking havoc of the formations of the enemy which went to altering their plans a little as they took on an irregular formation so that they were not subjected to s much “death” for those killed could not enter into Amanda's mind once more but they kept coming heedless of danger the swarm presses on despite being blasted to bits it seems that there are always two more to replace each insect that was killed.

Ammunition was mental of course but it was beginning to run out reflecting how much duress her mind was under.

Eventually she was swept into that portion of her mind looking out into the hall of the prison. She could hear what sounded like hundred of voices speaking at once as she could see Ama still prone in the hall on her hands and knees as she tried to lean against the wall and pull herself up to her feet.
