Slowly the Cosmo Eagle began it descent to the planet Kniest, trying to be careful to not look like anything more than a shooting star across the sky. Rei Yamamoto had heard that Kniest was a failed colony that of some ancient civilization from long ago. Their descendants still lived there today, eeking out a living on the barely habitable planet. She did not want to get any of their attention as she made her way down to the surface.

The ground got closer and closer as the Cosmo Eagle continued it descent now in the atmosphere. Soon the young woman saw the target she was after, an old temple that looked like it had been abandoned for quite a while. The pirate piloted her ship to a spot nearby where she could land just out of sight of the old temple. That way, the platinum blonde reasoned anyone at the temple would not wonder what a ship was doing here.

And the reason the pirate was here was a simple one, she was looking for treasure. Rei had heard that while the temple was still being used they had many artifacts, artifacts that still could be in the temple. And artifacts are typically carved out the most valuable substances. If tan-skinned could get her hands on just a few of those artifacts she was sure that she would wealthy beyond her wildest dreams. And if was that very thought that carried the pirate out of her ship and towards the temple. The young woman chose to wear a black jumpsuit instead of her normal yellow one, to help her sneak up and into the temple.

"How did it go, my lady Eliz?"

It had been a few days since they returned to their homeplanet. Elizia had never stopped taking care of the mortals she came to love so much, a side of her rarely seen anymore. Never shown to the beings she meets elsewhere because they don't know about her past, and even rare for her family, the group of deities, now that she travels frequently across the planets trying to restore her power. She was only grateful that distance has never damaged the delicate fertility they still had.

"Everything is fine, Gii. Zumdahl never forgets but the rest gave me presents. The mortals are doing their best, as well. Matiat has seen to it, making sure they follow the teachings and always showing them more about magic." She paused and turned around. In the wind, her golden mane flowed almost hypnotically as she looked at Aleph, the mountain of the gods and her old home, for the last time until she came back again to keep checking on progress. "Let us leave."

The rip in the air formed behind her and the goddess entered the portal followed close by her servant. Elizia kept her current residence amid the fabric of space, between tangible and ethereal realms. A complete play of colors and forms served as her house, everything forming as she desired and when she needed it. In the faux floor, the new batch of presents from her siblings laid and she inspected them once more. She took a bright amber jewel hanging from a bronze chain and hung it around her neck. The jewel, as large as her palm, sat atop her voluptuous bossom. A mirror appeared before her and she admired her own reflection and the appearance of the new accessory, later turning to Gii. "What do you think? It looks great, doesn't it? Matiat said the mortals carved it for me."

"They hold you in great esteem! It looks beautiful and goes well with your eyes, my lady." She was certainly the most feminine of the goddesses and couldn't avoid being vain, especially when she showed her new presents. How many did she have after all this time? Elizia always said that when she could return to her planet in full power she would rebuild her chamber three times larger and adorn it with all of her presents and offerings so the rest of the deities would envy the love so many beings felt for her. She just loved to tease them. Everywhere she went, she always left a mark. And when a race or a society recognized her divine powers, they always asked to receive her blessings, to increase in numbers. She had countless temples across countless planets, sometimes being a weird deity that didn't fit with a race's original pantheon of gods. Eliz accepted the offerings and presents, but she never took the artifacts. No, those were special, they had a purpose. They were imbued with her magic, made for the rituals different races had in her honor.

The young outlaw continued to moved through the moonless night as she moved her way closer to temple. She was not sure why if the people moved away from the temple or the temple was built so far away to make any trip to the temple some sort of ritualistic journey. Whatever the reason the platinum blonde was grateful that the temple was so far removed from civilization, it made much easier for to sneak up to it quietly. Soon the young woman was close to temple.

The pirate looked around to see if she could see any signs of life because the temple was lit by some sort of torches. Rei however did not see anyone around, nothing other than the torches. This seemed weird to her, maybe the torches are being fed by some sort of long burning fuel. No matter, it just meant the young woman could find what she was looking for with some light. The black suited pirate moved up to a door, to see what she needed to do to get in.

To Rei's surprise, the door has a simple latch system, more to keep animals from coming into the temple rather than to prevent anyone from coming in. It was clear that the people here trusted that no one would dare steal from the temple. Or they believed that the temple was quite capable of preventing anyone from stealing anything. However, if they were expecting taboos to keep Rei from coming and taking what she wanted they were quite mistaken.

When she travelled among the planets, the golden goddess met species and cultures that she had never imagined. She came in touch with them and supported them as much as she could, receiving in the process what she needed, their essence of life, their natural power to breed. She needed their fluids to build her own strength, but also found it satisfying to help wherever she could.

The planet of Kniest was one crossing their equivalent of their bronze age when Elizia arrived. Its population was mostly gathered in the largest continent, but they were starting to break apart with continuos civil wars and disputes for terrain. The arrival of the deity let them see that they were approaching their extinction quickly if they continued, but stopping the hatred took time nonetheless. The different races slowly took respective locations and with time they evolved into the nations that form the planet.

Elizia helped them with repopulating the planet, to bring the sons and daughters they needed to remain alive. Her contact was not deliberate at first, but it didn't take long for them to start building temples in her honor. Praying to her, seeking her blessing and even mating with her was no longer a matter of luck, but a dedicated effort to survive. That effort lived through the generations and even now the rituals are still in the mind of the people.

The pilgrimage to the temple was a symbol of their will, the dances besides the statues and columns their ability to procreate. The temples were far and remote from the cities and towns to make the journey have a meaning, and after that, the being had to continue the ritual performing the mating dance of their species, and appealed to Elizia just like a male would do so to appeal to a female to win her approval to form a family. If done right, it was said the goddess would come down from her realm to quench the thirst and take away the pilgrim's fatigue. After that, she would give him or her her blessings, and if that being was skilled enough, she would allow them to mate with her to receive an eternal fertility.

Rei was able to enter the temple with out anyone seeing her, in fact it appeared that there was no one around. Excellent, that means I have plenty of time to search around and see what there. The outlaw slowly closed the door, trying to do so quietly just in case there was someone nearby that she had missed.

The young woman soon discovered herself that she had to among dozens of statues along with columns that supported the roof. Rei blushed briefly as the statues revealed every part of what the native species looked like. Judging by the lewd poses the statues had been chiseled into, the platinum blonde was sure that the temple was dedicated to some sort of fertility goddess. That meant whatever was contained the sacred cabinet over on the other side of the temple.

However was a snag as Rei had looked down at the ground. Only the section she was standing on was paved and the section near the cabinet was paved. The rest of the room was covered in sand. If she simply walked around through the sand, she would leave tracks. Tracks that could used to figure out who had stolen the sacred artifacts from the cabinet. She could not be sloppy and leave evidence behind, just so she could be caught later. However, there appeared to be paved foot shaped objects in the sand, it was a round about route to get over there but at least she would not leave any tracks.

What Rei didn't know was that the bricks had been placed in such a way to ensure the a person would have to dance their way through the cabinet. It was designed to let the clutsy improve their footwork skills as the sand would show where they had screws up the dance. The tan-skinned woman would not realize it but she was unintentionally performing the dance to attract a mate.

"Pray tell, my lady, how much more of other beings' natural breeding power do you require to get your old powers back?" asked Gii, small, and curiously deformed, red bat floating around the blonde goddess. Elizia was moving the presents she obtained magically through the air, pulling them one by one towards her, inspecting them, and arranging them according if they were useful to her or if it would be best just to keep them for them beauty. The beauty that represents her own, they always tend to say.

"How much water do you need to fill the ocean, Gii?" How long exactly has she been away trying to obtain more of the necessary fluids? Time is so difficult to count when you're immortal. And she needed to get back at least another quarter of her original power besides the current half of it she had already. That much was needed to start working more easily with the mortals in her planet. That much and she could help them embrace again the beautiful thing that was hope, hope for the future and pride in their sons. No sons, no future. And if she managed that, surely she would have amended for her mistakes, surely she would get the other half back.

"Ah..." A tingling sensation interrupted her thoughts. Something was happening, far away. Something that had not beed used for quite a long time now. It was a small warmth in her core and a call towards her. Faint, but perceptible. From where?

Finally done with that. Rei was happy to be done with moving across the stone steps, not realizing that she had to attracting someone that was quite powerful and would be quite interested in her and her body. No for the outlaw, she was simply that much closer to her goal, whatever was in the in cabinet. It had to be pretty valuable and the pirate knew she would get the a decent price on the on the black market.

Of course getting the cabinet open was going to be next challenge. While there were obvious doors, there was nothing to grab on to. No handles, no locks to pick. How in the world did they expect to open this thing. The pirate was left to puzzle on how to do get this open. If she had brought some explosives with her she could open like it was a safe. But she was just going to have to rely on her brain and her perception. As she placed her hand on the statue, she noticed that the statue felt warm. That was strange, why would it be warmer than the rest of the room unless it was somehow how the cabinet opened.

Rei began to rub the statue a little and could feel it getting warmer, little did the outlaw know that she was performing the next part of the ritual...

What strange device needed to be hidden inside a door with no handle? Perhaps was it some kind of mockery? Let it be known that treasure is here, but there are no ways to access it. With no stronger instruments to approach the small, square door on the wall, Rei began to rub the leg of a statue made of beautiful white stone. At least, it appeared that the stone was naturally beautiful, but time had taken its toll and the once fine features of the woman, who looked skywards as if hoping for a better something, were now almost barren to plain silhouettes.

Even the stone of the swirling clothes that dragged on the statue that looked so eager to be in motion was warmer than the air around her. Stranger still, it seemed that the more she rubbed, the warmer it got, and the smoother. As if one were rubbing the sweat dripping from the skin after strenuous exercise. But all of that was nonsense. She must look stupid rubbing a statue expecting something to happen. It was a good thing she worked alone, or else she would have been called ridiculous the moment Rei started doing that. She was just going to stop until a small but audible click came from the wall. When she stopped rubbing, there were no more sounds, so she resumed the action. Effectively, more clicks were heard and the small door slid along the wall slowly until another click reassured the thief that it would stay in place.

No more reasons to keep rubbing the stupid statue. Her goal was before her. In the small cube carved inside the wall was a strange artifact around the size of an adult's arm. It looked almost like a vase, with a wider, circular base; but with the top also having a similar half-orb. But the form or the function didn't matter. From the mere look of it, Rei could tell that the least precious material was the silver it was made of, with bright and big jewels of ruby, amber and onyx. Was it a container? Perhaps it could be opened as well. As soon as she reached it and tried to pull it towards her, Rei got almost pulled back in return. The artifact could not be moved, no matter how strong she pulled. She wondered if it could have been built into the wall as she noticed some strange markings on the walls of the cabinet. Perhaps it had to be rubbed on like the statue. The jewels, too, seemed able to be rotated and played with.

It was frustrating that it to be so close that treasure and not being able to get it. Was this some sort of joke, or some sort of trap. The platinum blonde sighed as she continued to check out the statue on top of the cabinet. The statue was that on a beautiful woman, it looked like at one point it was extremely valuable in its own time. The features though has been lost time, probably from the countless pilgrims that came to pay their respects to whoever this forgotten goddess was.

Still the statue was definitely warmer than the rest of anything in the room. It did not make any sense to the pirate at all how that was possible. To make matters even weirder, the more that the outlaw rubbed the statue, the warmer it got and smoother it felt. For a moment she thought detail was returning to the ancient statue, but Rei quickly shook her head. She must have looked like a complete buffoon rubbing this statue like this. The pirate was about give up when she heard an audible click. The woman looked around and could see anything changed and began to rub the statue again. There were other clicks when she continued to rub. Slowly but surely as the tan-skinned woman continued to rub the statue it appeared that a small door began to slid until it finally moved revealed a section of the wall the outlaw did not have access to before.

The curious outlaw moved over to the small cube that had been carved into the wall. It looked like that it was some sort of alien vase. An extremely valuable vase as the it looked to be the size of the arm and made of silver. Furthermore it had bright, giant jewles made of what appeared to be made of ruby, amber, and onyx. It was like she had died and gone to heaven. The pirate reached in for her plunder and pull it out.

However she was nearly pulled back in. It was like the alien vase that mounted to the wall, and impossible to move. The young woman was not sure how she was going to be able to move it. Maybe she could rub the vase. Her hand began to stroke the somewhat phallic vase when her hand brushed against a jewel, she found it could be rotated and the pirate began to play with the jewels as well.

Even with the most furious of her efforts, the clever thief was at a loss, incapable of finding a way to retrieve the strange artifact from within. She gave many glances to the markings inside the vault to try and decipher them, but only the shapes of the jewels could be understood; next to them were various points and lines that she thought with frustation were the instructions for something, hopefully to be able to pull out the object.
But a strange, soft sound caught her attention, a shiver went down her spine and her instincts all fired up in a fraction of a second. She turned around to see any guards or another intruder but she was alone, still alone and undisturbed. Rei found herself glancing at the statue before her as if she were to blame for scaring her. She did not remember that her hair was cascading down her side, however, but she pushed the thought away. It was the artifact that demanded her attention.

The light flame inside Elizia called her across dimensions and reached her even in her abnormal refuge. The call confused her, but in the end she recognized it and knew she only had to follow it. Her duties were not forgotten and the sudden summon caught her interest.
The goddess never imagined to find what she did once she reached the planet Kniest. Time seemed to flow slowly, everything was as she remembered. But the girl in the tight suit did not fit in the picture. Her ghostly form took over the statue of the woman behind the intruder and her magic had seemed to revitalize the features, the stone woman back to being the beautiful female she was once. Eliz turned her head to look at the thief, moved her torso slowly and her hand came naturally at rest at her hips. Every move she made caused the stone to move unnaturally, grinding against itself and causing a sound as it did, yet the solid form did not break.

After a moment, the thief was tired of her efforts to try to get the jewels out of small vault. For a moment the tan-skinned woman thought she could unscrew the jewels out what ever was holding them in place in the vault. But the stubborn precious stones simply spun in place and no matter what the attractive thief did to try to coax the jewels free; they simply remained in their bonds within the vault.

Just then that a soft female sound echoed through the room. Almost instantly a cold shiver went down Rei's spine as she was sure she had just been caught. Instinctively the pirate spun around to take a look to see what was behind her. But there was nobody there, absolutely there nothing at all. The only thing that seemed out of place was the statue now had hair that cascaded down her side, something that the pirate did not remember that the statue having before.

Must have her mind playing tricks on her. The young woman turned her attention back to the small vault. If she could just somehow pry those wonderful jems free, the pirate would be able to take her prize and leave this dead end excuse of a planet. It was only then that the tan-skinned woman heard the sounds of the grinding stone on stone. The platinum blonde froze in place as slowly turned her head to look over her shoulder at what was going on behind her.

Inside the statue the goddess giggled, a sound that only came out as a dull and low noise from the stone. Her form moved slowly, as if the material troubled her to move, but in truth the blonde being only did her part in playing with the intruder. She inspected her as she slowly crossed her arms and bent over as if to look more closely at her. A tight suit that did nothing to hide her features but still helped her in becoming one with the night and darkness. Her alluring cuves and surprised face were all it took for Elizia to have a fancy for her.

"Greetings, intruder. To what do I owe your visit tonight, to my temple and house in this planet?" the statue spoke. Afterwards, the stone woman slowly moved back to her original posture; her feet and long legs tensing in position and her head looking at a nonexistent horizon and her arms frozen in their timeless place.

Rei backed up that the statue made a weird and dull noise towards the outlaw. The stone diety come to life moved slowly as if it was truly a was a golem that had animated to deal with an intruder. The creature bent over as it crossed its arms and studied Rei's nubile form. It began to ask the pirate questions on why she was here and what she was planning to. Unfortunately, the former agent turned bandit had nothing prepared to deal with an usual event like this she would have to go back to her default.

Y-your temple? I-I am sorry, I j-just wanted a place to rest that was warm. I am sorry to disturb you. I will show myself out. Rei knew it was going to be that easy but she could always hope.

"A place to stay warm? Would you really fit in that small cabinet?" The statue was back in its original position and the voice didn't seem to come from her. It instead came from a corner in the temple, where now a beautiful, blonde woman stood in a black dress with shadows around her rising from the floor. She had her arms crossed behind her back as if this was just a casual conversation between two strangers. "If you want to stay warm for the night, dear, I can you get you very warm..."

The voice had scene through Rei's lie, but worse strangely the voice did not come from the statue. The golem like creature had returned to original position and become lifeless once more. No the voice now came from another corner of the temple, from a beautiful blonde wearing a simple black dress. Well to be honest I didn't expect anyone to here. I thought this temple had been abandoned along time ago, did not seem many people came here.
