These tender gestures would possibly never cease to amaze her in the way they made her shudder and bestow goosebumps upon her skin. Not to show off, of course, but you were right when you said it's something I can wear around easy enough and I don't mean to disappoint."

Ryu then eyed the ornament carefully before continuing. "Would be a waste of a perfectly fine bracelet, too. I'll wear it because I choose to and I don't want to hear any more of this 'don't feel compelled to' nonsense. I appreciate the comforting words, but I can honestly say I'd love to have it around my wrist."

The last part ended with a smile despite the rather harsh tone she laid on him. If they ever came together as slave and master while he retained the same sense of insistence, she could barely imagine what it would be like to serve him throughout the entire day. "I don't wish to repel you, Aegir. It's just hard not to consider the possiblity that it's somehow messing with me when I've fallen under the influence of many on the island and any gifts usually came with a price. I wish to believe you're not like them, so I won't hold my thoughts against you."

His mouth tendrils twisted in a grin at her acknowledgment of his gifts. He had drunk most of her thoughts tonight considering their topic of conversation though there were some secrets and memories that he had left undisturbed. Mostly her other experiences on the island, though occasionally he might peek at something he more or less left such thoughts undisturbed. In part he did not want to consider that she had other options, that there were other beings treating her just as well. Conversely he had no desire to see her tortured or humiliated either.

He was pleased with her words though he had no real expectations for her wearing it often he thought it was a nice touch with seeing it on her tomorrow if only to show it off for the day. She already wasn't going to spend much time in class anyway so there should be fewer questions about it. And with her being gone for the weekend … well most people would forget about it.

Aegir was not worried about people asking what she got up to on the weekend for he could project his powers through the node that she carried and thus steer of such questions from even arising. He did not tell her this but that was a small matter that he already intended on taking care of for her should it arise. For the most part the node silently waited and told him where she was for he was most interested in tracking her after graduation. He needed a means of finding her and while he intended to remove the node then he was going to give her another so he would be able to track her movements if she ever did get into trouble.

The ones that gathered your initial objects you have been gifted in the past for instance rather then the actual memories behind receiving them in too much detail so it is only natural for you to have suspicions. At this point Ryu had to constantly shield herself from experiencing any sudden surges of happiness, the gift really was beautiful and she usually struggled to come up with the right enough words to get this delightful pressure off her chest. He gazed down at her, and while he had thought that this state was a stark different one in which he had first encountered her this of course was preferable. He enjoyed her dedication to him most of all. What a stark difference that they made from the physical realm to the mental and back inter changing the two now. His scenarios these days ended as his own desires got the better of him for the most part as they had this evening of course.

But Aegir was pleased that he's see her in it at least once, he had not been expecting much of the gift as it was although he figured that she would appreciate it.

I am gifted in many ways. My brain is segmented into parts so I can regulate doing multiple tasks at once. I am blessed with eidetic memory too so a part of my mind constantly replays our encounters these last two years. It makes me eager to anticipate what the next two shall bring.

And with that he brought a tentacle against the back of her calf rubbing it gently as his hand still swept over her cheek as he waited for her to decide.
