“Getting captured was the best thing that happened to either of us. For starters we wouldn't have met.”

He emphasizes this by drawing her back against him, his hand pressing against the fullness of her breast, his hardness pressed against her rear before he turns her around to face him His lips swiftly moved to her as his fingers graze the curves of those firm breasts.

As his hands lift to her shoulders he tries to peel the dress off her shoulders at least. Though of course the question of the other bandits come up.

“Most have families here and will stay, some will come. I started them once I start fresh or virtually fresh once more. With Rhodes it may be best to take the women some place without any fear of persecution.

“We can figure out where en-route to Miller's.” He managed to get the dress off revealing the strapless bra and panties. Such undergarments had been catching on he assumed from other Shadows. Wasn't it the Queen of Llynoria that introduced them?

He cupped her bra clad breasts smoothly tracing over each.

She kissed him back, his lips turning her thoughts of anything outside his hold to mush. His erection felt delicious, how she felt it with her ass and imagining it inside of her. IT would feel soooo good. She blushed at her own thoughts. There was that familiar touch again, the fact she didn't even so much as flinch as he grabbed her breast, turning her or sliding the dress down. Yes, everything felt . . . Right.

She allowed him to roll the dress down, reveal her supple form to him. SHe blushed again when he considered her form. Was this truly the first time they he had seen her? Was she moving too fast? The butterflies in her stomach made her pull her arms up, raising the dress to her shoulders. "Ed-edgar, we should focus on doing so then . . . There's no telling if this Rhode's person is near or not," she flustered quickly, fixing the dress properly around her so it wouldn't show the wrinkles.

Oh how she hated that that action had caused his warm hands from leaving her breast. She could practically feel the heat coming off of them . . . But she couldn't do it now. Not when her heart pitter pattered so off and her mind wasn't set right. What was she thinking?

"Yes, we should set off in due haste, then," she said, tearing her eyes off of him and looking off to the side.

“I finally get you alone and you're thinking of another man,” he feigned looking hurt but grinned soon after. He was so fucking hard though. He wanted this to be denied so close … he could only assume that her answer was going to be he same after this time around.

“You're probably right though. It might be best to leave as a smaller group. If Rhodes is watching he'd be able to track the encampment way easier than a few people that sneak off. How are your martial skills do you remember or is that a blank?”

He considered what they would need along with keeping this a small party. Nari was necessary. He was too. A medic, scout, a sentry or two? They could rough it and be without a cook for the few days of the tribe. Hm the cartographer. One of the girls mentioned doing that as a hobby but she was a fair martial artist with damn good sword skills. Perhaps she would fit the role of scout/sentry. He considered the matter.

“Once we are on the next Shadow Princes, don't expect me to stop without a little whining anyway.” He teased, just as she had teased his body no doubt.

She gave him an unreadable stare to answer for her own question. " . . . .I had them in the first place . . .right?" she asked, querying up her eyebrow. She did feel a twinge of hurt for denying him, but she couldn't do it. Not yet, not so soon after a -a blessing, right? With her dress properly secured, she was able to face him again with a little less red on her cheeks, her breath, once again, even. FOr how long, she wasn't sure of.

She watched as his eyes looked on in thought, considering something she could only fathom . . . SHe found she liked the way his face looked while he thought, something she was growing fond of. "Tch, yeah right, you're the only one whining here," she teased, her lips curling upward in a smile. "So when's the soonest we can leave?"

A grin spread over his features though he had yet to respond to her comment. He dose consider her question briefly.

“Tonight when it gets dark we could probably slip away without notice. The witch will probably need plenty of time to brew her potions -” He caught her gaze and could not help but grin in response. “Not all of the girls were innocent after all ...”

He allows that to sink in then goes back to what he was saying.

“With the tonics we should be able to see in the dark and if anyone is watching the camp then we can slip away. I'm thinking no more than four others just in case. Two sentries/warriors, a scout, medic … I think one of the girls can double as a scout/warrior sort ...”

She gulps at that, wondering if they matched the stereotypes the mob had raised against her. She didn't dwell on that train of thought. . . Train . . .what was that? She blinked to the roof in thought.

"Only four? I know we are trying to be undetected but . . . Wont it be dangerous with such a low amount?" She reached up to her ear, rubbing the lobe lightly as she tried to reason for a bigger number, a number big enough to keep Rhodes at a distance and from coming any closer to her. If he already used a Blessing on her once, what was to keep him from doing it again, or on the others.

She could try to be brave, try to pretend the situation wasn't as dire to her as it did. Afterall, she had no memory of anyone or thing. Nothing asides from Edgar's name that is. She should be fine. She shouldn't worry . . . But the more they talked about it, the more she realized they could meet up with this Rhodes, the more fear seemed to bubble in, seeping into her heart from memories that refuse to budge into her vision.

"Can't we please take two or three more?" she asks, stepping closer and holding her hands together at her chest. Its a plea, a fearful one. She knows she couldn't change his mind. Afterall, he knew this place better at her, at least, at this time. If he thought it was best, then she shouldn't question it or ask it to be altered. But that fear, it grew even more, like a child fearful in bed right before a parent blew out the candlestick.

“With a large party we actually have more difficulties. If we get noticed moving a large number of people from here it will alert Rhodes or whoever is watching us. With smaller numbers I'm hoping that we can be unnoticed or at the very least give us a sizable head start.”

He regards her as she makes her silent plea. He considered though did not debate it long. He had a lump in his pants that needed to be taken care of before they headed out. “Another two people will not matter wither way. I don't see eight drawing much more attention then six. OK, we'll grab eight but I doubt that will matter if Rhodes shows up. Let me worry about Rhodes. I'm getting you to that Shadow. I've got a bit of incentive now.”

She smiled, a lump in her own throat finally dissolving as she rushed his torso, her arms wrapping around him, her face nestled into his chest. "Thank you so much, Edgar!" she couldn't help but enjoy the warmth that his body offered to her.

She knew that he was taking a big risk in this, knew that he really didn't want to go about this. She felt the hardness in her stomach, blinking as she looked down, expecting to find the sheath of his sword . . . only to find him.

"Oh my!" she jumped back, out of his arms. "I'm . .I'm sorry, I didn't mean to . . ." What was the words for that?

Her closeness, while appreciated was something that he did not need at the moment. His hardness pressed up against her as they embraced, her soft breasts press against him though when she realizes his state of being and leaps back he grins half tempted in grabbing her hand and settling it over him.

He would have appreciated such an action though at the same time he did not wish for her to get compliant with that or offer that up in exchange of knowing each other together.

“There is no need to apologize. If this didn't happen I would be apologizing to you because it did not happen. Still, I will take care of this and get he witch on the tonics. Hopefully the potions she can brew will be ready. In the past it has always takes a few hours for her to prepare something, I'm not sure how it works. Some of that may come back to you if you speak with her. I'll arrange o get the others go talk to her, you might get some memories back.

“She's easy enough o find, just ask the men and thy shall point her out. She's the only other spellcaster here … well come to think of it she's never cast a spell but brews so many magical brews that the tonics are in a way her spells. There are many types of Arcane magic but really only a few Divine ones and Psi ones so Arcane, since it is learned, offers up more variety.”

She smiles, resisting the urge to hug him again. But for now, they would need to prepare. Without anything on her own hand to help out, she knew it best to follow his input.

"Alright, just go out over there and ask? Gotcha," she smiled, heading for the exit of pavilion. Giving one backwards glance to him, she nodded wordlessly with a smile, letting the flap of the tent fall behind her as she made her way to the other bandits near by. Out, away from his eyes and ears, she finally let herself catch a breath, sagging her shoulders.

"That was . . . Too close," she whispered, breathing easy. Yes, even if she couldn't re.member, even if the emotions hadn't risen for him . . .Her body seemed all but too eager to give into his touch. She would have to be more careful about that. Until then, though, she'd have to keep her mind on finding this other witch. Was she reasonable? Or deadly at the arts? A few men she had asked were happy enough to give her directions, so surely it wouldn't be that bad a thing. A few directions later, and she found herself at a small, quickly made hut. Above the straw thatched roof, there was a hole in the surface, allowing smoke or steam to leave out. Even now she could see a strange yellow gassy chemical lifted through the roof.

The entrance was guarded by nothing more than a small cloth, covering just the top half of the shack from the inside. "Um . . .Hello, is . . . this the witch of tonics?" she asked gingerly, taking only a step towards the entrance.

Closer indeed. Certainly Edgar had a few things to be left with as Narissa left. The other bandits pointed out the location of the witch easy enough and soon she found herself at the hut with a thick yellow smoke waiting through that hole in the ceiling. As she approached she could see that there was a pen or chickens.

There were no bandits in this section of the camp and the hut had been near the edge of the fores though still a fair distance from the tree line so it was still hard to approach from the trees.

“Be right with you!” A voice called then and further in the back of the room there was a girl about half her size that added a few things to a cauldron then approached. She was clad in a simple gray robe with a patch at the elbow of the left sleeve. The hood had been drawn back showing her freckled features and red hair. She had starling green eyes as she approached.

“First, who said I was a witch!” She seemed upset by that, a large wooden spoon in her grasp. She looked to be no more than sixteen if that.

Narrisa was taken aback, leaning away from the wooden spoon. She could see it was covered in goop, the same color as the smoke. But it wasn't that she had to hold back a snort, but the woman's appearance.

"Um . . perhaps not with that wording, but it was Edgar that lead me to you. So what DO I call you, if witch is not appropriate?" she asked, feeling a little awkward. Between trying to be respectful of someone of the arts, the angle the woman took made it seem more comical than she was sure she intended. "I'm Narrisa. NArrisa Donovan," she spoke, looking up thte ceiling awkwardly. The last name didn't roll off her tongue as normally as it supposed to have.

"Are you the one that knows the tonics? He spoke very highly of her," she said, smirking a little as she moved the woman's wrist away from her face with the back of her hand.

“Oh, that jerk!” She snapped, shaken her head from side to side as the red braid danced to and fro. “I don't know how many times -”

It became clear that Edgar was having an little dig at her through Narissa without her even realizing it. He must have known that she was rather sensitive about this. No harm, right.

“I am an apothecary. Chemist works. Potion maker. I know recipes for tonics and such handed down from my mother. I got her cook book ...” she sigh her hand taking Narissa's as she nodded,

“My name is Jenna. You could use that if you like so what brings you along?” Edgar, right, she looked to the side, a red flush coming over her features before she looks back slapping the wooden spoon against her palm and getting yellow goop on her hand.

“So what's the jerk want?”

Narrisa watched the girl, trying to restrain her smile. The girl seemed easily riled up and, from what she knew of Edgar, he'd take full advantage of that. "Yes, he can be a jerk at times . . . But from what little I know of you, he was right about one thing. You sure know your tonics." Narrisa hoped the compliment would ease over her frazzled mood. Apothecary. She'd be sure to commit the word to memory as she shook the girl's hand.

"Jenna, nice name," she gave looking into the pot. "Two things really. Edgar said he needed a tonic that would help to see in the dark . . .a mission, for tonight." She wasn't sure how best to explain it. "And . . . Apparently, I had a blessing done on me . . . He said that this would help my memory some."

She smiles a bit. “Jerk knows two things I suppose … the other is swinging that sword of his.” Still she shouldn't be so mean to him, he did stop the others from selling her into slavery, a young thing like her too … that probably wouldn't be pretty.

Her eyes go wide at the request. “I keep telling him I'm no a witch. I have no magic but I can brew a tonic that lets you see a little better at night. I hope he wasn't expecting too much.

“Gee he must have a rock for a brain. I have no magic! Unless he wanted you to remember cooking skills … I can make a pretty mean quiche … I really don't think I can teach you anything. You might gain memories about brewing potions or what have you but I seriously doubt that.

“Now assuming he's not a total moron I'm betting he wants me to see if I can determine what you were hit with and form an antidote. Not a chance, but I can at least ID the effect. What are the symptoms?”
