The infamous Olympic pool.

After a series of incidents, the school had deemed it to be off-limits from all the students of the school, until further notices and precautions were placed. It seemed that even though the earlier restrictions were in place, students managed to break past and enter the unknown confines of this structure.

As such, some of them were never heard from or turned up a few eeks later, with no recall of their tryst involving the pools.

There were obvious reasons why the school declared the pools off-limits. The Headmaster did not, however, say anything as to the matter why it was closed. He just merely shrugs and says...'it's for the student population's own good'.

Although the remark has an obvious undertone, which is 'rules are meant to be broken'.

Students still manage to sneak past the yellow and black barricades set up by the school, and students still keep disappearing in spite of stricter regulations and fail-safe restriction being set in place. People have begun talking about once again, and dares were becoming commonplace once more.

Rumor has it that the pool is the favourite home of one of Shokushu's 'secret inhabitants'. As to who or what...no one has any idea. Only hunches.

Lanas first few days here at Shokushu have passed with lights speed. Days passed to bekome weeks, The classes are well under way getting her buisy again, her first unusual nightmares have caught her with a horrific ammount of reality....in short terms...she becomes a Shokushu student.

Part of being a real Shokushu girl is getting used to the rumors that are running oup and down the dorms corridors. Some are frightening, some can make her suspicios, others stirr a girls curiousity.
One special rumor took root in Lanas brain, and so she made a plan to investigate, find out the truth behind all those storys, the storys about the forbidden olympic pool.

So one evening she sets sail to do what she isn´t allowed to. The route how to get there had been easy to find, not so hre `equipment´ . A torchlight is astonishingly hard to lay hands on here at the school, but she found one, still charged batterys too (at least this thing still sheds some light when she turns the switch to `on´)
Next important thing was a makeshift weapon - some of her nightmares had been so intense she almost believes them to have happened for real, so she thinks it´s a good idea to be prepared for the worst.
So she has turned a pointy flexible metal rod and a lot of tape in to a useful little fencing weapon she can wield. Sure, it´s not half as good as those high-class sporting tools she wielded during tournaments before her shokushu days, but sure it´ll do.
(most of all it calms her down, that´s the most important sense this thing makes)
A private sporting dress, tank top and shorts over a one piece swimsuit, sneakers and a towel in hand will make it easy to convince any teacher that she´s just on tour to a workout at the gym.... despite the fact that she´s got to find a good reason for the very late hour.....

The first part of her tour was a bit disappointing when she had to give a rating for adventurousness. The forbidden location was quite easy to find, no teachers or other officials - not even one of those security robots lurking around - and then, the ony barrier she has to get past is made out of some wooden railing and a few signs. So she enters the gronds of the infamous Olympic pool.

A lonely creature finds his solitude quite annoying, somehow it reminded him that students nowadays were either getting very, very wise or very, very afraid.

The monster sat silently among the pale moonlight which shines through the clear glass panes of the large windows. There had been a time in the not-so-distant months that students flocked the gym, when they were still quite sure of themselves and were still quite fond of this part of the gym. He knew there would still be some, although he was beginning to lose hope.

He passed time away by practicing his long dormant swimming skills, giving these up in lieu of tracking, stealth, and trickery....some new skills which he himself had learned quite well and was more proficient in using now. As he wallowed in the still waters of the gloomy pool, he looked at the way the light of the moon hit the surface of the pool. It illuminated his face, the light glistening and highlighting the gaunt expression of the monster.

A sound outside, someone passing through the barriers.

This, however, was a welcome sign. A silent smile cut across his face. At last, it seemed, action was going to return into this silent part of the school.

Using his natural camouflage, made more effective by the darkness inside the large building, the monster sought the depths of the pool and blended in with the natural colors of the water.
