She commed the ship. Quebos responded. “Vanessa says that Scorch is seeking permission to dock, apparently she wishes to purchase this one.”

This may not have been the ideal encounter she had in mind with the captain of the Star Dragon but it was worth a shot. She had to turn over her weapons though she had left the family sword on the ship she had a knife and her pistol of course.

Ven grinned as he pulled out of the girl. Not bad, not excellent but definitely not bad. This was something that she was not really trained in, not in the advanced setting though she had some basic training her given that she was use to sweeping through areas rather then infiltrating them.

As Krisna looked around her gray cell there was not much here, a bunk bed, sink, and one piece toilet where the tank could not be removed. The door was sealed by an energy field and there was a single droid at a security center that monitored all the cameras in the sensitive areas or the ship as well as the detention area itself.

It was in an adjacent room, though another two security droids entered, the field dropped for a moment and Scorch forced into the cell before the field was turned back on leaving the former pirate in the cell. Apparently her offer was not good enough … the droids leave them.

“Hey, are you alright? They haven't hurt you have they?”

“Was the offer not tempting my Lord?” Vanessa asked out of curiosity as she regarded Ven.

“Oh, it was. But to think I had Scorch, the reward that some of the corporations were offering for her capture was better plus I had her ship too … I can turn her over, sell the other one and the ship making a hefty sum in the process. Besides, I can have some fun with the pair too at my leisure this time you will not interrupt. Contact my brother and have him met me at the detention center ...”

“Yes, my Lord ...” And Vanessa went to comply as Ven left for the detention area to gloat.

She found that she was on the port side of the ship. Slinking through the shadows it had to be that inexplicable aura of luck that made things not so bad for her in the end that allowed her to sulk about without detection.

The droids in the hanger had their assigned tasks after all and weren't particularly paying attention to their surroundings though she noted the droid starfighters here. No pilots necessary, basic models with AI … they were nothing she could not deal with though they were numerous so she would have to out run them and to win any race she had been aware that the easiest way was to get a head start. If she could disable the intercom here too then messages wouldn't get here so quickly. The other hanger was on the opposite side of the ship so she would have a considerable head start on them as they looped around and if she had one on the fighters here perhaps they could blast off without much fuss.

She continues on through the halls, so far so good as she makes her way onward.
