They share similar slime attacks to the bio engineered Ashlyn, did the Ashen use them to further their experiments? Is the generator an earlier piece of Ashen tech?

How was it used by these people that the Xagi destroyed? Dimensional rifts? Gossip says that the generator rips holes in space and time opening up portals. Did the Ashen know? Did they abandon such work? What did they use this generator for in addition to a computer password … theories indicate that computes can interface with the generator and download information or clearance to access certain files, unknown which.

The rambles had been Goro's personal notes collected from various sources.

There on the back of the swivel head was a screen and below that a key board in Galactic basic script. ”It can plug into any computer on the ship and run a translation key. “I have a few things I want you to look over, Ri, show her project New Dawn. I want you to fix it.”

Ri escorted her to one of the restricted areas of the ship. The agent had not really paid much attention to the restricted areas much less the ship in general. An Adda tech approached her and immediately began asking questions about her skills. She could only guess she was supposed to work with the Adda in repairing this project. He shook his head slightly. “Frankly I do not know why you are really needed, but it is the Emissaries order.” It was clear that this had not sat well with him. “Interface the targeting systems on that Mecha over there,” he point towards the nine foot tall machine that had four arms.

The software for the targeting computer was an easy fix as it was interfering with a different operating system entirely that she had to uninstall and reinstall. The Mech had lots of leers and controls indicating it would be a synch for a four armed pilot to control but difficult for others. The targeting computer had not been the only thing wrong that needed fixing. Lateral thrusters, this thing could fly!

She had not got all the specks but K-7 plugged into the computers allowing her to work with the linguistics program.

Lateral thrusters, strength servos and even a faulty deflector shield … the machine was some sort of battle suit! Was it designed to fly in an atmosphere or space or both? Should she find out, just fix the targeting system or begin on those other repairs?

Alexandra looked over the giant metal machine. This must be the other suit Goro mentioned back when she had to test the one she was wearing. This one was much larger and far less graceful than the suit the agent wore. Tapa did not think she would be much help but working with this would be far easier compared to what she had to go through making another nanosuit for herself.

She followed Tapa's orders and began work on the targeting systems. It took less than an hour to find the problem and reinstall fresh software into the mech's computer. K-7 helped with translations though it slowed her work as she waited for the piece of junk to interface and run through all the data before even beginning the translation process. Still, it was better than constantly asking an Adda to help her even if Ri was nearby.

Once done with fixing the targeting computer, Alexandra could already see the other issues the mech suit had. The agent took a slow breath, still inhaling the musk that seemed to follow her everywhere on the ship. Should she just move onto the next set of repairs? Tapa only told her to repair the computer.
