He nodded as they confirmed the final details about meeting up later. He set a time two days from now and allowed her to get back to Scorch, who was already doing a bit more than she signed up for. Delivering a message to an agent in the field went beyond assisting a little more or supplying the bounty hunter armor she wore.

“A few days, huh?” Scorch and she had been back a her ship. It would seem that she would have to find a place to bed down for the nigh though the former pirate flicked her eyes to the ceiling and thought.

“Meeting back there?” Again she digested the information she was given in small bits. “Then you have two days … he's probably sold you out or going to. He might not but the wise thing would be not to take that chance. I think I could get you in as a slave though, you'd beat their mercy and would have to escape on your own.”

Not to mention that matters might come back on her at some point but perhaps an offer of restitution about a slave she had no idea about how it may appear to Mercer. She would have to get currency that covered the loss of two slaves and any damage incurred she figures but taking down Mercer a peg was nearly too much to resit.

The paranoid alien seemed to be content with the deal and the agreed upon time to meet. This allowed Celine to return the former pirate and update her on what she had found out. The agent head back to the ship. At least the red headed pirate seemed to be motivated to help out an ADD agent and had not betrayed her yet.

The redhead was laying her bed her eyes staring in the ceiling. Still the former pirate mind was quickly at work digesting the information that Celine had found out through her disguise as a bounty hunter.

Sold me out? The agent had to believe it was a possibility. The alien was quite paranoid and probably was already checking her identity. That part he had threatened to do anyways. It might be difficult to go in as a slave. I would have little in the way of equipment, however I am on a deadline.

“What do you need? I can make some arrangements to have weapons and equipment in the arena. Not all of Mercer's people are Hideozu though my sister was never at this facility as far as I knew, which is less secure than the other where he was actually holding her. The security isn't as great and there are janitors, managers, promoters and the like. The place isn't solely Mercer's either but used by all sorts to have their stables trained up.

“With the additional traffic it makes security that much tougher. Being on a deadline sucks. Delph may not have sold you out but that is a strong possibility.

“You might want to coordinate with Luna though and compare notes and what not. If something goes wrong she'll be aware. She'll probably want me to extract you since I'm still here and didn't blast off already but I suppose we can work out those details.

“Of course there is the whole matter of going in their with guns blazing too though in that case we are best to get another ship. He knows this one.”

She added. Her personal interests in all this had been unclear though it could have been as simple as putting the screws to Mercer where she could. That, and she seemed to know Luna from somewhere since Luna had contacted her to extract her from Hadante after all.

I would need the best equipment that they would use in the arena as well as gear to ensure that I can escape when the opportunity presents itself. The undercover agent could not believe she was agreeing to this, but she had little choice as there was not a lot of time left. And the possibly of her information broker selling Celine out was an ever growing possibility. Though some small gear for escaping would be best, it would be harder to spot.

At least the additional traffic will help mask us when we begin this mission. That will make it easier.

Your right I do need to coordinate with Luna, if I can borrow your comms for a moment I would like to talk her.

“If we had more time there are all sorts of neat little implants too. Small and undetectable weapons and tools I should be able to get with my contacts. You'll have to pay for them though, unless I have something here on the ship. I'll get another ship and move this one off planet so it's not as likely to get traced back to us even though the ADD probably doesn't have to worry about Mercer we still have to get there.”

She considered. “Equipment can be slipped too you while you are on the inside. Other 'inmates' being left at areas … I can get you a small, concealable communicator that can be be placed in the ear and electronic lock picks.”

She got out a datapad and turned it on. Searching for a com frequency. “Ah, here is the recent one she's given me.” She had another but that was for the base which she wasn't at at the time. Turning over the com frequency she let's Celine use her ship's communications as necessary.

The outlaw pointed out that there was little time to prepare for this mission. And this time, the blonde undercover agent would have to pay for any weapons and gear that was be easy to find. That is fine. I will pay for them. The agent had a decent access to funds so be able to pay for gear was not a problem as long as she could get them in a reasonable amount of time.

Of course getting equipment on the inside was the least preferable route. She did not want to rely on anyone else on the inside, but it seemed that it could not be helped. A communicator and some picks would be really useful.

The redhead provided a datapad. Excellent I would like to contact her now if that is possible. The sooner I can coordinate my actions the soon were can get this mission started.

“It shouldn't take long to get those basics.” Scorch admitted. “Finding a transceiver small enough to conceal in the ear shouldn't be too bad and tools to electronically by pass locks is something I have, granted it's about the size of a screw driver handle but can be hidden if your creative. Getting other concealable ones in different configurations should bee manageable with the time constraints. I'll make the arrangements.

“Weapons are a bit trickier finding small weapons that can be hidden outside of a hold out blaster smaller than your palm I can't think of anything but I'm sure there are some creative weapons that can be assembled and broken down into smaller components. I wouldn't risk more than a blaster though, they probably have something to detect energy weapons though disassembled I don't see this as being too much of an issue. Make your communications though. I'm going out to see about getting the new ship, making a few other arrangements and getting a hold of that stuff for you. If there's anything you think of add it to the datapad and leave it out, I might get in a bit late. Just set it on the table over there.”

After showing her to the communication equipment (which was state of the art and allowed for real time communications something most civilians did not have unless extremely wealthy or lucky or both) she departs leaving the agent alone for the time being.

“Incoming transmission.”

A holographic image of the blond haired agent if fashioned though the only colors are blue and white. Likewise her image was projected at the same time as the artificial intelligence she created for her vessel so long ago opened up a channel.

The interior from what she could tell had been a freighter of some sort and she could only surmise that I had been Scorch's vessel. She had see a similar image a few times now so it was probably the same ship unless the communications equipment had been installed on another ship.

“Agent, I trust all is going well on your end.”

Celine was able to connect to the Sergeant Umbarge. The blonde undercover agent was sure that the brunette was a scientist of some sort that had decided to become an agent. Such technical expertise would be a great use on these kinda] of missions.

[color=Khaki]Things here are moving forward. I will be soon going undercover attempting to find the agent on my end. I suspect that I will attempt to rescue her in about three days. How are things going on your end?[/colorl]

“Three days? I am on track and will need about a day to get to my destination. I've learned a little more Intel on that alien that has our other agent seeing that you went after the one Mercer has. I got the one covered that Fafner has.

“He's some sort of Telepath but I think I have everything covered. I'll stretch things out to move on the third day though. Do you need anything specific for your operation? Scorch has connections and I have a few of my own where she should be able to get to them and back before the three days I believe unless you're on a real remote world,” Celine wasn't too out there and still on the beaten path so to speak.

“It would seem that things are squared away at your end. We'll move in three days then.”

There was no sense in snyching up “watches” it was good enough that this events were being executed on the same day at roughly the same time as each alien was unlikely to get word to the other, even typical gossip did not move that fast. As far as she could tell the two buyers had no contact with each other so this was a just encase.

“Do you plan on moving in the morning, afternoon or night or the third day?” She would ask her local time too to take that into account so that they were acting in a few hours of one another to keep the spread of info to a minimum.

Celine’s fellow agent seemed to be already to track down the other missing woman. Luna mentioned some alien had Fafner. Agent Rocha had some dealings with him but the blonde undercover agent had no time to read up on him.

A Telepath I would be careful around him then. You way want to wait until you absolutely sure you can get in and out with minimum hassle. The agent had not really dealt with a telepath before but she would assume that he could detect if there was others nearby if he really need to. I doubt the world I am heading to is all that remote since its slavers are involved…they do not like to be far away from the trade lanes.

The blonde agent nodded as they agreed to the three days, this was as close as the pair would get to synching up. In the grand schemes of things it mattered little as space was quite vast. As long as the pair struck on the same day there would be little time for the information to get out before the second person had been rescued.

I need to figure out to do some on site investigation. It will require me to go undercover so I won’t be able to do anything than the third day. She held up three fingers just to be clear. It will be then I be able to act.

“Three days it is then,” Luna confirmed. Dealing with a Telepath was dangerous work even though Fafner wasn't a great one. Still, he posses the skill and she had to take certain precautions though she had a few ideas.

“I have some equipment I can get you to assist you. Put Scorch back on I need to talk to her briefly ...”

She gave the former pirate a contact of hers and a code to use. Celine is left to her own devices for a bit while Scorch goes off to acquire a few things for her.

When she returns Scorch delivers a bag with a few things. Explaining each in turn. First are the earrings, simple studs. “This is a small radio. By pressing on this stud here it turns on the device. The volume isn't the greatest I understand, barely louder than a whisper and the radio can be set to only one frequency at a time. In the field you will not have access to the tools to adjust this frequency though and I can set it so that we can stay in contact.

“Now this wire here is actually an explosive that packs a punch. Just twist the ends to arm it. We can set it on you and cover it with a fake scare and no one will be any wiser to it.” she gets out the fake finger nails … “Each of these has a one use charge, a stunning attack that should incapacitate even the staunches of foes with a single hit. I was unable to get any small weapons to conceal though with these you could easily get your hands on a weapon.

“Finally there is the lipstick that might not be of much use to you after the first day since you wouldn't reapply it but the effect carries a toxin triggered by moisture so if you lick your lips first that should be enough to activate it. What it does is make the effected person loopy and open to suggestion. An antidote in the form of this pill gives your system 48 hours of immunity from the drug. Luna knew some impressive people.

“I will switch ships and we can come up with some sort of exit strategy. I also can get the contacts to pass you off as a new acquisition of Mercer's. Do you have any questions?”

As Celine got done with her conversation, the blonde agent soon returned to Scorch who had a bag with some equipment in it. The first thing was a pair of earrings that acted like a radio, No louder than a whisper, huh? At least I would not like to have worry about any overhearing the conversation. At least in person, with one frequency it could still be jammed though little could be done to prevent that.

The redhead soon held up a wire which was clearly some sort of denotation cord. It was pretty thin but it would enough to blow a hole when the agent needed it. As long as the makeup is good enough it should work. The agent was surprised by the fake fingernails. They would be able to disable someone with a hit, enabling Celine to take whatever equipment her unconscious foe had on him.

It was when the pirate pulled out the lipstick, the agent began to wonder on how much Luna had trusted her with gear. The fiery outlaw had more gear than even someone like Celine would be allowed to carry out in the field. Fortunately for the blonde undercover agent, circumstances had made the pair unlikely allies. Right if I used, I’ll have to do it quickly. Do you know how long it works after it is applied?

As long we can stay in contact that should work. Who are these contacts you are going to reach?

Most of the tech had been acquired by various nearby contacts that Luna had a good deal of clot with but there was a good deal of trust being used here too seeing that the ex-pirate could have skipped out though with her interests in Mercer and her sister Scorch was motivated in doing well more than what she was asked.

Initially it was just recovering the agent from her home planet of Hadante until she determined what was one the line. She probably wouldn't get Selena back but if this hurt Mercer in some way she was game for it.

“Various contacts that are on the planet or nearby. I did a fair share of forming ties here before Selena was moved. In a system over is an individual where I can get a different star ship from and there are various others here, fences and what not. I even know a few slavers here, not my kind of people but I was digging up information on my sister at the time and made a few contacts. I think I have an in for you.

“Now let's do up your scar. Your in luck I've had a fair share of experience going incognito so I'm pretty good at the make up stuff.” She smiled. “I'd recommend the torso or leg.” She inspected the agent though not in a way that had appraised her value, she was clueless as to that but in a way of calculating how this would work.
