Once aboard and tucked into their cell the AI on the other side of the force field that kept them contained it again peered over the organics.

“Is there anything you wish to pass along to the commander?” It's computerized voice was so monotone though if it were organic itself would that have been sarcasm? Gloating?

It was so sudden!
