Rosalie was in the middle of soccer practice when she was approached by a prefect and told she needed to report to the basement. She was given no explanation for why, but was told she would be told about it by whoever was supposed to hand down punishment to her. Rosalie was worried about what was going to happen to her this time. Before it was her first offense and the punishment was considerably light compared to what she had heard. But now she was there again, with no explanation as to why, who was going to punish her, or how. She paces around the small room trying to think back on what might have earned her another session in the basement, but nothing obvious came to mind. So why?

She stops in her tracks and looks to the door as she hears it open...

She entered the basement, green eyes look up from the file she was looking at like a doctor not knowing who their patient was until the last moment. The basement was an intimidating place for the most part with the shelves of torture equipment and tools for pleasure. It was dimly lit too outside of the center of the chamber.

“Miss Holbeck ...” there was a pause as she drew in the fact that she was here. Eyes skimmed the file again almost as if she had read the file outside of the name and was simply double checking. Then she set the file down on a shelf and appraised her again.

Noting her attire she had come from soccer practice. Recounting the game she watched some time ago now brought back memories prior to her role as Prefect. “I see that you are still practicing … still captain I suppose.” She dismissed that matter quickly, socializing wasn't what they were here for.

“Do you realize why you are here, Miss Holbeck?”

Rosalie felt a bit relieved seeing it was Daphnee once again, though in the back of her head she was still worried she would be in for an unpleasant experience this time. "Um no, I had to give up that title after last year. A person can only be captain of a team for one year, unless certain circumstances require them to take up that title again. But it's still my favorite game, so I'm still on the team." She explains. "No, no one's told me anything. I was simply escorted here. And I've been wracking my brain since I got here, but I still can't figure out what I did wrong this time."

“I see,” she never did sports and while she wasn't all too active before coming to the island the denizens she had met had improved her shape considerably. She supposed the leadership role of captain had been more a team building thing. The college had a few teams seeing that they never went off island and had been isolated more or less but it kept someone from being in that role all throughout college.

She stored the information away. Not that it was likely to be useful later but one never could tell. She had taken folders from her Mistress again without knowing what each file contained.

“Hm, they could have waited until practice was over. Nevertheless ...” she had wondered about something here. Not that she had any reason to question why the file had been there. It could have been that she had been one of the girls she experimented on with NICE in the past and the idea was to work further on that or something new … they had given her something knew to test out and she had studied it quiet well after her misstep with some of the earlier stuff.

“Says that you and Miss Miller were seen dealing with contraband,” she had not elaborated on who reported this or what the contraband was observing Rosalie for any tells, not that she didn't already possess said knowledge.

"I wish they had. God only know what kind of rumors might end up circulating about why I was brought here." Rosalie answers. It was as if they wanted everyone around her to know. That suddenly seemed unimportant as Daphnee finally gave her the explanation she wanted. "Dealing contraband? That's completely ridiculous. And who's Miss Mil-...wait, do you mean Stephanie Miller? Other than a casual "hello" as we passed, I haven't been with her since me, her, and another student named Vanessa had a group assignment."

She nodded to confirm that she had been correct as to Miss Miller. “Not dealing contraband, receiving -” she paused. That was besides the point at the moment. She did not read too much in her eyes, nothing clear, nothing that indicated deception but there was other information she had not disclosed either. It would make Rosalie think as to the situation. Had something been planted on her without her knowing? Had someone seen something and interpreted it in the wrong way? There were a few questions on her part too but she dismissed it for the time being.

“You know the drill, remove the gym attire and restrain yourself,” her green eyes flicked to the chains visible at the center of the room then back to the green haired student. Denials and arguments would do no good, she may have had thoughts about the matter that didn't quite sit well but she had a task to do and she wasn't about to question it too much nor dismiss the matter out of hand.

She would get into looking into the matter later on if she had time. Chances were that she would have to deal with Stephanie again which could be annoying but after this long it seemed that Steph either got the hint or met someone else to sink her hooks into.

"But I didn't..." Rosalie tried to protest, but she had no solid evidence to counter with. It was her word against the accuser, whoever they were. She sighs and does as instructed without another word, removing her gym clothes then attaching the chains to her wrists. 'I swear, if I ever find out who set me up like this...' She thought angrily to herself, her gaze facing away from Daphnee. "It's not going to be...very painful, is it?" She still remembered how Daphnee explained how punishments could result in some blood and prayed that was not what she was in for.

There was little good arguing a case without any evidence to look at. At best she might uncover something after the fact without it and she relayed all that with but a glance. It wasn't a harsh one mind one that relayed that it would be a waste of time, not because she didn't believe her but Daphnee acted on what was presented before her.

She had a file with credible detail even if she harbored some doubt that was not enough to let her off. In just her undergarments Daphnee had not had her remove those. The question lingered there for a moment, she considered it for a brief tick and stepped forward.

An index finger slid down her chin, the underside of it, her neck and between her breasts. “Depends. You were warned before. Yet I am unsure about what I see. I hardly have time to look into matters now, which doesn't help us any but ...”

She paused and thought over something before grinning. “Perhaps I can try that out … there wouldn't be any guarantees but it could serve better.”

"I know I was warned, but that time there was plenty of evidence of what I did; a few bruises on me and the girl where we hit each other and several eye witnesses." Rosalie countered as she watched Daphnee's finger move down her body. She still believed though that the prefect was a reasonable person. She may have been told to punish Rosalie, but wasn't given any specification as to how. "Try what out? What are you thinking of doing to me, Daphnee." She wasn't sure if she should be worried from the grin Daphnee had or not. What sort of punishment was she going to use this time?

The difference this time was that she hadn't been the one gathering the information. That stuff was already done and it was her role to dole out corrections and look further into matters when necessary for further information. She would with this case but that was neither here or there.

“First ...” rather then answering the question she moved off into the shadows, scanning among the objects there. From behind she returned to Rosalie, an index finger sweeping along her spine nice and slow. She could be heard setting a few things down and moving her hair out of the way as she set a ball gag in place, it had small holes and inside was that familiar powder she had used once before. The aphrodisiac would get things started.

Then there was a stinging swat to her ass by a paddle. A pause then another smack. “I think we'll let that work in for a bit before I go fetch what I need and we can really get started.”

Rosalie glances back as much as she could trying to see what Daphnee was getting ready to do. Soon though she realized what Daphnee might have in mind as a familiar ball gag filled with powder was placed over her mouth. 'This again? Why is it I'm always getting drugged on half these situations?' She thought to herself. It always embarrassed her because it made her behave more loosely than she would on her own, and there was nothing she could do about it. She then lets out a muffled yelp feeling the sting of a paddle swatting her ass, then another. Apparently, Daphnee's plan seemed to involve an element of pain as well, and perhaps this was to see how Rosalie reacted to it while being under the influence of that aphrodisiac. Even she wasn't sure how this would turn out as she never thought of herself as a masochist on any level.

Her reaction is noted. The swats are kept more to a stinging sensation at worse. Her index finger pressed against her spine rubbing up and down. That drug taking effect, as a final test she reached around her, gave her breast a delicate squeeze and had her thumb roll over the nipple as if checking her arousal levels.

“Still afraid of water?”

That much had been easy for her to reference from the file and she had assisted her and Lily once with an experiment in an attempt to address the matter. She waits briefly for an answer, the swatting stops and she moves to blind fold her should she nod, shake her head or attempt a muffled response did not matter at the time.

The drug she used was both familiar and different as it were two combined with one. The stronger drug, the aphrodisiac kicked in first generating arousal. The smaller dose had yet to kick in.

Rosalie let out a muffled cry with each swat. She didn't understand what Daphnee hoped to accomplish drugging her then making her feel pain. Rosalie would hear the sounds of waves rolling against the shore as her thoughts of water became stronger. They grew louder and peeked as she felt a coolness envelop her legs flowing up then down them.
