She had been left outdoors to explore on her own. The vehicles did not work and probably lacked engines. There were no animals either though plenty of mannequins in attendance as if they were meant to give some sort of facsimile of life.

Oddly she did come across two vending machines, one for drinks and one for snacks. Both appeared to be working although she had no funds to operate either. Still it would have been easy to brake the machines to get at their contents if she had of wanted.

The place went on for quite a bit, several miles in diameter she guest. Street lights turned on at one point during her exploration. The place seemed to be an outdoors city that was surrounded by mountains. There were two doors, that she discovered. There could have been more had she walked around the entire circumference of the city but she would have only seen the outskirts of the place.

One of the doors had been the one that lead out into this place with the other being on the opposite side of the city. Both had been locked and would not budge. Still there was something eerie here, something that she only noted when the street lights came on.

Those mannequins came to life moving, seeking her out. They were slow but they had numbers shambling at her in a clunky fashion. They were almost like a hoard of the dead, each wanting to get at her.

But none tried to access the homes or vehicles standing outside of them, waiting on her before acting. The buildings themselves had been empty of these things and for some reason they had not been allowed indoors. Each building had been furnished as one would have expected and she could even find various tools that could be used as weapons. Nothing as glorious as her shield or energy weapons but simple tools could be found.

Fire axes, screw drivers, shovels, sledge hammers … melee weapons for the most part that would assist with taking these things out or even taking down a wall. It was doubtful that they would hold up against the metal doors that sealed her inside of this city.

It took some time before she heard something in one of the buildings she was exploring. A skittering sound from somewhere down the hall. In her exploration she had found that the books and papers here contained gibberish and that security cameras did not function if they ever did. This place had been set up to copy a city at least with a quick look but the closer she looked at it the more flaws she uncovered.

That skittering sound was contained in a room down the hall she thought as the thing, whatever it was, had not been getting any closer to her position.

Left alone Diva had no choice but to wander around, Alicia disappeared to fast for her to fallow her out and even if she did she would not make it far. For now Diva simply wandered the massive zone. This "Place" was bigger then she had thought. It was truly a city... underground? or out side? Diva was not sure how something so massive could have been concealed, yet there was so much of the facility she has not seen yet. Having only spent time in the zoo and slave quarters. Seeing this place however made her wonder what exactly it was they did here in this place and it put the knight on edge as she wandered the streets with a keen eye, stepping passed the crowds of strange lifeless mannequins as she went.

Taking in the sights with the eyes of a warrior, spotting poisons of advantage, and strategic importance started to make more sense as she was starting to piece this new mystery together. A collection of large monsters, numerous disposable slaves, and a massive zone for them to wander..... it was in that moment Diva sudden realized it as she let out a audible gasp. "This is a hunting ground..." Diva came to that realize just as out of the corner of her eye she noticed the rigid movements of a mannequin suddenly turn to face her. Its eerie lifeless eyes taking in her form as the lights of this "city" slowly began to dim creating the illusion of night fall.

Diva froze where she was the moment she noticed it. The knight watching the strange automaton come to life and look at her from where it stud no more then a few steps away.... it was then Diva noticed another mannequins close by begin to rigidly move forcing her to take a step back away from it, putting her back to a wall as she nervously watched as one after another mannequins sprang to life, fallowed by another and another before all the mannequins on this street alone where now alive, moving collectively as they all turned at once and glared at her with a stare that sent a chill straight down to her bones.

"W-what in the world is this?" Diva gasped as she watched the hoard collectively shamble twords her. Moving with rigid and strange moments that were nothing but unnatural and horrific as they closed in around here, pawing and grabbing at her arms, her legs, her dress, pulling at her clothes as Diva instantly stepped forth and kicked one in the chest sending it toppling to the ground, however with that punishing blow Diva felt the weight of the mannequin .... she was still weak, yet to have the time to appropriately rest and gather her strength to its fullest as Diva instantly delivered a shove to the next mannequin that shambled forth as she struggled to defend her self, however quickly getting cornered and overran Diva had no choice but to fight until she saw an opening in the crowd allowing her to quickly slip threw and run as the hoard quickly jumped into a jog after her, chasing her down the street.

Diva had little choice, she had to find a place to hold up as Diva simply picked the first open door or unlocked she found and rushed through it. Rushing in side only to turn back and see that the hoard had stopped at the doorway, shambling and shuffling at the entrance as if unable to enter? The sight confused the knight yet she didn't take the time to find out why this was as she simply closed the door and found the heaviest thing, she could pick up in her current state and use it to barricade the door. A shelf happen to be adjacent to the door allowing Diva to simply topple it over to bar the door before she put her back to her hastily made barricade. It was in the fallowing moments her heart skipped a beat as she heard the sudden skittering sound come from some where deeper into side the build.

Diva instantly took up the nearest thing she could use as a weapon, in this case it was a fire extinguisher sitting inside of a already broken case as Diva took hold of its handle and nossel before she carefully proceeded down the halls. Quickly Diva began to notice the detail fading the deeper she explored the building and moved into areas what seemed unlikly for her to enter as she found empty rooms, or those that where not even finished in construction, lacking wall panels, and even floor tiles. Yet Diva paid that little mind as she listened for the sound of skittering.... for now she simply need to find a way out of this building and find a safe place to hold up.

The mannequins did not follow after her nor attempt to force the door opened which was a plus. Perhaps the things had instructions not to follow her into the buildings or there was something inside them far more dangerous even to them.

The skittering sounds had not been reassuring either. Arming herself she went to check on the source finding that the building hadn't been fully constructed. As she progressed some of the walls showed signs of construction as if the place was just a shell more or less. Still even if the building wasn't entirely finished it was a remarkable feet to have all this accomplished.

There were some windows she found but the mannequins seemed to sense her movements and followed on the outside of the building or at least she got that impression as more than once she had been met with a blank stare looking into the building at her, daring her to come outside. Perhaps only a few from the main group circled around and remained at each window daring her to come out.

Even if there were just one or two of them at each window they could slow her down considerably. She still had to get out the window, deal with them and may be delayed long enough for others to swarm her.

So back to looking for the source of this sound. Shadows scurried away from her in the darkness. Things were close but always kept to darker regions of the building, often retreating from her as she grew close.

Then one charged out at her retreating soon after it was struck by the fire extinguisher. She only got a quick look at it but it was some sort of bug she guessed, a rather large one about the size of a house cat. It possessed an exoskeleton, mandibles and was quick.

Another darted at her from the side driven off by her attacks. No sooner had it been driven away another came in from her other side targeting her ankle with those mandibles, attempting to pull her off balance. She would find that it was quit powerful for it's size. While it distracted her another dropped on her from above clinging to her back, stinging her as it clung onto her, her back burning as whatever toxin it used entered into her.

The bugs were getting bolder while one of the mannequins gleefully waited outside a window for her as the bugs darted in against her.

Diva simply move forward. She had little choice but to proceed despite the eriee feeling she sensed and the skittering sounds she heard as her exit was blocked by the mannequinns outside. Diva simply took up her improvised weapon and ventured deeper into the hollowed out buiding carfuly. The knight warry of her surroundings as she passed the open windows only to spot more her creepy stalkers circiling the building almost as if they knew were she was at all times.

Diva paused for a moment as she glared at the mannequinn curiously, wondering if it really did know were she was at all times? Diva questioning this as she had a idea to test this plan, however befor she could act on it there was suddenly somthing that rushed out from the shadows and swipped at her legs. Diva letting out a shout of suprise as it nearly got her, but her well trained reflexs allowed her to jump back in time forcing it to retreat befor another creature came darting from the darkness. Diva managed to strike it with her weapon but it only seemed to run back to the safety of its darkness befor another dropped from the ceiling and latched onto her back as Diva let out a scream of pain as it sank its jaws into her sholder and injected its venom befor Diva managed to hit the creature off with her elbow befor the toxin began to take effect as Diva painfully winced as her body began to burn from the orgin of the bite as Diva struggled to figh. The swinging not helping her as she only managed to spread the venom faster through her body the more she fought and the weaker she became the more bolder the bugs became befor Diva was forced to make a choice..

Diva out of instinct moved to the window were a mannequinn laid in waiting as Diva hastly crawled out the window, having issues in her dress as she ried kicking at the stalker, shoving it away as best as she could, struggling to create a opening and escape.

Getting out that window was more difficult than she had thought as one of the bugs latched mandibles about her ankle as she was nearly out pulling her back inside if not for her grip on the window. She was assisted by the mannequin who tried to pull her free for nefarious reasons no doubt.

She fell pulled outside hearing a hiss from the bug as it let go, scurried up the wall and through the opened window to get back inside as if something outside harmed it greatly. There was no time to ponder that as she had to kick up from the ground at the mannequin that moved in on her now that she was free.

Others had been coming this way too but she was able to drive back her current assailant and scramble to her feet before they got to her. In a frantic effort to get away she ran, her prior wound burning as that venom coursed through her.

It wasn't an aphrodisiac or anything lethal but it would hinder her. At first she was able to ignore it due to adrenaline but that only sped up the toxin. She managed to get a block and a half away before she couldn't help but staggering and falling down constantly. The pack of mannequins growing by the second.

She could manage to get to her feet, take a few steps only to collapse once more. It was like her legs had fallen asleep and it couldn't come at a worse time. The toxin a paralytic one, though not a true one which would hinder her breathing but effective enough that her limbs would feel as if they had fallen asleep.

First her legs then her arms went tingly. The big choice was whether or not to try to get to one of the buildings. The mannequins might stop perusing her but if there were any of those bugs then they would certainly get her. It was unclear of the objectives of either group and it was doubtful that she could keep it together long enough to make a choice in the first place with the hoard closing in on her.

A cloaked figure appeared out of an alley way gesturing to her. “This way!” It was hard to tell if it were another mannequin or not but the last time she checked the mannequins lacked working mouths.

Diva struggled to escape, feeling the bug wrap its self around her leg as she crawled threw the window in a haste. Kicking at the creature Diva felt it was stronger then she thought as it even manged to pull her back into the building, however as she was struggling she felt the hand of a mannequin grab her wrist and pull assist her. However Diva knew this was simply for its own reasons to get her to as she simply used it to help her for now. Kicking and scrabbling ageist the window frame before finally the bug released its grip and cut its losses and let go. Diva falling face first into the mannequin who toppled to the ground with her where it instantly went to grab her, tugging her arms, and trying to pin her quickly, but the knight was far more skilled at breaking holds of creatures much larger then her self as she easily kicked the machine away and easily rolled to her hands and knees and made a break for it, even as the mannequin reach out and took her by the dress she simply ran, not caring if it ripped.

Diva didn't waste time as she rushed out of the ally way with the means to escape this place quickly. Not concerning her self with the burning in her shoulder, or the sting in her ankel as she simply ran, not looking back as a hoard of mannequins began to form and fallow as she tried to make some distances between the last building before she suddenly felt dizzy, her head growing foggy, as her limbs grew heavy and tingly as she ran. It was a few more steps before Diva tripped on her own legs and came tumbling to the ground in the center of the street.

Rghm. W-whtat?" Diva gasped as she struggled to her feet, weakly taking another step before she collapsed once again, her limbs were heavy, it was hard to move as Diva struggled to walk, yet every step her knees simply gave way as if they were falling asleep. It was in that moment the realization hit her as she reached to her side and patted her shoulder, wiecning at the sting. "D-damn... Poison...." Diva groaned as she struggled to stagger forward, looking back as the hoard of mannequins continued to shambled forth to her as she was slowly loosing more and more physical control. However it was a beacon of hope as in a near by ally way Diva noticed a stranger waving her to their location.

Despite Diva staggered to her feet and struggled to make her way to the narrow ally and the stranger who was waiting for her, putting her fate in their hands.

Reaching the ally with the mannequins not far behind the cloaked stranger took her arm slinging it around their shoulder. Grabbing hold of her hip she assisted the knight as best as she could. Diva was unable to help much it was good that the stranger was strong. She passed through a door at the end of the alley as the mannequins were swarming into the alley.

The door lead into a single room that didn't have much inside it. A few crates were here and the room was illuminated by an dull orange light. There was a bedroll here on the floor which she had been helped to and laid upon.

“Don't worry they can't go inside the buildings and this is a safe area. Some of the buildings are safe too, not many of them. By the looks of it you went into one that had the bugs. In any case the poison causes paralysis of the limbs. Fortunately that's all since if it shut down breathing too we wouldn't be having this conversation.

“bugs inside. Mannequins outside the best you can hope for is to find the safe area designated to you or take your chances searching for other spots like this one. The mannequins are only active at night. However, sometimes Alicia lets in something from her menagerie and all rules are off until it gets removed.

“Think of this place as a doll house or rather a city that's a doll house. You happen to be her latest toy to play with until she gets bored of you that is. Rest. I can't see any more stings then the one so the poison shouldn't last more than an hour. You're lucky. The more stings you receive the longer the poison lasts. And FYI the bugs are worse than the mannequins. At least when it becomes day again the mannequins freeze. If you get trapped inside with the bugs they keep going until they get their fill. Some of the homes have only a few of them. Others are teeming with them so you might get lucky or just might get fucked to death.

“Oh, and they don't leave the homes. OK, you got all the rules. And another thing, this area isn't going to be safe again. Next time their will be bugs here. Got all that?”

The cloaked stranger was female but other than that there was little telling who or what she was. Another slave that had been tossed into this elaborate place? One meant to help newbies or was there something more about it?

“Do you have any questions? Otherwise it's time for me to go.”

Odd since there was only one way out and by now plenty of mannequins were in that alley.

Diva had little choice but to accept the strangers help as she staggered to the women in the ally way and allowed her to sling one of her arm over the strangers shoulders as she was assisted. The poison as fast acting and Diva soon felt her limbs locking up as she moved. Not looking back Diva could only hear the sound of trampling foot steps echo in the ally way behind them mean that the mannequins where in hot pursuit however just before the hoard closed in Diva felt her self get shoved into a single as the stranger pushed the knight in side and let her fall to the floor before closing the door behind her.

Diva was helpless now, the poison in her vains fully paralyzing her limbs as she glared up at the stranger with a stern, yet nervous demeanor, one of distrust for obvious reason as the stranger soon returned to Diva, helping the knight to a bedroll on the floor where she collapsed into the soft bedding, forced to lay there thanks to the bugs who managed to bite her with their vial toxin.

"T-thank you for saving me....." Diva struggled to speak, the poison locking her jaw, as she found it hard to move, speak, even breath as she glared at the stranger befor the women put her most deepest concern to rest as she quickly went into a rant regarding this place....

Diva had no choice but to listen as she glared at the women from her place on the floor, speak on the beasts and the machines out side, however after a short time Diva struggled to sit up, a strap on her dress falling off one shoulder as Diva let out a hot breath of air as the energy to move was being zapped thanks to the toxin. "W-who... Who are you....." Diva asked as she sat up and looked to the women. 'D-do you know how to get out of this place?"

“No thanks are necessary. Someone needed to teach you the rules before the consequences began,” the woman smiled. When Diva recovered somewhat the figure paused thinking about that question.

“Well there's the way you came in. The door is designed only to be opened from the other side but you might be able to do something about that. Of course if you did I don't think they'd be too happy with you if they catch you.

“There's a second door too. It's hidden and I guess it only opens from one side too. I haven't actually seen the door myself but I imagine that's how they get all the monsters in and out of here when they're looking to stir things up.

“The best thing you can hope for is for them to forget about you or assume that you've died. Not all the buildings are empty. Some have food, others weapons. It's a lure to get you to explore the buildings. Often you get a home base, food shows up there sometimes but often you have to look for it which brings a bit of risk unless you ration your supplies. Sometimes it can be days before food shows up too. It's always when you're unconscious or out so I don't know how they deliver it.”

Another smile as she gazed at Diva. Rather than answering her question about who she was directly her eyes focused on the torn dress.

“You have already ruined that dress. Now is that behaving properly if you ever want to see Myra again?” The smirk sealed who this was though that voice had been different. “Sit tight until morning unless ...”

She left that last part out departing before she could stop her with those still struggling limbs. The mannequins did not hinder her either though they remained there in the alley way parting for her, squeezing themselves against the walls then returning to the alley as she moved past.

There they remained stopping her from departing least she have to deal with them. At day break they were frozen in place making it difficult for her to press through their numbers.

They offered no resistance. If they were active there was no way she could have gotten out of that alley way. With her strength she would have been able to deal with them in the beginning but the more she pushed into them the more that could get around her. Ones she had previously dealt with would rise up behind her, hands would grapple her and keep her there all night long.

After getting through the alley she had choices to make. If she could believe Alicia there were weapons here hidden in the homes. One of which was her base of operations though Alicia never revealed which one that was.

In addition there could be things from that zoo that were released here too. While she might be able to fight back against them there was no way she could without weapons. It seemed that this whole place had been set up for Alicia's interests. There were plenty of risks to keep things interesting regardless of her choices. Did she look for her safe house? One of the doors? Weapons? Right now she was safe to wonder around at least if she stayed outside.

Diva struggled to just sit up, everything was much harder thanks to the drug in her system keeping her reaction time down, yet she heard the stranger out, taking the informations as it came. "So they have me trapped in here.... and they are going to just let one of those things loose in here with me...." Diva said with a scowl. "This is sick...." Diva scoffed as she put her back to a wall and sighed before she looked up and gazed at the stranger who looked back at here and smiled and gave her an order. "Sit tight until morning...."

Diva's eyes went wide as she heard the command that caused her body to tense up. "Its you!!... isnt it... Alicia..." " Diva said with a annoyed tone, her voice low and it was all clear the moment the stranger opened her mouth and made her sly remark regarding her outfit, and Myra as Diva in a fit of rage grit her teeth and struggled to sit up. "Y-you! You!!! D-dont you dare touch M-myra!" Diva growled as she pointed at her with a look of anger in her eyes. The knight forgetting the Alicia's power of control, her means of disabling her. It was like the knight did care for anything that happened up to this point as she shouted at her as she left, watching her leave through the crowd of mannequins that didn't even stand in her way. The hoard of blank mechanical creatures who only glared at Diva while she was still paralyzed in side the room and now alone.

Diva simply took this time to rest, she had not choice with the command flowing though her head forcing her to stay put, however this allowed the effects of the drugs to pass through her system and by the time it did it was morning and Diva was able to move agin.... However she did not leave the room until she knew the mannequins outside were no longer moving, once she did she simply pushed side those she need to out of the way as she pushed and shoved through the crowd of dozens of faceless automatons befor making her way to the main street.... "I need a weapon..." Diva said to her self as she quickly ran to a build accorded the street as she cautiously went inside, keeping her eyes peeled for those creatures, other those from the zoo..... either way she knew that she found an axe once before in one of theses buildings.... there had to be something.

She was ignored being in no position to act on any of her statements. Left there she had a long night of rest and recovery. The drugs faded by morning and even with the mannequins being frozen in place it had been sometime before she trusted that this was not some sort of ruse.

But she found that Alicia was truthful, at least in this part of her story. Able to push her way past them she got out into the pseudo city. A lot of mannequins had been focused there near that alley way and she did not see so many as she walked around.

It was almost like they were sharks scenting blood in water drawn to her location. Fortunately the day proved to be safer unless she explored the buildings and even then some of the buildings were safe, it was all at random it seemed.

The safest way for her to explore such places had been making noise before entering, knocking on the doors, listening for any movement and making more noise when entering. Many of the buildings just didn't seem right. She could hear something beyond or heard something after entering the first room allowing her to depart fast enough before any of the bugs found her.

In search of a weapon she discovered a house that had her name on the mailbox. At least her first name. It was safe, had some food within it and clothes.

There was even a key sitting on the kitchen table in plain sight but it was unclear as to what it was for. None of the buildings had locks from what she seen and there had been nothing that had a lock. At best it may have gone to a car if they were more than just facsimiles.

That house also had a supply of clothing, some dressy others more practical in running around in. In the closet along with the clothes had been her shield, perhaps the greatest weapon she could hope to discover.

So this was her home. It would be safe but there wasn't likely to be any more food coming here. She would have to find it the hard way.

Having about ten minutes to settle in she heard a scream from outside somewhere nearby. Feminine, along with a loud growl. It was close, close enough to hear. She could hear movement along with other things such as the overturning of cars and uprooting of trees, the two things that resembled what she was hearing.

Diva didn't leave much up to chance as she searched for a safe place to settle as well as a weapon, she was a knight after all and fighting was her specialty as she approached each structure the same. Entering the front, making a loud noise before entering, waiting for any kinda of movement before moving on to search for supplies as she didn't seem to find much in the form of anything useful, however it was before one specific structure caught her attention while she was wandering.

"What is this?" Diva said to her self as she approached the strange box posted on a large shaft that caught her attention. Diva did not know much about earthling structure or writing.... but working with A.D.D she did catch somethings as she knew a little bit of the written English language, letters spelling the words. D.I.V.A on the box placed in front of the smaller structure. It was enough to peak her interest as she approached the door and did the same method she did with the other buildings, kicked open the door with a heavy kick and made a large noise to draw out any hostile creatures that might be lurking inside.

After a moment of waiting Diva proceed cautiously inside, looking around the first room for supplies only to notice a key resting on a table in the front room, something she took with a bit of confusion, considering the fact that she had no found a single locked door in this entire place.... Stranger still was the fact that this structure held other supplies for her to use as she explored it further to discover more clothing consisting of more fancier garbs to things more practical for this setting... however something else caught her eye as Diva quickly moved to the closet and found somthing she swore she had all but lost.

"My shield!" Diva said with bright words as she quickly moved to take up her shield, lifting it into her arms before she turned to look deeper inside the closet only find no trace of her armor..... "Damn." Diva cursed befor she simply dropped her shield onto the bed only to notice her self in the mirror. The dress she was was ripped, torn, falling apart, leaving very little to the imagination, not that she had much left to hide as she simply sighed with a defeated groan. Diva didnt waste time as she simply took a handful of the dress and sharply tore it off her body with on mighty pull. Diva leaving her self topless, clad in only the white panties she was given earlier before she went about ransacking the closet for something to cover her self with.

Diva wasn't picky and she simply grabbed a large black blouse and threw it on before she went about hasty buttoning up her shirt before she heard the scream fallowed by the loud roar come from outside..... Almost instantly Diva perked up and stopped buttoning her blouse only to look at the door to the room she was in as she quickly moved to her shield and took up her weapon and charged out of the house that was hers.

Things had remained quiet more or less for awhile now. Her search methods had uncovered the places that the bugs dwelled and the mannequins were all immobile during the day. She was able to avoid the infested buildings and even found the home that was designated as her own.

Then the scream caught her attention. Racing to the closet to recover the shield she thought she was never going to see again she hurried outside, the unbuttoned blouse exposing her bra as she ran. The stone beneath her feet was cool and picked up vibrations rushing through the earth as something big moved above ground.

Each of it's steps sending a tremor through the ground. At first she could not see anything but those screams guided her to the corner of the street around which she saw the behemoth. It was the size of a single story building, some sort of bipedal reptile with a tail running with it's head low to the ground. It had two small arms and would have looked like a dinosaur if not for six tentacles, three per side, that burst out of it's sides lashing and coming at the woman it was pursuing.

Tentacles hit the street taring up the earth as it came close to hitting it's target. It had it's back to her, as did the woman so there wasn't much else she could make out save for the flash of some color. The woman had long pink hair and wearing yellow from what she could tell.

All this information was processed in a matter of seconds. One of those tentacles hit or nearly hit the woman, in either case it was enough to send her to the ground where another tentacle was quick to secure a hold around an ankle pulling her along the street toward it then lifted her dangling body up as it looked like it was about to gulp her down ...

Diva did not have time to concern her self with modest, her knightly training took effect as she rushed out the door with her shield in hand in little more then a bloused that was currently unbuttoned and a pair of virgin white panties, lacking the bra she neglected to slip on as Diva simply rushed outside, the bloused opening as she ran feeling the cool ground under her feet as she swiftly charged barefoot out into the street, fallowing the sound of scream and roars as well as the sensation of tremors slamming the ground. Whatever this best was it was colossal as Diva fallowed the path of destruction deeper into the residential area of the strange city until she finally spotted the behemoth.

It was large, scaly, and nearly a story stall running on two large legs. It sported a gaping maw and seemed to be failing about tendrils and its tail chasing something much smaller then its self that was clearly scream and afraid. Diva only knew it was another sentient being in distress as she did not wait to learn more information or spot if there were more monsters before she dove into the frey and engaged the beast in combat the moment it slammed down its tendrils and snared its victim by the ankle. Already dangling its prey in front of its maw, ready to gulp her down as the victim would see the barely clothed knight suddenly rush out of nowhere as Diva rushed in with the ferocity of a warrior. Currently she lacked the rest of her armor, and her strength was not fully back yet, however she boasted enough to lift her shield with ease... even run with it.... hopefully it would be enough.

"UNHAND HER MONSTER!!!!!!!" Diva yelled in fury as she charged in with inhuman like haste. Running twords the beasts as she jumped mid charge, using her unnatural strength to launch her self into the air as she raised her shield high and angled the sharp edge to strike down on the creatures spine, using her strength and gravity to chop down on the behemoths neck like a executioner and the power of a guillotine.

Rushing out the creature saw movement and responded shifting it's focus from the morsel and cracking a tentacle in her direction like a downward whip that just missed her smashing the concrete that it struck.

She had been in the air already bringing the shield down on the neck of the creature. The edge of the shield striking the howling creature who dropped the woman. There was no blood, however, the shield did not penetrate it even with her strength.

Tentacles shot up in her direction attempting to swat at her. She landed just after the woman landed behind her. Air being driven from her lungs but she was still alive and for the moment the creature ignored her shifting it's attention to her.

It was fast considering it's size but she was faster. It was stronger, about the same gap existed between the strength and speed. Even it's hide was thicker as she discovered for herself. Head to head she wouldn't stand a chance.

One shot could be all it took for it to get the upper hand even if it took a while to get it. Still if she could find a vulnerable spot she might be able to exploit it. She did hurt it even if she was unable to brake the skin.

Another option would be attempting to lure it away as she was clearly faster than it was.
