Is there an Interplanetary Bestiary?
Just about every In Space scene on the boards includes slavers, guards, or other alien thugs other than monster characters. Has anyone put together a list of some of the more common species out there, their descriptions, ect? A few that I've seen reused are the fishy Undine, the Trocks, and Saurians, but I'm definitely not an expert.
Would some of the ADD and space monsters be interested in listing some of their favorite species?

To my knowledge, there is none, as there are countless species out there.

I thought there was an off chance that strombringer had made a list at some point.
I'm mostly interested because I have some ideas for either monster on monster or ADD/SFA teamups against NPC slavers and I wanted to see some of the most common established races.

Re: Is there an Interplanetary Bestiary?
We might be able to create a thread for that in Roleplay Discussion, I remember there was a "forum-style wiki" for the ADD agents once there, and some school clubs were discussed way back as well. We can put into it any relevant species from our monsters and SFAs for it to be grouped in one convenient place.

Probably not a bad idea to set that (or something similar) up. Wouldn't be the first time I've borrowed some of those for an rp or two. Makes the world feel more alive if the same species pop up a bit more frequently (though they're not necessarily part of an established Shokushu canon).

To be honest I entirely forgot that section was an option when I made this thread. It probably should have been there to start.
And yeah Ania, that's exactly what I was getting at. No need to reinvent the wheel for every scene, and its nice for the agents to have a passed history with the different races, not just the repeat monsters.

I didn't want to make a list because it tends to inhibit people from being inventive. Or makes them lazy, picking something already defined
