Still dressed in the school uniform she made her way back down the empty hallway. Yuki had been asked to stay after classes were done to work on her singing, which was somewhat lacking. Back home she never had time for music though it wasnt something she didnt enjoy. Now she was required to do it her voice seemed a bit weak, never able to sing loud enough when needed.

Getting to the music room she knocked gently on the door "Hello?"

The door to the music room was unlocked and it slowly creaked open at the girls knocking. The room was fairly empty, the soundproof walls lined in their usual carpet, the blue carpet and steel walls making sure that no sound escaped the chamber, and that sounds inside would echo about. As soon as she stepped inside, Siolazar would shut the door slowly, not wishing to alarm her in any way. It was sitting on the other side of the door, spread out very thin along the side of the room where the floor met the wall, a tiny black line, hardly noticeable. In the middle of the room was a tape recorder sitting on a stool, put there by the shadowling to bring her into the room.

She blinked her eyes scan over the room, her hand hesitated hovering over her left thigh for a moment. Unsure but something made her feel tence "Hello? Sensei?" she walked a little further into the room when her eyes fell upon the tape recorder, picking it up with her right hand pressing the play button.

Siolazar watched from the corner. This one apparently, according to the teachers, needed to learn how to use her voice better. Well then, the shadowling could most certainly help with that. It stayed on the floor, slithering along behind her as she walks, completely unnoticed for the moment. As she presses play, the voice on the tape recorder begins to talk.

"Hello Yuki. You are here to practice using your voice in different situations. Someone will be along to assist you after a while. Until then, practice your scales. You will need to record them, so be sure to rewind this tape, and record over it. Begin when ready."

The shadowling waited for the girl to begin, and slithered directly beneath her. This should be interesting. Experiment on Yuki: Use Your Voice, begin.

She bit her lip her left hand continued to hover over her thigh strangely glancing around the room she sighed heavily holding the recorder up to her pink lips she began to go through her scales, her voice soft but clear enough.

Spilling across the floor like some sort of midnight tide, the inky form of of the shadowborn spread itself thin beneath Yuki as she began to go through her scales. The shadowborn listened for a few moments of this and then it projected it's slightly raspy voice from one of the corners of the room, making it seem like the voice came from one of the loudspeakers present.

"You need to sing louder, Yuki. It is one of the reasons that you are here. Such soft voices aren't able to be heard easily, especially in class. You should speak up, or do you need encouragement?"

Siolazar had been waiting for a long time since it's last experiment to ensure that none of the pesky emotions got in it's way. Science would hold true in this experiment, most assuredly. How long could this one keep up her singing if she was being distracted, it wondered. Slowly, the shadowling grasped her shadow's feet, binding her in place at least at this point.

She blinked a few times slowly looking around for the source of the voice, her singing stopping. "Uh um...Sensei..where are you?" Her eyes slowly scan the room. Thinking about what he told her "Well..ok...I guess I will try again." She cleared her throat gently closing her eyes starting to do her scales once more singing a little louder then before.
