Aye, it happens. my schedule's a little rocky right now, so I know how that is.
That would be awesome! If you could do that, I'd be unlimitedly grateful.
Her hair could have gotten long. She's been on the island for a while.
and maybe, pretty please, blueify the eyes?

lol. blueifying should be easy. I can eliminate all the hair behind her easily, but given the hair in front it might be better if I could find a way to shrink it halfway. that way it'll shorten the hair a little, and preserve the bangs giving her some of her modesty without her hair being uneven... it'd be easier than shrinking -that- bit of hair as well. Will have to see what I can come up with to do it.

I don't know. I'm kinda thinking maybe El's grown some long hair since she's got to the school. That pic's definitely got much lighter hair though.

heheh. if we are just talking about color-shifting, it shouldn't be too hard then. blueifying her eyes will be easy; masking her hair might be a bit interesting to do but shouldn't be hard. I'll have to see how dark I can get it without it looking off. MIght toy with that tomorrow afternoon

Ok, I did an initial shift on her eyes. They look best with Color Dodge, but I could do a Hue shift or another kind of color overlay with a touch of lightening. Just getting your opinion on this so far; going to mask her hair next to be able to darken it.
So far!

ok! I'll leave the eyes then, masking the hair now. Got them mostly done; the smoke is a bit of a challenge; I masked it where it goes over the hair, but I'll probably cut that out. Will straight darkening the hair suffice, or do you want it black? Either way might be interesting to pull off, but I've got a few ideas

Found another trick or two with the eyes, so I made some variations on the hair/eyes. I can easily edit any of them now because I masked them; worst I may have to do is unmask the smoke for some shifting. Feel free to suggest any changes you feel like is needed

That looks awesome!
But I can't really tell a difference between the four different edits. They all look perfect, but they all look the same. Maybe I just don't have a discerning enough eye.
Edit: I like the blue for the eyes on the first two better than the second two, I think.

yep. I found a straight overlay preserves the depth in the way the color dodge didn't.
One of each pair you'll note has either very dark brown hair, or black(I think) hair. So feel free to use any of the ones you like. Do you want any more changes to them?
