"Heh ummm alright so uhhh..."

I laughed a little to at the wink hand behind my head mussing my hair up nervously.

"So; umm yeah guess I'll keep that in mind if I ever feel the need to seduce someone, not sure it it'll ever come up for a girl like me though."

"I bet it comes up everyday for you... just you have to pay attention".

He leaned back in the chair smiling.

"Maybe... but, I'm always too busy trying not to fail I guess I am a bit oblivious sometimes but, isn't everyone Bon?"

This was nice, me chatting with someone that wasn't my dad or a girl. Actually laughing for once in a long while.

"You're only oblivious because you want to be... everyone can see everything if they want to... it's like a magic trick, you only see the truth if you truly want to".

Bon smiled at her.

"Maybe but, I uess it's only just so I won't be distracted; I have to work so damned hard; Bollocks to the bloody geniuses who find everything so god damned fucking easy."

I was getting a bit mad suddenly at the thought apparently I was angered by those who seemed to get things without having to work hard for understanding or skill.

"I bet you find a few subjects really easily..."

Bon leaned back, smiling at her.

"Never... unless personal grooming counts as a subject and even that I've been behind on since I woke up here and then I was doing well at medical school but then I was abducted in an alley drugged and woke up in this place."

I slammed a fist against the table my mood sinking a bit for a moment I Shivered and smiled.

"But, Hey at least I've made a friend today eh."

I was obviously talking about him

"Well I'm glad you consider me a friend... you're my friend too"

Bon leaned back happily.

"That's great! I actually had someone say they're my friend around here!"

It was a first so far all I had were aquaintences. I was practically beaming at him now my leg shifting to a more trusting position swaying under the table now; I didn't expect a friend to look under the table; and it's not like I wouldn't see him try to.

Bon smiled happily, "well I'm glad I could make you happy".

"Is it bad I'm hoping one of my teachers gets really sick so I have a good class for once?"

I snickered leaning back a little more comfortably.

"Hmm, so before you came here what did you do?"

"No, that's not mean... not that much..."

Bon chuckled a little, "I was a traveling musician"

"That must have been facinating! Traveling the world Brilliant even."

I sighed thinking about how fun her life could have been if I had choosen that sort of life instead; I might not have even been here right now. Oh well what will be will be i guess made my bed & had to sleep in it now.

"It was pretty fun... minus the fact I was homeless on the streets for mostly all of it".

Bon sat forward, leaning his arm on the table, laying his head in his hand.

"Oh uhm, yeah heh I-I guess It would have been kind of hard; I didn't think of that."

I said my tone holding a bit of naivite that came with an innocent mind.
