"I picked it because I knew it was going to be hard. But I want the challenge. I want you to challenge me to the best of your abilities."

She turns around with ehr still determeined expression. She was going to learn all that she can from Keemari until she couldn't anymore. The pact she made with the salamander would be used to its best extent. She wanted to become stronger for Kanoe and herself.

Breaking away from apprenticenship wasn't on her top priority as it was Kanoe's. It may seem odd it wasn't, but she didn't feel the need it was soemthing to work for. She just wanted to protect Kanoe better from monsters. That's all she could truly hope for. Then her own desires could be fulfilled.

"Alright. Let's get started then."

Unlike Kanoe this one didn't reviel me, she see me as an actual teacher in some ways. I couldn't help but smile a bit at her eagerness, not my usual smirk, but a genurie smile at her. "Well said, lets get to work on the area I think you girls need to learn the most about. Control." I tell her as I make some gestures and breath out fire from my mouth setting the area between us on fire. "At a normal rate this fire will reach the woods in ten mintues causing a great forest fire. Your task is to keep it here and contained using your magic. Do you know that level of power and control yet or will I have to show it to you?" I ask her.

She gives a smile in return to his. Although she had been cold before, and the fact he had practically tricked her into her body to him, she had little choice, but accepting their relationship as master and apprentice. It wasn't as if he gave lies to her since her powers were more controlled thanks to his teachings. The sooner the two of them got along, the better off she would be in learning with a level head.

She blinks in shock as he breathes fire around them. The harsh heat hits her skin and causes her to grit her teeth. She looks on in a defensive pose as the fires consume the grass and began to makes it way further around them. She was suppossed to control the fire with her magic? How in the forsaken realms was she suppossed to control fire while it had the wild verocity she knew little of?

"I've never done something like this before. How am I suppossed to contain it with my magic?" she questions quickly, trying not to lose time in asking Keemari before the fire spread further.

"Fire is alligned with three things that come to mind. Destruction, darkness, and purity. To control fire to know that these three are part of it's nature and to grind the your self and your magic into an intense spirit that will burn as bright or brighter then any fire." I tell her as I hold out my hands. I clench them together as she could sense the spirits in the fire as I use my magic to calm them, even make them subsude as the fire actually starts to die down into nothing once more.

"You must tape into your magic, learn to atune it to the spirits in the flame that are born there and control them, make them subsude. We will start smaller then." I tell her as I grab a downed branch and hold it up and light the tip on fire. "Keep this from being burnt up for as long as possible and keep the fire from spreading from it." I tell her as I drop it down onto the ground.

"I think differently of fire, but if that's the mindset I must be in then so be it."

She didn't agree with calling fire darkness, but it mattered little since she had to accept it as it was. She watches intently as Keemari lights the tip of the branch and drops it to the floor. Obviously, she would have to do this without holding the stick. Feeling she should do it this way, Claire holds out her hand above the burning branch and concentrates to stop the fire.

Mana swirls to her extended arm, rushing to her finger tips in visible sparks. Her teeth grit at the feeling of such intense power in one part of her body. But she stands firm, not allowing her own powers to take control and cause an explosion. Her eyes slam shut as she holds her breath. She just kept thinking of not letting the branch burn. Still new to this, she knew little on how to proceed, but she figured concentrating her mana in a spot of her body she could manipulate, it seemed like the best option.

Small beads of sweat form under her bangs of her forehead as she concentrates deeply. All sounds surrounding her seemed to fade away, with the exception of the flickering flames on the branch. It was almost starting to hurt to hold her mana in one place but she had to continue. For herself and for Kanoe, she tried to withstand the wiplashes of mana that flicked throughout her arm.

My hand then grasps hers as I lock eyes with her. "No, your objective is not to gain dominance over it, but to befriend it. Became the leader of the wild and choatic army of spirits." I tell her as the Introduction of my mana to her arm made the pain lessen. Her path for control was different then Kanoe's.

"Close your eyes and see all the spirits in the flames, how they dance around, use your mana to gain there attention to show them that you are the leader the master, do not use it to restrain them. They will only fit against being enslaved." I tell her.

She gasps softly when Keemari grabs hold of her hand. His statements she nods to, and peers down to the twig. She didn't seem to be doing any effort in keeping the flame abck. She clsoes her eyes once more and concentrates on these 'spirit's she speaks of.

She sighs softly before mana again returns to her hand, but more under control then what it was before. She didn't bring all of it to one place, trying to form a steady balance to...befriend these spirits of the flame. Her hand twitches whena s urge of mana comes forth, as if to try and gain the attention fo the spirits Keemari spoke of. She could only hope she was making some contact with them as he instructed.

At first she feels the same pain as before as she mucks through it. However slowly she starts to feel something, an easing against her body, against it as she can see the spirits, wild and dark in way. However some you see in your minds eyes slowly look towards your mana attracted by it.

Her hand twitches again with a spurt of mana. It was taking a small amount of energy out of ehr as she pants softly, but she was seeing...something. It appears to be some of the spirits Keemari mentioned. She grunts softly to attract their attention with her mana.

A larger burst came forth from her hand, but for some odd reason it wasn't draining much of ehr energy as before. Perhaps she was gaining some control in the matter, but she wouldn't jump to conclusions to quickly. She starts breathing through her nose and exhales through her mouth. This concentration was foreign to her and it was sort've unnerving to watch spirits become attracted to her like this.

More and more of the spirits became attracted to your mana as they became drawn to your mana. Looking outside the minds eye she would see the flames not spreading just burning slowly away as they seem memizered by your mana.

Then a large spirt of fire appeared in the group. In proporation he looked about ten times bigger then the rest of the spirits you were attracting as he roared and struck at your mana sending a backlash into you.

Her closed eyes squint while watching the small spirits watch intently at her mana. Suddenly when a giant spirit appears, she freezes. It roars and literally hits her mana. It seemed more painful it had just hit her body. She yelps upon feeling the backlash and still tries to concentrate, even with her hand burning.

Her hand quivers under the pain, the mana surrounding it not doing much good. She tries through the pain to see if she can't 'befriend' this large spirit. She couldn't give up, not yet. If it struck her again, she wasn't sure if she could handle it in the same spot. But she had to at least try to fight through the burning sensation in her hand.

It then strikes at your mana again as I see you cringing. It continues to strike at your mana testing your reslove as it continues to pummel your mana as the other spirits look on to see who's resolve will win.

The continuous pummbling of her mana forces her to her knees, gasping for breath as her hand singes in pain. Soft whimpers escape her mouth, but she tries to not break her concentration. Her hand twitches in more pain, begging for to just stop already.

her free hand grips the grass udnerneath her as she continues tot ake the beating the spirit is giving her. She isn't sure, but at this searing pain in her palm, she figures she won't last much longer. But she'd do it for as long as she possibly could.

The spirit then pulls both hands back and plunges them into her mana piercing her defenses it seems as she can feel two sets of hot hands grab her breasts and squeeze them tightly as you see the large fire spirit lick it's fiery lips as it does so.

She yelps when it pierces through deminsions and grasps her breasts into its hot hands. Her eyes open and narrow with gritted teeth. Her hand lets forth alarge sum of mana, as if to make the creature get off of her. Her hand was already in bad shape, she knew there would be some sear marks and perhaps some bleeding, but she had the resolve to sacrifice pain for power.

But this creature, if it continued to act so strangely and molest her she may just have to break off her concentration from it. then again, if she tried once mroe she'd probably end up in the same position. She jsut didn't know what to do as she cringes from her burning hand and the spirits assault on her mounds.

"Get.off.of.me..." she says through her tightened teeth.
