Severity sighed, her eyes darting along the sign-up sheets for various extracurricular sports. Alright- there was tai chi, but that was no good for her. She wanted to learn how to "beat the crap out of shit," as a friend of hers so succinctly put it. But none of these seemed to do the trick. This was weird- after all, all-girl colleges mostly had some sort of self-defense class. It was like... well, if she had to say it, it was like the administration wanted the girls to get attacked by the many creatures that Severity had experienced.

She turned away, dissatisfied. Nothing at all to help her with the problem. That certainly was a pity...

Kell wandered the halls of the gymnasium, an adventure in and of itself. Even shrouded as he was in his massive shawl, if one of the girls that passed by him could see his face… well it likely wouldn’t end well. But, at the same time, the deception got his blood pumping, something he had yet to do on this little island. And he could pick and choose targets for later hunts. What better place to hunt for the feistier women than a gym?

Even though he tried to stay out of the line of sight most of the time, it began to surprise him how easily he moved about the facility. Perhaps the students thought he was some sort of janitor, but they simply ignored him, or at most, stared after he passed, which wouldn’t help them notice the red eyes, or the horns holding up the hood of his cloak.

His boldness only grew with the ease of stealth throughout the gym. As he rounded another corner he came upon one of the young girls, looking at a multitude of sheets on a bulletin board. Though he didn’t know precisely what she was looking for, he could tell she hadn’t found it. Smirking a bit more, he decided to try something new as she turned from him, apparently leaving.

“Excuse me miss…” he said, his voice incredibly deep but doing his best to make it sound… at least partly human. Maybe like that of someone who had smoked for a great many years. “…Is there something I could help you find? You seemed to be looking for something.” He offered his words deceptively kind despite his voice’s pitch. The student was beautiful, her small but tight form being devoured by his eyes, though they were particularly drawn to her wild red hair, unusual among her people it seemed… or at least he had decided in his limited exposure to humans.

"Hm?" She turned her head to look at him, having not noticed his arrival. "Oh, hey... I'm just looking for a self defense class," she said, stepping out of reach. "After all, I know the basics, but it's always best to learn more, you know?"

This was a flat-out lie. The last time she had taken any course of the kind was in grade 8 gym, when they had done wrestling. Even then, within half an hour she had sprained her wrist, and had been excused from the rest of the unit. Still, with unidentified strangers, you could never be too careful.

Kell smiled under his cloak as she explained herself… exactly the type of girl I’m looking for, he thought to himself. “Ah, I see…” she said, as if musing to himself, looking towards the board curiously, making it appear he was searching for something but really trying to hide his features should the light shine too far under his hood.

“Unfortunately I believe that class already started… probably in its second week by this point.” She continued, glancing at her out of the corner of his eyes again, just barely visible past the darkness of his cloak. His thoughts swam of ripping that blouse off right here, seizing his prize in the open…

… but he knew the rules as well. Still…

“Although…” he began, his voice thunderous yet somehow subtle at the same time. “…I could probably catch you up if you could put in a couple sessions with me. I used to teach one of the classes you see. I’m rather busy at the moment though… but…” he looked behind him. The demon had noticed an older storage room that had been mostly abandoned on his earlier walk through the complex, a room that might just be isolated enough to capture this prey. He turned back to her just slightly, shadows still obscuring his face.

“I’m one of the caretakers here now and I really need to get a few things moved out of storage… if you could give me a quick hand I could spend the rest of the day catching you up to the class.” He offered, almost cheerfully. “Nothing too heavy, mind you, I just need an extra pair of hands. Oh, you can call me Kell by the way; it’s something of a nickname from earlier days.”

Severity sighed- of course it had been going on for a while now. Constant distractions had kept her from really keeping track of what semester it was, of course. Stupid, stupid...

She was so busy chastising herself, she almost didn't hear his offer. Something sounded somewhat shady about it... but then again, pretty much everything sounded suspicious to her these days. She nodded. "Alright- might as well give it a try," she agreed, offering a slight smile. "I'm Severity, by the way..."

He smiled underneath his disguise, turning a little more to head towards the storage room and waving his gloved hand after himself, signaling for her to follow. “Thanks very much Severity. Hopefully we can help each other out, yes?” he said, sounding upbeat. He really was excited after all, already planning what to do with this young woman… perhaps bind her to some of the equipment… or simply stretch her out with his own appendages, break her slowly…

He nearly ran into another student, so lost in his thoughts was he, and gruffly excused himself after righting himself.

Kell didn’t explain about his appearance, figuring she would either ask or not, and either way he could deal with her. Instead he cocked his head so that she could hear and spoke up again, questioning her. “So you said you had some training… what do you know? Just so I know where to start?”

"Yeah," she agreed, smiling slightly. "Helping each other out..."

Oh damn. Should have thought of what she had learned beforehand. "Oh, this and that," she said airily. "You know, just random classes at the community centre, things like that."

He frowned as the girl gave him little to go on. “I see… well… that doesn’t help me a lot. Maybe we’ll just start with the basics and you can tell me if you know it already…” he said, though there was a tinge of disappointment in his voice. Apparently he had misjudged his prey… though she was still very beautiful. He would wait to judge her until he had seen… everything about her… he decided.

His spirits rose even more as they reached the room he had staked out. Opening the door slightly, he found the lights still dimmed and the storage room abandoned, old weight machines scattered across the floor as well as unused sports equipment. Smirking, he looked back a little more towards Severity. “Right in her miss, I just need you to carry a few things…” said the demon, holding the door open… like a gentleman.

"Alright," she agreed as she entered the storage room. "That sounds a good idea to me..." She offered a slight smile, significatnly relieved. Her eyes darted about the dark and dusty room. "What do you need me to carry?" she asked, turnign her head back so she could see him.

“Oh, I’ve got a couple carts ready back there…” he said, pointing towards a corner that was partially obscured by a wall and an old butterfly machine. He waited for her to start moving before continuing with his trap.

Kell let the door shut behind him, not the loud, giveaway slam so typical to a horror movie, rather just a soft clicking, so as not to alert her to his attentions. He made sure, however, the lock was engaged. He would be able to simply dislodge the door or pick the lock later, though the young woman might have more trouble.

By this point the demon could hardly wait to seize her. He quickly approached her again, not caring if she watched this time. As he approached, he formed two tentacles under his cloak, feeling the quicksilver he secreted along his back form into an organic, skin like texture.

“Now then…” he smiled, getting within range before letting the twin tendrils fly from his cloak, at the same time throwing it open and revealing himself to the pretty little redhead. He aimed a tentacle at each of her hands, trying to encircle them and restrain her right away.

She turned to face him at his words, but it was far too late- the tentacles had already ensnared her slim arms. "Hey- let me go right now!" she yelled, trying to escape him. Her feet were kicking towards him blindly, hoping to catch him, while her arms flexed against his strength.

The demon smiled as she swung her feet towards him. Unpracticed, untrained, but she had spirit. He slowly lifted her body, catching one of her feet in his stomach for a moment, though it slowed him only for an instant. “Now then… let’s have a look at my prize…” he mused, more to himself, barely acknowledging her as a person, more a trophy by this point.

The dim light reflected off the demon’s horns, his quasi-human features visible, a pair of tattered leather pants still covering him. He looked over his catch slowly, though was distracted by her squirming.

Slowly he reached a hand out towards her, though paused as she continued to swing her feet madly. After a moment two more tentacles, identical to the first, slithered from his back, shooting towards her swinging feet and trying to capture them as well.

Despite her determined (and admittedly uncoordinated) efforts, the tentacles quickly ensnared her legs, leaving her trapped. Still, she didn't stop her attempts to escape, deciding not to turn her lead and look at the beast that had led her in here.

Kell quickly straightened her body out so that her limbs formed something of an X shape, holding them at their limits to limit her struggling. Despite originally looking for a fight, he was more excited by the prospect of this student’s body now…

… which he showed as he reached out from behind her, around her body, taking the girl’s young breasts into his hands and groping them a little hard, as if testing them like fruit at a supermarket. “Hrm… that was quite easy; almost too easy. Oh well… suppose I’ll have to find other ways to entertain myself.” He sighed, though there was an obviously sadistic tone to it. He was merely taunting the helpless student.
