Violett shook her head, blushing.

"I'm sorry, it's just... I get crushes on people really easy... Any you were so brave, and then... um..."

Quickly, Violett dashed to the nearest shelf to grab a book, mainly so she could change the subject when she came back.

"But... um... I meant how did you find your way to the dorm building? I mean, you didn't just wake up there with your luggage right next to you... Um.... And, er... You're allyson what exactly?"

Smiling nervously, Violett began to read her book upside-down.

She blinks at the girl, slightly blushing but shakes her head from it. A crush? Her? What was she? Crazy?

Then more questions came. She sighs in slight defeat, going over to her and practically snatching the book out of her hands before flipping it over and placing it back in them.

"Your hopeless you know that?" she groans.

"Some staff member led me to the dorm building so I jsut worked my way from there. And...my real name is Allumentte, not Allyson," she states, looking to her for a response.

Though she didn't show it at all, she was starting to wonder herself if she was developing a crush on the little girl. She was so cute and defenseless, so easy to take care of and see her smiling-bah! What the hell was she thinking? Any sane person wouldn't want such a rude girl close to them like that. There was just no way she could let Violett that close.

Violett blinked, blushing deeply.

"Um... Yeah, I kinda knew that already. Been hopeless my who life, really."

She smiled bashfuly.

"Allumentte... You have a beautiful name... You're probably from somewhere exotic, I'm guessing Paris... I'm from a little American suburb that's not really worth mentioning..."

"I hate the name," she puts quickly, 'hmphing', "and close, but I'm not from France."

She takes in the suburb comment and listens intently to her voice, "You have that upper states accent. I'm guessing Maryland or something."

She shrugs and starts to the receptionist, bending down to pick at a map of some sorts to help lead her around. She was just happy not to have seen a monster or anything, still halfway bent that it may all just be a joke underneath. She was skeptical until she would see one she guessed.

"You must have low self-esteem if you keep agreeing to whatever I say," she suddenly speaks up from behind her, giving a side glance for a moment.

"Your going to be targeted for bitchy girls you know?"

Violett nodded, smiling shyly.

"I... I guess I never really had friends back home, and it... kinda mde me feel patheic."

Closing he upside-down book, she smiled bashfuly.

"But Allumentte is a baeutiful name, and you're lucky to have it. It sounds elegant but kinda tough... It sounds like you... We should probably start talking about just one thing at a time now.."

"Ugh, if you don't shut the hell up about feeling pathetic I'll give you a damn reason to feel it," she quickly threatens, shaking her fist infront of the girl's face.

"Your not pathetic, damnit. So what if you didn't have many friends home? What does that have to do with who the hell you are? I had zilch friends so you figure it out. Jesus, I hate it when people keep whining about how sorry they feel for themselves when their perfectly fine the way they are."

Perhaps it wasn't the best way to speak encouragement, but that's just the way she was. She meant every word for encouragement, to give her some kind'ave backbone for once. But she secretly appreciated the compliment of her name. But as she had said...

"There, does that help with sticking to one subject?"

Violett nodded, blushing softly.

"Um... Can the subject be something other than that one?"

"Then pick a topic."

She didn't mean to get so frustrated, but if she heard one more complaint from Violett about how she looked, she wasn't sure how catostrophic her powers would go.

She scowers the ben and finds a small little map that would certainly help her around. She sighs, at least something she planned happened.

Violett sighed. She'd expected this.

"Okay, fine, If we have to talk about thi... Wait, what?"

She'd aparently been so sure it would happen that she hadn't noticed when it failed to!

"Um, another topic... Let me... Um..."

She wanted to ask any number of things... Her last name,her life, didshe think I'm cute, but somehow they all seemed spectacularly inapropriate.

"Bees!"

She smiled nervously, then hid under a table.

As aggravated as she was becoming, she completely ignores Violett's irrational talking and keeps scanning over the small map.

If she even wanted to pretend to pay attention, she would act like she usually does-cold. But if she ignored it she could at least look like she was being a little nice to the girl.

Violett sighed.

"I... I'm sorry... I'm just kind of nervous... I'd like to talk about you, but I don't know where to star, and I'm scared that I'll ask something you won't like, like if you had a boyfriend or a girlfriend back home..."

Gasping at what she'd just said, Violett clamped her hands over her mouth.

"I'm sorry... I shouldn't have said the g-word... You probably think... It's just... There's no human guys here, and..."

She nearly drops the map out of her hands when she even blurts out such a question. What was she getting at exactly? Surely she wasn't asking... no, they had practically just met. She probably wasn't fond of her company any ways.

"Any specific question you've asked so far I've had no problem answering. And no, I don't have such a person back home," she replies, her eyes going back to the map.

"I also don't really care gender wise. If they can put up with my attitude then that's enough for me."

Smiling bashfully, Violett took a step closer.

"Put up with it? Is that really how you think of yourself?"

Rising to her tip-toes, she attempted to kiss Ally.

"I can't help but think you might have some self-esteem problems too... So I want you to know that you're strong.. And - and brave, and... beautiful..."

Her cheeks glowed red as she spoke, a bashful smile on her face. Clearly, she meant every word.

About to defend what she had meant, she pull the map away from her face, only to see Violett's coming closer. Compeltely frozen in her position, her eyes widen as soft lips press against her's. It must've felt like kissing a wall because she had little sense then to just stand there dumbly with wide eyes.

Her compliments only made her blush fuller before their lips met. What...was she doing exactly? She had to imagine the girl had some form of a lvoer here or something didn't she? But for right now she couldn't, for the sake of her, find out why she wasn't able move at all.

Smiling shyly, Violett kissed Ally again, tilting her head and closing her eyes, wrapping her arms around Ally and pressing in close, holding her tight.

Breaking the kiss for a moment, she gazed into Ally's eyes lovingly.

"I don't mind your attitude at all, Miss Ally.. I like it a lot... I like that you're so tough, because you're strong and caring and there's no reason to be scared of you... I like that you want to protect people, and that you're ready to draw the line. I just hope... Please... Please don't change, Miss Ally..."

Trembling just a little, she went in to kiss Allumentte again.
