"And you basically want me to teach you the art of defense?" she asks, slowly standing from her bed and yawns once more.

Severity nodded. "Just a few tips would be nice, you don't have to go to any trouble..."

"No trouble," she replies and steadily makes her way to where Severity sat. You could tell in her voice she was being completely sarcastic and for good reason. She was up to something.

"First your going to have to get up."

She got to her feet easily, not suspecting anything at all. "Alright...."

Quick to take action, Ally suddenly grabs the woman's hands. With a quick thrust of her upper back she hurls Severity back onto her bed roughly, landing her on her back.

"There you go. Learn how to do that and you'll be fine," she puts simply, letting go of her arms and steps away from her.

"I don't know what you expect me to do with you. Your really scrawny and light," she comments, as if to challenge her to try something.

"Catching someone off guard is a quick victory. My arms are still hurting so that must mean you really are skinny if I could still lift you."

"Owww!" she said, having bumped her head lightly on the headboard. "Well, that's pretty much no help at all," she continued, not wanting to get back onher feet.

"You can either... get back on your feet or I can make you," she says rather coldly, pointing directly infront of her with her arms crossed.

"You wanted to learn how to fight so I'm not going to go easy on you."

Severity got to her feet, tensing a bit. "Well, I haven't done this... ever," she said. "So don't break me, alright?"

She sighs and shakes her head. She stands there firmly, still having ehr arms crossed and moves her hand forward and back.

"Apparently. Do you know... any type of avoiding a hit?"

"Curling up intoa ball and whimpering?" she asked.

"I... think this is almost pointless to even try and teach you something. Your obviously not serious about it..." she groans softly , rubbing the side of her face in frustration.

"I try," she said, a bit offended. "But I know pretty much nothing."

"Alright well, show me how hard you can hit then. The best defense is a good offense."

She sighs and holds up her hand for her to hit. Most people would have like some type of protection, but there was none about. Also, she didn't really think Sever here could pack much of a punch.

She balled her hand in a fist, pulled back and punched. It was harder than one would guess looking at her. This was not saying much.

She flexed her hand a little and shook it to cool it down some.

"Not bad, but your still a weak little girl."
