Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"What instruments do you play, and with what proficiency?" The question wasn't unexpected, considering the first one and what she'd run into him playing. She was still apprehensive about this whole situation, especially considering how closely he'd been studying her just a moment ago. "I play the violin...and the piano...I am a music major...I can play by ear too." she said, though hesitant simply because of the fear that had a cold grip on her heart. "I could have played the second piece on the violin..."

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
With two tentacles, Saragus gently but firmly pulled the human female's arms away from her body. With a third and a fourth tentacle, he opened up her hands, examining her fingers.
"If you had a choice, though, which would it be? Piano or violin?"

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
A slight flush filled her cheeks as he pulled her arms out away from her body. Instinctively she struggled against them and her mind berated her for trying what she already knew was impossible. When she'd acquiesced to his restraints he began to examine her fingers, though her injured hand was still stained with dried blood. "If you had a choice, though, which would it be? Piano or violin?" The question reverberated through her mind, she had been asked this before by her instructor. There wasn't a terrible lot to consider, she preferred the piano for the variety of notes it could make, but the violin was really her speciality. "I...I think I'd rather the violin..." she said, making the safer choice. Naked and restrained by an alien creature that apparently had an ear for music, she bet her last hopes on being able to play her way out if the situation...maybe.

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
Saragus mentally smiled at the human's answer. He could tell by the small tremors in her body that she was lying to him, giving him what she thought was the safe answer. It was odd, Saragus thought, the way he and this human female were so much alike. He had spent his life giving the safe answer as well, to those who had his fate in their power.
"You know what I think, Miss. I think you are lying to me. I think you are telling me what you think I want to hear, or what will allow you to escape my power, rather than the truth."
With unearthly speed, Saragus lifted the human female out of the chair, a tentacle around her waist, with a tentacle around each wrist and ankle, spreading her limbs out.
"Lying will do you no good. If I wanted, I could ravish you right now, and have you mewling for more." Two more tentacles reached out, cupping her breasts. A portion of the cupping tentacles morphed in soft, fuzzy pads, lightly stroking her nipples.
Saragus enjoyed the feel of the human female's body (and her useless struggles), before he freed her breasts. "But I will not pleasure you...yet. Instead, I wanted to share something with you from my collection."
Saragus growled "Come" in his native tongue. A spherical robot, twin to the one in the sea cave, appeared. "Fetch me the Pascal." (The last word was in English).
The robot disappeared, and brought forth on a floating platfrom an antique harpsichord, lovingly restored, surrounded by a barely visible stasis field.
Saragus set the human female down in front of the harpsichord, releasing her from the grip of all his tentacles. "Beautiful, isn't it? A perfectly restored harpsichord from your eighteenth century. Interesting story. I understand the Blanchet family made it a habit of converting Flemish instruments to suit French needs. I always find the politics that surround the music and musical instruments of your world fascinating. In fact, this particular instrument was contraband on your planet, and obtained from an illegal private collection before the authorities could confiscate it. One of your musical institutions, the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, uses instruments like this for playing period pieces."
Saragus tapped the stasis field lightly. "Would you like to try playing it?"

"You know what I think, Miss. I think you are lying to me. I think you are telling me what you think I want to hear, or what will allow you to escape my power, rather than the truth." The words were chilling no doubt, but what happened next gave her little time for contemplation. Though it would do her no good she screamed at the top of her lungs when he splayed her body open, and struggled furiously when a new pair of tentacles began to stimulate her breasts. "Lying will do you no good. If I wanted, I could ravish you right now, and have you mewling for more." Immediately she pleaded with the creature in desperate tones, begging incoherently to not 'ravish' her as he threatened. She hardly noticed when it turned its attentions to one of its servants, only when she was set back on her feet and released did she stop struggling. Before her stood a meticulously beautiful example of a harpsichord, she didn't need him to tell her what it was. The facts about the Blanchet family, Flemish instruments, and French needs largely went over her head. Rarely did she bother to look into the history of what she played or of their composers, playing was simply her release, a time when she could really be herself and simply let go. "Would you like to try playing it?" This was a trap, assuredly. If he knew as much as he seemed to about classical music, a pianist would not have an easy time playing a harpsichord. Though she knew how it operated and could play a simple tune on it, anything complicated and she would mutilate the notes because of her pianist training. "I really don't think I could...I might know some of the songs for it, but I play those on the piano."

"Miss, I'm not asking you if you should. I am asking you if you would like to touch, to play, to interact with this piece of history. I am well aware of the training that goes into playing a key that hammers a chord, rather than playing a key that plucks it. Still, doesn't this predecessor of the piano-forte intrigue you in the least?"
Saragus knew as he cast a laviscious set of eyes on the bare curves of this human female that she certainly intrigued him!

Still uncertain about the nature of this trap she finally acquiesced to the desire he had helped build within. "Still, doesn't this predecessor of the piano-forte intrigue you in the least?" A sigh slipped from her lips as she looked it over through the stasis field, "Okay...I'll give a shot." immediately her mind chastised her for blurting out such a statement, but at the same time it began searching for a song she knew that might actually work on the bloody thing. Finally her mind settled on a sonata by Scarlatti...his works were largely written for the harpsichord and she knew a few of the piano variants.

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
Saragus chuckled as he saw the human female rummage through her memory for an appropriate song to play. In his own tongue, he barked out "Visual, interactive, human, music, limited."
Immediately a hologram projection appeared before the human female. The hologram displayed the sheet music for Bach's Concerto I in D minor.
"Feel free to browse through the computer's memory. I like to think I have quite the library of sheet music available. The computer will even print it out for you, if you like. Oh, and just so you know, you're access is limited strictly to the music library of the computer."
"And before you actually touch the harpsichord, perhaps you might want to clean up a bit." Saragus pointed at the trickle of water flowing down the wall. "Don't let its appearance fool you. It responds to human language and converts into a state of the art bathing facility. Complete with current human bathing products." Saragus gave the human female's bottom a caressing pat. "Go get cleaned up. I'm looking forward to hearing you play the harpsichord."
What Saragus didn't mention was that the water was dosed with a chemical to make taking a shower a more pleasurable experience for a human female. And definitely a more pleasurable viewing experience for Saragus to watch.

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"So..I can get nearly any music...okay." her mind calmed, ever so slightly. While she was keenly aware she was still as naked as the day she was born and that he'd been threatening to 'ravish' her moments ago, the offer of a bath and playing the harpsichord seemed a bit off key. Did the creature just want to hear her fail spectacularly or something? Was this to embarrass her or something? She huffed through her nose when it patted her on the rear and made a vain swat at the tentacle that had done the deed. She approached the thing and requested a shower stall...with a privacy curtain and a detachable shower head. As she had somewhat expected the curtain wasn't given, but the rest of her request was fulfilled. Without further cause for delay she turned the water on and she had it very warm. Almost immediately upon contact with the steamy water her skin flushed with a slightly red hue - Katarina loved really hot showers. The effects of the chemical weren't immediate, at least not immediately noticeable. As she requested a soapy cloth and began to wash herself the effects began to take hold. The first thing she noticed was a swelling heat within...and the fully aroused crowns that stuck forth from her breasts. An absolutely furious blush exploded across most of her face as she tried to hide them from the alien's view. Other signs of obvious arousal began to make themselves apparent as well, the chemical as well as her embarrassment quickly increased both her heart rate and breathing. Awash with unnatural desires and a building heat within her eyes turned towards the alien. "What kind of...joke is this..." she shuddered as her nether-lips began to plead her attention.

"What kind of...joke is this..."
Saragus looked in open admiration, not only at the human female's naked beauty, but at the desire building up in that beautiful body.
"I don't know what you mean, Miss...I really should call you something besides Miss. You do have a name, don't you?" A tentacle tip entered the shower, caressing the human female's calf. "And do you need any help...washing?"

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"Ahh..." the noise that emanated from her lips sounded foreign to her own ears. Certainly she'd been aroused before, but never like THIS, nothing this powerful before. The tentacle's caress only served to heighten the lust building within. "I'm Kata-Katarina," she paused to take a pointless swat at the tentacle, "and I'm...fine on my own." She bit her lip, hard, to bring conscious thought back to prominence in her mind. The creature was almost certainly lying and giving in to this unnatural arousal was NOT an option. Struggling to maintain what little composure she still had she quickly washed herself with the cloth, careful to avoid her more sensitive parts altogether. "What...do I call you...other than you?" she figured keeping her mind open with conversation had to work. With the water rushing over her body she didn't notice the slight trickle of her own juices beginning to emanate from her nether-regions.

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"The closest approximation to my name in your language would be Saragus." Saragus chuckled when Katarina took a swipe at the tentacle at her calf. Saragus merely moved it away momentarily, then continued rubbing. "I must say, I'm looking forward to a human musician playing my harpsichord." A second tentacle had made its way behind Katarina and ran its tips almost feather-like down her spine, from her neck to the small of her back. "It is a delicate instrument, though, so you must be especially clean. It looks like you're missing a few spots. Need some help with them?"

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"Saragus..." she said, rolling the R in the name. Her body continued to fail her and she realized her mind was circling the proverbial drain with it. By now her body was truly begging for release but she refused to give in here. "I must say, I'm looking forward to a human musician playing my harpsichord." his words punctuated by an unseen tentacle playing across her back. Instantly she arched slightly and another exasperated, though stifled, cry escaped her lips. "It is a delicate instrument, though, so you must be especially clean. It looks like you're missing a few spots. Need some help with them?" Unable to focus well enough to form the words, Katarina lowered her head and shook it vigorously. Closing her eyes tightly she stuck her face right in the shower head, anything to keep the desire under her buckling lid.

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
"Just relax, Ka-ta-ri-na," Saragus almost purred, the bass notes of his voice rumbling through her body. "You're so tense. Let me help." The tentacle that had run down her spine was drawing lazy circles around the top of her butt, while the tentacle on her calf had moved to the inside of her thigh, just above her knee. A third tentacle had begun lightly caressing the side of one of her breasts.
"Just relax."

Re: A Canon For Tentacles (for Katerina)
Her body shuddered involuntarily at his words, whatever he had done...whatever he was doing, it all felt so absolutely marvellous. The last of her conscious mind begged her to not give in, but all it could manage was a limp grasp on the tentacle that had taken to exploring her inner thigh. He was right, her body was wound up tight...and somewhere...instinctively maybe? Her body knew his touch is what it wanted. The gentle trails he swept across her back and the caress of her breast felt absolutely divine. In this moment, as another gentle moan flew from her lips, her body was content to allow him free reign, regardless the almost muted protests from her mind.
