Violett cuddled Yaeko close, kissing her forehead gently.

"If you want to find out, I'll help."

Yaeko bit her lower lip, looking to the side, then up at the ceiling, obviously toying with the idea and getting nowhere. After a long moment she looked back down to Violett and smiled slightly, shrugging.

"Ahhm...what did you have in mind, for, you know, helping?"

Violett smiled coyly, fidgeting with the top button of her uniform's blouse playfully.

"Whatever you want, Oneesan," she chirped, as cutely as possible

Yaeko couldn't help but laugh, moving Violett back and giving her a playful shake.

"None of that! I feel awkward enough without you calling me sister......how did it happen for you? How did you find out...well...that you like girls?"

Violett smiled sheepisly, twiddling her thumbs.

"Well, I always sorta knew, but the time I found out for sure I liked girls was... um... Around the time I found out Jamie Eckheart didn't."

Laughing nervously, Violett blushed, seeming to shrink just a little.

Yaeko giggled softly, leaning forward to dip her head, looking up at Violett's down turned face.

" What did you do to find out how she felt?"

Violett closed her eyes, blushing a beet red, one eyebrow twitching a little as she forced a smile.

"I... um... I kinda... well... kissed her. we, uh, we bumped into each other at the mall, and, uh, someone hung mistletoe in one ofthe stores... it was that time of year... So yeah, very public embarassmen..."

Yaeko made a face of sympathetic pain.

" Oh...I'm sorry Vi-chan. Well...no mistletoe, no crowd...mind if I try...kissing you?"

Violett looked up, still blushing, smiling shyly as she leaned in, until their noses were almost touching.

"Not at all, Yae chan... I'd like it, to be honest..."

Yaeko nodded slightly and took a deep breath. She slowly leaned forward, tongue flickering across her lips to wet them nervously, before softly touching them to Violett's. She held back, unsure of such things, then leaned a bit more into the kiss, the contact becoming less chaste, and more open, a question rather than a statement of feeling. Yaeko broke the contact, then licked her lips again, tasting Violett on them, and biting her lower lip, blushing a deep crimson.

Violett licked her lips, smiling coyly. She was blushing too, but not as much as Yaeko, and she purred softly as she looked into Yae-chan's eyes.

"Would that be a yes, Yae-chan?"

Yaeko's face burned a deeper crimson at the question, her face turning down, to embarrassed to keep the eye contact.

"Mmm...maybe? I don't know...feels...weird...but good...you know?

She peeked up through her bangs, hoping she hadn't offended Violett.

Violett brushed Yaeko's bangs out of her face, offering the beautiful Japanese girl a warm, reassuring smile, blushing a little... Still a little shy, but feeling okay now that she knew she was with a friend... Maybe more than a friend? the glimmer in her eye seemed to suggest.

"I know, Yae-chan... It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it? It's helped me through a lot of bad days... All I want to know is... Do you want to keep feeling that way?"
