Upon Shai's return to the student body she has encountered many students and monsters alike. Driven by her quest to find out the truth of what happened to her friends, and to uncover the whereabouts of a certain monster, Shai finds herself in some unusual situations. From exploring and breaking into dorms in the dead of night to uncover the truth, to attempt bartering with the very creatures she despises, Shai will not rest until she finds her friends, or the bastard who she believes claimed them.

Intellect can be a blessing, but it can be a curse. It seems a creature is in need of Shai’s talents, which devastating consequences should she fail.} Oo.

All is going quite well and she is started to relax. Little does she know that burrowed deep within the sand is a creature waiting to wreck it all.} Oo.

In a moment of sheer madness the student attempts to cut the thing from her body, but she quickly realizes that it’s bonded to her for good…and it seems to be alive. After doing some extensive research she finds there is one man that may be able to help her, and as luck would have it he works at the research facility just a few miles off the island’s shore. She finds the only way to get Dr. Paul Epsis is if she volunteers for one of his experiments. The student has never been to N.I.C.E. labs, and after this visit, she’ll never want to return. } Oo.

After catching a glimpse of the studios woman in the library, Shai decides to intrigue Saira with some of her inventions, hoping it will lead to quite the encounter. Though her exotic beauty is definitely a plus, Shai believes the intelligent young woman could prove to be a potential ally in the future.} Oo.

Realizing there is no escape anyway, Shai decides to try and 'barter' her body for information. Was it a very wise choice though? But when she encounters a monster while searching for a suitable metal for Pan’s upgrade, Pan desperately tries to protect her and ends up severely damaged. Will she ever get her Pan back? Shai currently majors in Nanotechnology, while this is her field of desired specialty it is not her only field of interest. As her journeys at Shokushu continue to advance, her experiments begin to unfold. Here is some brief information on Nanotech.

Nanotechnology aka NanoTech: The theme of the technology is the control of matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Generally deals with structures 100 nanometers or smaller. Also involves developing materials or devices that size.

The use of Nanotechnology is extremely diverse, ranging from novel extensions of conventional device physics, to completely new approaches based on molecular self-assembly, to develop new materials with the dimensions on the nanoscale.


Nanites:

Shai had developed hundreds of schematic blueprints for her use of Nano Technology. Her intention was to develop a computer with the dimensions on the nanoscale. With the help of her father, the two brilliant minds constructed a machine based off of Shai’s blueprints that would mass-produce the nanites. A motherchip that held the predetermined intentions of the nanites at which Shai could edit at her whim, is the heart and soul of the machine. Without it, the ‘box’ as it is referred to, would create blank nanites. The nanites are self-sustaining with a suitable energy source that powers their intentions for the predetermined amount of time, more ‘battery’ life is required the longer the nanites are in use. The computer would have several uses, and Shai has created two thus far.



Nano Sensitivity Enhancers:

After creating her first successful batch of functioning nanites, Shai was accepted into Shokushu University. With her new technology and through use of the ‘box’ she designed a nanite that would attach itself to various parts of the nervous system. The nanites send subtle electrical impulses through the particular nerves they are attached to, enhancing sensitivity by 84%. Shai is fearful to go beyond this amount since the nanites are unable to distinguish pain from pleasure. Contained in a spherical pill


Make Up: Eliminating the need to use concealears, Shai attached a screen to the backs of her nanites. In a similar pill as the Sensitivity Enhancers, you simply program the tone of skin you'd like and pop the pill over your skin. The Nanites are designed to bind with living epidermis aside from lips, and the screens reflect the tone that was chosen. Thus creating the illusion of flawless skin. While Shai was blessed with great skin anyway, the student cannot tan without burning. The nanites eliminate the need for the sun's rays.

Pan:

Shai had also drawn many schematics for a Personal Assistant Nanobot aka Pan. Realizing her social dysfunctions, the student lamented about being lonely in a new setting. After many failed attempts, Shai was able to create a self sustaining bundle of Nanites; connecting them to a motherboard with pre-programmed Artificial Intelligence. The nanites all attach themselves to one another and are able to take on any shape up to 2 feet in length and a foot in width. With the nanites ability to shift shape, store a saline and water content and emulate almost any texture, the shapes Pan decides to take are so realistic many would not tell the difference unless it was identified to them. The Nanobot was designed to be a companion as well as assist Shai by intelligently storing data to his memory chip based off of his observations. With a multitude of texts and intelligences already downloaded to his memory chip he serves as a viable, and helpful companion. Wanting to add a burst of personality to her creation, Shai tinted all of the nanites with a steel red color.

Update: After expressing an interest to manipulate his color scheme, Shai went on a search to find suitable metals to construct nanites that she could give to Pan, allowing him to change his hue to his desire. For a robot, he sure does have a personality. As the pair were searching in an abandoned shed, Shai encountered the Demon Grail who severely damaged Pan. Ater hours of strenuous work, she was able to reconstruct him...but he was never the same.

Notes: Grail is a tricky demon who seems to have a thirst for cruelty. He will do anything to break Shai’s spirit and often resorts to extremely painful tactics. Caution: Beware of when he snaps his fingers, usually ends with evil creatures or evil items being summoned from the Abyss. He also bonded a leather suit fashioned in the depths of hell to Shai’s body, be wary if her clothes suddenly transform into something leather…and suggestive. Also beware his tail, causes severe injuries that are healed by grotesque demonic doctors.

Name: The Suit.
Properties: Forged in the Abyss by Grail Sarvas, it’s original design was cruelly concocted. The seemingly leather outfit bonded with Shai’s skin and has a primary function. Whenever Grail is nearby (a few yards or so), despite whatever Shai is wearing the suit will destroy her clothing and take it’s original form. It’s design was to not only inform Shai whenever Grail was coming creating an intense game of cat and mouse, but also to embarrass the poor student if she happened to be in a public place around an abundance of people. Even when Grail is not around Shai can feel the ethereal hum of the creation against her body, determined to find a way to detach it from her skin the student may unlock other properties to the suit.
Physical Description: When Grail is Present: The suit was forged in the depths of hell, created by Grail on a whim to torment the scientist. It consists of leather straps in a seductive bikini-style pattern. The straps create a triangle structure around her breasts, mounting them and pushing them upward creating a sense of sexy cleaved. Her breasts are exposed. The other straps trail down her torso in a ‘V’ shape leaving her pubic region revealed for all to see. As the straps meld right at the entrance to her sex, a large lifelike dildo is mounted, its sole intention to violate the student’s sex. The closer she gets to Grail, the more the suit reacts. The dildo will pump into her and begin to vibrate at an alarming rate as Grail closes in. This tends to debilitate the girl as the intensity rises.

When Grail is Not Present: The straps are bound to her skin, so in order to conceal the straps the demonic substance shifts into strange markings on certain parts of her body. They are often confused with tribal style tattoos. Warrior tribal inks both of her upper arms, one smaller tattoo on her forehead, and another around her belly button. The tattoo remains stationary until Grail begins to draw near to her.

Notes: In order to contain her ‘tattoos’ the student generally uses her nanites to cover up the living ink. At the first hint of change...run.
