Background: Nola to her friends and parents was a normal girl. She made friends easily, had excellent grades in school, and caused little to no trouble at home. In private however, she was studying Wicca, something her parents never would have approved of because of its pagan origins. She started studying it around 14, and managed to keep it hidden from her parents until she was 19 when they walked in on one of her session one night. They gave her two options: give up wicca and be allowed to stay, or be sent to a private school. She chose to go to school, where she could continue her practice without any objections from others. Had she known what was waiting for her at Shokushu, she probably would have stayed home.
