Background: Ami was born in Japan, but her family emigrated to Canada when she was 3. She has lived in British Columbia ever since. She's grew up fairly normally, being a big fan of hiking and backpacking. The mountains of where she grew up were beautiful, and she spent a lot of time up there. Her Parent's were a little worried about her, given the she seemed to spend most of her time alone. However, in Middle School she found a hobby. She took up Archery, and hasn't put it down since.

Since then, her life has pretty been those two activities. She paid enough attention in School to get middling grades, but her skills in Archery make her stand out. In high school she came out of her shell to a degree, and made a number of friends. But she never let anything interfere with practice. She came to Shokushu on a Scholarship, having no idea what she was getting herself into.
Psychological Profile: Focused, driven almost in exclusion of everything else. Archery is her passion, and she hikes to burn off frustration, or just relax. Schoolwork is secondary. She isn't above copying to get by. However, she's a relaxed girl, with a quick wit, and she makes friends easily. She always has a smile on her face, and has a quick laugh. She doesn't seem to have a bit of Malice in her.

And as for the ideas of the others, the poor School Girls making a rag tag band to fight the Monsters has potential. We might even go a few minutes before the Monsters managed to take us down. After all, what is more fun then breaking someone who thought they had a chance of fighting back?

Of course, that's just my opinion.
