Post The Gift That Keeps On Taking (Katie)
The door and windows of Katie's dorm room were locked. Not a thing was put of place. When she returned from classes that afternoon, there wouldn't be so much as the faintest indication that anything was out of the ordinary.

That is, until she reached her bedroom.

Her bed was still undistributed, but sitting in the middle of the room was another bed, one that didn't belong there. Only it was more like some kind of table, the part of it that wasn't concealed by a heavy white sheet appeared to be metal and bolted to the ground. The sheet hid the top of the it from view, as well as what was resting on it. A attentive eye might be able to notice the counters of the blanket, the way it draped over a humanoid shape, complete with a sizable chest, tapering off to a pair of shapely legs.

The form, of course, was Eve01. But at that moment she didn't look much like Eve. In fact, currently, her appearance was an exact copy of one Kaitlyn Vanessa Dyer. The genuine Katie, Eve knew, was on her way back to the dorms at that moment, and would arrive shortly. The nanties she had injected the girl with earlier that day (which Katie had shrugged off as an annoying and forgettable insect bite), enabled Eve to keep perfect tabs on her.

This was bit of a change up for the cyborg, a gambit she had never tried before. Laying a top the sheet, more or less directly over her breasts, was an envelop, addressed simply "Kaitlyn Dyer". Inside it was a letter printed on N.I.C.E. labs letterhead, looking rather official for a forgery.

Kaitlyn it read:

We apologize for your recent and numerous hardships that you have been through since arriving at Shokushu. Though many of these occurrence are beyond our control, that does not free us from the obligation to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your studies. As a way of expressing our regret and to make amends, we offer the prototype Playtoy Model 01 to you to use as you see fit.

PLEASE NOTE: As this a prototype, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST enabling it's highest setting, Level 4. Any and all operating instructions will be relayed by the Prototype itself. Please enjoy.

Oddly enough, there was no signature...

Eve waited until Katie was finished reading the letter, then as soon as she was close enough, her right hand shot out from under the sheet and grasped the students wrist in a firm, but not painful, grip.

Post Re: The Gift That Keeps On Taking (Katie)
It had certainly been a hell of a day. Katie let out a resigned sigh as she walked back to the dormitories; her backpack slung lazily over one shoulder, the heavy load pulling her shoulder down with each step. She seemed to be getting more and more paranoid with each passing day. Suspicious movement in the quad caused her to take a scenic route to reach her second class of the day, to which she, of course, arrived late and was chastised for.

Then she had to take into account the mammoth amount of homework she had been assigned for the weekend. She groaned as she finally reached the door to her dorm building, stretching with a soft yawn. As soon as she got back to her room, she planned on taking a long soak in the bathtub before getting started on the two papers she had to write. She considered making a trip to the library but ultimately decided against it; it would probably be dark by the time she was done with her bath, it being late afternoon already, and you couldn’t pay her to cross the campus at night.

It was because of this horrid, horrid day that she had been having that she had never fathomed that she might be receiving a “gift” this evening. The sight of the sheet, however, made her stop in her tracks as she entered her room. It was eerie, seeing the shapely form on that cold table in the middle of her room, her heart skipped a beat in surprise.

Her eyes scanned over the note warily, looking from it to the shape and back again, still in a mire of confusion. What was this all about? Why give this to her now? Did this mean the school knew about… could be responsible for…? It was all a little too much. She had planned to deal with this thing later and continue her bath, but those plans were cut a little short. She felt that strong grip around her wrist, giving out a loud yelp as she looked down, embarrassed, surprised, and more than a little afraid.
