I feel like i slept for a week...
her long hair in disarray from the trip here as it stroked her thigh. She wore a simple outfit consisting of a baggy white crocheted sweater a black pleated skirt barely visible from underneath it and obviously underneath that long black bicycle shorts with a single gray stripe on the left side that were knee long. she carried her bag loosely over a single shoulder and with her free hand a bar of white chocolate; which she had taken from the pocket of a student in the school's uniform. She wanted to find her room but, even though she hadn't woken up more than 10 minutes before she felt a bit lazy and besides that she was slightly lost. Taking a seat on the floor against a wall and pulling a can of iced tea from her bag she let out a relaxed sigh as she opened it. From the can a few small orbs of liquid lifted out of it and came to her mouth, she found it a bit more difficult to do than she remembered; she shrugged deciding it was most likely from just waking. she placed the can down with her stolen chocolate and pulled her long hair in front of her brushing the hair out with the metal claws on her hands that served quite a few purposes, not the least of which was this a convenient hair brush. When she finished she closed her eyes and stuck her left leg out then closed her eyes and took a deep breath maybe someone worth talking to would come along, maybe not it really didn't matter she had a few years to get to know most of her classmates and make a list of who not to pilfer from.

I sighed softly walking in halls wearing my school uiform my head was still spinning form all the work I had to do I just wanted to get my dorm and lie down for the rest of the day I would then walked past a girl and stop and smiled at hi "hello."

She glanced up and looked at the uniform with a bit of disdain.
"Is that what I'm going to be forced to wear? looks kind of small... Hey, Name's Karissa what about you?"
It was a strange way to start a conversation but, she had usually said the first thing that came to mind and that wasn't going to change now. she picked up the bar of chocolate.
"White chocolate?"
she offered a bit of the stolen sweets to the girl politely not really caring, she could always find another.

I would blush about the coment about the uinform "yeah I get that alot..." I say while taking the candy bar and to a bite of it "so im guessing your new here and if im right then I welcome you to the school im Kim " ^_^

"Kim huh? Short and sweet good name; yeah I'm definably new and if you care... I stole that."
She smirked and took another mental drink of her tea possibly surprising the other student when it free floated to her mouth.
"So, 'Kim' Whats the school like anyhow? teachers tough? and how bout the other students...?"
She stood lifting the can along with herself stretching her neck, she was obviously overheating in the sweater; it had been cold where she left from though not cold enough to wear anything but her bra under the sweater, she wasn't about to strut through a new school nearly topless and get in that much trouble on day one.

(don't know if you can have water banding powers or not..)

I blinked and gave her the bar back and then looked in awe and in shock at the tea floating as I then looked at her "well the stuents here are nice as for what the school 's like well its has its good sides and its bad sides..."

((not really water bending more like manipulation of liquid[any liquid], it's nothing big really rules say parlor tricks and such nothing that would make you a match for a monster; pretty sure what I've decided to limit her to wouldn't make her near a match for human male let alone a monster ))

Karissa took the bar spinning it slowly between her fingers and shrugged slightly with a bit of a smile.
"Well, anything is better than what I dealt with back home; I'm betting that's why most of the student's are here... Damn hot here... They could have told me the school was on the other half of the planet... woulda worn something under this so I could take it off..."
she mumbled fanning herself slightly this time taking the cold though empty can down her shirt to rest in her cleavage, it wasn't very comfortable; but she enjoyed it better when it wasn't pleasurable

I fan my self and sighed "yeah I know its like a damn oven in here.." I watch her put the can down her shirt as I sat next to her "so... mind telling me what happen before you came here?"

she shuttered as she thought back to it reliving it in her head she nearly lost herself remembering the feeling of pleasure which she hated so.
"You won't believe me but... I guess I could tell you..."
She pulled one of the short legs up to where her legs jointed and showed her the many scars on her upper thigh and pointed to the one on her forehead.
"I... I was raped by some sort of monster... it attacked me while I was camping by myself... It was huge and nearly looked like a tree... everyone I told thought I was insane and... well... yeah... nothing else that happened was as bad as that."
her voice shook as she talked about the trauma of last year obviously uncomfortable with it; reasonably so of course.

I froze upon hearing that "wait are you sure it was a monster.." I say trying not shake to much "I I mean its not like I don't believe you I mean..." I would start to shake my head and then looked at her once more

"ok what did this monster look like do you remember?"

"It looked like a hiker that had gotten lost and wounded it's leg. I ran over to help then it grabbed me in it's tentacles... it's body was little more then a sphere covered in tentacles when it had taken it's true shape it had no eyes or hand it just floated there... It was a very violent thing whatever it was as it tore my clothes leaving me nearly nude in just the black cotton i had worn under my leg warmers then it.. now that I think about it it was kind of karma... stealing the one thing I could never get back after I'd stolen so many things... not that it exactly stopped me."
She smirked sighing slightly as she retrieved the warmed can from down her shirt. with a calmed breath she cracked her knuckles.
"I'm surprised you actually didn't call me insane."

I chuckled softly "its because I've been rape by one too well alot of them really." I say with a sigh "I hated it every day I live in fear wondering when or where one of them is going to come after me.."

She looked a bit shocked looking over kim as best she could.
"You look so unharmed... hard to believe you've been through what I have... but, the feeling is mutual... I'm afraid of almost everything really... I guess the worst part is the paranoia..."

"well.. its mostly because these kind of monsters can't hurt me to badly..." I say while shivering "I always have to watch my back everytime I walk around the campus but it seems no matter how hard I try I end up being raped."

"Campus?! they're here? but... it seems so calm... so safe.. If it were that common wouldn't the student's be banding together to take out the things?"
She asked her expression one of pure shock.
