I had gone down stairs to the common room feeling a bit cooped up in my room and thought a good walk around would do me some good, I quickly put on my school uniform and went down stairs, maybe go to the kitchen there and see if there was something to snack on. Getting hungry from cramming for a test was something that seemed like common place for me these days.

I unlocked the door and left it unlock since I was planning to get back to my room once I had some fresh air. Moving to the lobby and on the first floor of the room I smile as I see outside looks to be a sunny day. “Oh.. Be a perfect day to goto the beach..” I sigh knowing I had one chapter left to read before I could call it quits.

“Oh.. Umm yes it is.” I say as I glance once more out the front glass doors, then looking back at the person who had seemed to appear from no where. Holding out my hand in a friendly gesture “Hi, my name is Komiko Yamataka, pleased to meet you.” I tell her as a slight pink touches my cheeks, I had never been good at making friends and had only a few I would call friends.

“I didn’t think there was any one still here, I would have thought you would be outside enjoying the sun like every one else.” I smile at her thinking she was probley here for the same reason, to catch up on home work. “Um did you want something from the freezer?” I ask as I pull out a couple of drinks from it.

I continued to smile seeing how the girl reacted though my lips curled into a slight grin now as I moved staying a bit close to her; perhaps uncomfortably so.
"Hmmm, somethin simple would be fantastic, maybe some ice water for today, don't feel like sugar."

I commented as i looked up at the much taller woman before me. I moved slowly to find a chair sitting in it with my legs splayed a bit like a guy, I wore shorts under my skirt so I didn't really care if anyone saw under it.
"As for why I'm not outside? hmmmmmmm I guess I don't really like sunny days, too uncomfortable. I perfer night and clouds even a little misty rain is nice sometimes but, sunny ehhh only if I feel like going to the beach."

I told her as I was an open book to some extent, at least my public knowledge activities.

I smiled back thinking she seemed friendly enough “Oh.. ok let me get a cup for you then.” I say as I place the soda back into the fridge and move over to the cabinets, when I open it I had to get on my tippy toes to reach the cups since they was on the top shelf. Placing some ice into the cup I grabbed a bottle of water and poured it in the cup. “Here you go, nice and cold.” I tell her and blush at how foolish I feel serving her. “Umm so you like the beach at night then? "Names Michael by the way Michael Cooper but, my friends call me Sly."

"Oh and have to ask just because, do you like to swim?"

I grin at her “Yes I know what you mean about being short, I think people make these things up hi so your can watch us struggle to reach stuff, it doesn’t help the school uniforms they make the skirts just a tad to short.” I begin to blush realizing I must have been showing off my panties.

Seeing the look in her eyes I begin to think I forgot to introduce my self. “I did introduce my self to you didn’t I?” I ask her being sure I did she had told me her name and I smiled then became puzzled about the Sly part. “Um why would they call you Sly? Is it because you can sneak up on people? And as for swimming oh I love that a lot, you most likely see me in the school pool doing laps if I have time.” I tell her as I pull up a seat my knees closed like a lady.

"You did?"

I blinked slicghtly cocking a brow having heard it just... well I didn't quite catch it at first. I recalled it and laughed softly.
"Sorreh, heh sorta flew over my head at first Komiko. I suppose I don't alwayspay attention when meeting someone new."

I paused thinking how to explain things to her.

"Well yeah the sneaking part is exactly right also a bit of a stratagist and such. come up with alotta plans and inact them... usually complete improv though."

I told her with a snicker as I sipped my water.

"My friend rose usually does the real planning for mischief when we do it... just wish i knew what happened to her, she joined the school and I haven't seen her since she got off the plane."

my tone became quite low then, it was obvious how much talking about her hurt me.

I look down at my feet as I chew on my lip listening to her story a slight blush appears on my cheeks. “Um so you like pulling pranks on people then? Is that right?” I giggle nervously as I look at her under my eye lashes.

I suddenly notice her expression changing to something sad as if something painful was bothering her. “I-I didn’t say anything to upset you did I?” I timidly walk over to her and pat her shoulder thinking it was my fault she looked so unhappy.

I wasn’t sure how to cheer her up so I decided to invite her to my room where it was just a little bit warmer to talk at. “Would you like to come to my room? Then I can try and figured out what I said to upset you?” I ask her not sure if she would come with me if I did upset her.

"Oh no not at all... yeh didn't upset meh. I just well... I miss my best friend... she vanished and all."

I told her nervously laughing a little upset I had mad this girl worried for me and her own impression on me.

"but, if that invite to your room is still open, I would enjoy a better place to sit since my room is quite dead with just me... since i kicked my roomie out i mean."

I hoped she wouldn't pry into why i kicked sable out of my room.

I jump up out of my chair looking excited and slightly bouncing on my toes. “Oh that be so great to have some company in my room right now." I tell Michael clasping my hands before me down by my lap.

I grin shyly at you, “I think ill take the day off from studying so we can get better acquainted with one another, unless you like to study with me or want to do something else?” I ask you my joy at the prospect of a new friend bubbling over.

I had just realized she said something about kicking her roommate out I bit my lip and wonder why “Umm you don’t mind me asking but why did you kick your roommate out? Was she mean to you?” I asked her not sure if I should of or not and this stage of are relationship.

"Mean... well no not really... it was more... well ta be blunt, she raped me."

I said simply eyes closed hufgfing slightly moving to her side before smiling once more.

"Alrighteh then, lets go to your room, would be great fun to take a night offa studying and training and everything else I do."

I smirked softly placing a hand on her shoulder smiling still.
