I was attempting to fing humanoid water men on google and stuff, but all I got were females. So I found this more bestial one and said, "Sure why not." I have a lot of plans for "rooji" and many deletcible ideas for powers. . . But an actual fearful name and persona escape me still. X_X Maybe I should just name brand him.
