Post Re: Vita contin git, vive com eo [For Alexandra]
Alexandra took a deep breath as her surroundings refused to go away, then slowly opened her eyes to face the demon. She attempted a defiant glare, but her posture told how much of a lie that was. And she couldn't hide the fear in her eyes.

Warning bells went off in the back of her mind at the idea of a demon offering deals, but even if this did turn out to be a dream it didn't seem that she'd be waking up any time soon, so her position wasn't a good one. "...What kind of deal?"

The Marquis grinned as Alexandra finally made her stand, glowering at him though he could easily see through the false bravado she had put on. When it came to emotions and feelings, no one could get past the Marquis. But he too could feel both fear and doubt in her as well, and could see that she understood her position to be a precarious one, much like that of being on the edge of a knife. "Straight to the point, good. But before we go into that, allow me to make several things clear for you. Consider this a dream world of sorts, under my complete control. There is nowhere you can run, nothing you can do, no one here will help unless I allow it."

"This realm is entirely under my rule, and here, I make the rules. Here, I'm God. Understood?" Fornicarus grinned as he edged closer to Alexandra, easily a foot taller than even the already tall student. "I offer you this deal. In exchange for your freedom, you will do everything I tell you to do. Absolute obedience out of your own free will, without fail. Or you may refuse and I shall leave you trapped in this realm, forever. The choice is entirely up to you, and either way, I don't care. You decide which is more important... Doing whatever it takes to get back to your normal life... Or defying me and be stuck in a coma-like state for the rest of your natural lifespan."

Post Re: Vita contin git, vive com eo [For Alexandra]
As her options, such as they were, were laid out, Alex glanced around at her desolate surroundings. At this point her initial panic was starting to wind down, although the cold terror replacing it was not much better. It did, however, allow her to think at least somewhat rationally. And a brief, painful pinch of her arm helped her to think she should take this seriously.

And maybe she could even get the better of this thing, although her confidence was quickly diminished by the Marquis approaching even closer and having to look up at him. "So if I agree, you'll take me back? How long will I have to obey you?" Her mind was racing. She'd read plenty about demons, sure, but it was never exactly something she'd considered important. And there were so many different variations. Would he be bound by any terms he gave? Failing that, if she could just get back maybe she'd have a chance to run out of her room and find other people. The question of just how helpful that would be failed to cross her mind. Unfortunately, being able to keep a straight face while attempting guile was one of those social skills the girl had not had a great deal of opportunity to practice.

The Marquis grinned as the girl began to realize just how precarious her position was now, trapped in the midst of nowhere, facing down a monstrous demon on her own, with just about all of her other options strangled. Much like being on the edge of a knife that was beginning to tip over, in fact, he thought of that analogy once again. Still grinning, the demon nodded. "If you agree, then I will gladly return you to your own world. And I do not ever break my own deals, for I prefer my integrity to remain intact, thank you very much." The demon then lowered itself to eye level, an arm sliding around Alexandra's back quickly and pulling her close to him.

"As for the length of time... Simply put, I chose you to keep me entertained. So, as soon as I am sufficiently satisfied with you, I will allow you to return right away." And with a single sharp claw, the Marquis brought a finger up her chest, the claw hooking into her bra and slicing it open easily. "And it does not take much to entertain me, Alexandra. And beside, a lesson in the finer points of lust and temptation is always welcomed for the years yet to come, I'd say." The demon grinned yet again, another arm sliding around her back, keeping her pinned in between his terrible limbs, forcing her to face the Marquis head on. "What is your choice... Freedom or imprisonment?"

Post Re: Vita contin git, vive com eo [For Alexandra]
Alexandra's bare feet slid across the cold ground as she attempted to hold her position, to no avail as Fornicarus drew her closer. She did not find being at eye level with him to be an improvement, but she found herself unable to break away from his gaze.

A look of confusion crossed her features as the demon began to explain his terms, but was replaced by surprise as her bra was sliced open, allowing her breasts to fall free of its confinement. Her torn shirt still provided some degree of modesty, but it served well as emphasis for the words that followed.

Even so, it still took a moment for it to sink in, the entire process plainly visible in her expression until she was gaping at the Marquis. "Wait... you want me to, uh, um..." She glanced around quickly, but the arms encircling her didn't leave any openings for escape. Now panic was setting back in, as she tried to weigh her possible choices. She leaned back as far as she could, although the firmness of the demon's grip kept her from even trying any actual efforts to break free. "Isn't there anything else you want?"

"Yes, I want you to do that." The demon spoke in a tone that made it sound as if she shouldn't have expected anything but that. "I'm a demon born of lust and temptation, what else would I want? Why, what else can you give me?" The demon added, almost bored with her hesitation to do as he demanded. "Beside, I'll have you either way... By force, if necessary, and we do not want that, do we now?"

The demon grinned as its clawed hand moved closer, the girl leaning away but still quite trapped by the Marquis' arms, and hooked into her skirt and panties, sharp finger slicing through the flimsy material as well. With her clothes no longer providing any defense, however meager, the Marquis edged just ever so slightly closer to Alexandra. "Beside, as the Romans were so fond of saying... 'Vita contin git, vive com eo'. I believe, according to your time, it would be somewhat loosely translated to... Shit happens, deal with it."

And then the Marquis began laughing, quite amused at her dangerous position, using its free hands to tear away the rest of Alexandra's torn clothes, leaving her nearly nude except for a few tatters.

Alexandra flinched as the demon's finger pressed against her hip a moment before her skirt and panties fell to the floor in a ruined heap. She squirmed as the rest of her clothing was torn away, leaving her with nothing further to protect her body from prying eyes. She tried to twist her body about, but the hands holding her in place prevented her from hiding much.

Fear was still predominant, but she was also feeling increasing shame, causing her skin to flush. But escape clearly wasn't going to happen, and the demon was clearly capable of doing whatever he wanted. Alex flinched, squeezing her eyes shut for a moment and clutching at her arms, but still she nodded. "O... okay. I'll do what you want! Just please, don't hurt me!"

Smirking quite widely, the Marquis held up his hand to her face, covering her eyes yet again. And when he removed them, she found herself not in the middle of nowhere but in what appeared to be the main entrance of a luxurious mansion, his home. "Excellent choice, young lady." The Marquis stood before Alexandra, no longer with four arms or a tail but rather in the form of a human, albeit one with powder-white horns. "Happily, what I have in mind for you is different than what you were expecting. Instead of what you thought, I decided... A little challenge."

And he raised an hand toward large doors behind him and smirked back at Alexandra. "This manor of mine, it is much like a labyrinth of sorts. I will allow you to go home without stopping you, if you can find your way past my manor. A warning, though... Some doors will open freely, while others will require you to answer their riddles, their puzzles, their questions. Some may even ask you to perform deeds for them. But none of them are impossible to open." The Marquis grinned as he stepped aside, allowing Alexandra to enter the maze, the doors in front of her opening. "You may want to hurry, for there are others within as well."

Alexandra's eyes darted around as she took in her new surroundings. It seemed a bit of an improvement, but there are few places that are really good for being trapped and naked.

She looked at the Marquis as he began to explain his plans in a bit more detail and she began to brighten up a bit. So everything so far was just to provoke a reaction from her? Well, if she was going to accept the existence of a demon, that's the kind of thing they liked to do, right?

Clearly there would be unpleasant things ahead, but if this was going to be a game at least she was starting to feel a bit more like a player than a pawn. And riddles and puzzles, well, that shouldn't be too bad. She was good at games.

She looked at Fornicarus, then looked at the doors. Even in this form, his grin was still quite unsettling... and she probably didn't want to find out what else might be in the maze. Taking a deep, calming breath she quickly strode into the maze. At the very least it'd mean she wouldn't have to stand naked in front of him any more.

"Good luck, young lady!" The Marquis called out after Alexandra just as the large doors banged shut, separating her from the demon that had cruelly thrown her into this strange world. Stuck in a rather large room, the student could see that it appeared to be ordinary for a manor of this size and wealth, walls being littered with expensive paintings and pictures along with plush chairs. It really did appear like an ordinary albeit expensive-looking room, after all.

On the other side, there stood a door. But it too was quite shut, no matter how much anyone could push against it, it would not open. Instead, beside the door was what appeared to be a gargoyle atop a pedestal. Quite intimidating looking, the gargoyle came alive as it twisted its head around, staring at Alexandra. "Come forth!" The stony creature spoke simply, though it seemed quite demanding in its own way. "Will ye take on the chamber's riddle? The right answer will allow ye to pass, but beware, to be wrong is to be sorry!"

With only one door available to go through, it didn't take Alex long to come to a decision. "I'll attempt the riddle." Whatever the gargoyle might be, however, she wasn't keen on anyone getting a good look at her at the moment, causing her to twist her body aside, craning her neck to look at the guardian and using her hands to cover herself as best she could.

And an idea had struck her based on the room's decor, leading the girl to keep an eye out for curtains, tapestries, any sort of flowing fabric. With any luck she might be able to come up with something to cover herself. That would allow her to relax at least a tiny bit, though she thought it unlikely that she'd really be able to consider herself calm at any point before getting out of the place.

Unfortunately for Alexandra, this room contained no such fabric for her to take advantage of, but perhaps the next room would. Though, she need not cover herself up for the gargoyle was quite blind, but certainly not stone deaf! The gargoyle in question began clearing its throat and procured a fairly simple riddle for the student to contend with. "Excellent. If ye answer wrongly, you may have another riddle after ye take your penalty. Here is the riddle... If a rooster lays an egg on a roof, the day being a windy one, then down which side shall the egg roll?" The gargoyle finished up simply as it awaited the student's answer.

Alexandra fidgeted at the remaining scraps her blouse a bit, to no avail, while the riddle was given, though she still closely paid attention. And after a moment of pondering two thoughts struck her. One was a possible answer, and one was a looming problem. The rules she had been given were rather loosely defined, so how to deal with a trick question? Given the stakes she was playing for, and who she was playing against, the rules were likely not in her favor.

She hesitated. Would saying anything at all be taken as an answer? What if she took too long? The student bit her lip for a moment, then decided not to a second guess herself and came out with her answer, "None. Roosters don't lay eggs."

Presented with the answer, the gargoyle returned to its stony, inanimate pose as the door before Alexandra opened. The room ahead was somewhat different, only it lacked furniture or paintings of any sore, quite bare this time around, and somewhat cold. It did, however, have windows along with plenty of curtains, which turned out to be quite a good thing for Alexandra. This room also had another door along with what appeared to be a rather large statue of a seated person. No gargoyles could be seen this time around but instead, a large brass plaque could be seen on the door, cursive writing on it. And instead of a riddle this time around,

Gaze upon me and the way shall be shown to you,
Reject me and you shall be trapped here forever.
To those that makes the effort, I shall open up,
But for those who shirk away, there is no escape.

Not quite a poem or a riddle or anything like that, it really seemed to be a cryptic set of instructions. And if one looked at the statue, one could see that it was that of a naked man, erect penis standing out proudly for all to see. Any sufficiently intelligent person would be able to realize just what the door demanded from its challengers in order to leave the chamber. And if one touched the statue, they would be surprised to see that unlike the cold room, the statue was quite warm to the touch, almost as much as a living being despite the fact it was a statue. As for the deed the door demanded, it was likely that there were a few ways that it could be done as nothing specific had been said.

Post Re: Vita contin git, vive com eo [For Alexandra]
Before investigating the actual trick to the room, Alexandra's first point of interest was the curtains. She hauled on them as hard as she could, standing back as she yanked them down. Through folding them up and draping them over her shoulders she did her best to cover herself up without getting her feet tangled. It was better than nothing.

She then noticed the plaque on the door and made her way over to read it. She looked at the plaque, then looked over at the statue, the only other thing of note in the room. She noted the statue's erect phallus, then read the plaque over again.

Was this another trick? The demon had seemed amused by her assumption as to what it wanted after it removed her clothes. Perhaps it was trying to provoke a similar reaction now? Well, she wasn't going to let herself get outwitted by something that shouldn't even exist. She had awkward feelings about her body, but the girl took pride in her mind. And... maybe if she impressed the demon enough it would leave her alone?

Alexandra read the plaque again, noting that the word 'me' was written on the plaque itself, which was on the door. And the mention of effort... Well, it probably couldn't hurt to try, right? If her first attempt didn't work, she could consider... other options. Looking directly at the plaque, Alex shifted an arm out from her makeshift covering and pushed at the door.
