Zilva sighed a bit as she walked through the outdoors of the schol. Her weapons being they were harmless looking had yet to be discovered so she was still armed with her bombs,her alchemy launcher, her extending staff and her few weak spells. She still couldnot figure out why her spells were so weakened, after all according to her book they should be devastating. Too much studying had clouded her midn so she had risked going outside to clear her head. She sighed pulling out her gun-like luancher. She had to rebuil it after her first one was destroyed. "I hop eit works better this time than last time"

Seraph was bored. Not that this was unusual in any sense, he generally became bored fairly quickly as without the promise of something entertaining to do his mind remembered what it had been like when he was imprisoned in the plane of void. So now he was moving towards the school from his hide-out in the forest. Hopefully towards a student that he could see and who would be thoughtful enough to go somewhere he could safely attack her.

As he walked along he extended a 'ring' of alarm spells that moved with him. The moment someone stepped through that ring he would have a more concrete direction to travel, and a vague idea of just what would be providing the entertainment today.

"Hmm..." Zilva walked aimlessly as she entered the forest. she was rather lost in thought about her latest alchemy tools. As she moved she stopped suddenly turning around her launcher coming from her jacket and pointing at air. "Hmm...I'm getting paranoid..though in this place it could be a good thing" she looked around cursing a bit. "too secluded..I need to get out of here.." she turned aroudn to dash out of the forest and back toeard the school.

Seraph had felt a lone human female pass through his alarm ring a few minutes ago, and when nothing else followed her through the alarm ring he drew all four of his wings around himself, cast a spell causing the light to not reflect off him and set off to have a closer look at what he had found.

It didn't take long to find what he sought, and Seraph felt the ghost of a smile as he realised that he could 'see' this students soul without any work from him at all. He had silently followed her as she walked deeper into the forest and only came to a halt when she spun around to point some form of device at him.

"Hmm...I'm getting paranoid..though in this place it could be a good thing" With that she lowered the device and started to turn, probably heading back to the school.

Seraph however had other plans. A quickly cast illusion had her sense of direction warped, and instead of heading back towards the school when she finished turning she instead started walking deeper into the forest and towards a clearing he had found and prepared with multiple seals. As entertaining as simply taking her would be Seraph wanted to test out his seal level spells, and she would be the perfect dummy to try them on.

As she walked along she would recognise the trees and markings as if she was walking back the same way she came in, Seraph did not like using illusions, but when he did use them he made sure that they were powerful.

As Seraph walked along behind her, always staying far enough away for her to not notice his mana 'bubble', he flicked the Darklight Grimore open and waving his hand over it found the page he wanted. Zilva Silvermoon. What an interesting name. Seraph mulled over her name for a moment before he started reading the rest of the page.

"....." Something was not right. As Zilva ran it looked as if she was going the right way but it was taking her far too long to exit the forest. She skidded to a halt reaching for her extending staff. She pulled out the foot long metal bar and with a bit of her power the bar turned into a staff as she looked around taking a few steps forward this time. "Who's there? Show yourself!?"

"Who's there? Show yourself!?"

Still hidden by his light magic Seraph considered what to do. Zilva had created a staff from a simple metal rod, it had been a while since Seraph had last seen anyone else with spells from the Alchemy school of magic, and was looking around trying to see if something was there.

Coming to a decision Seraph pointed at the staff and mana coiled around his arm before shooting of into it. As he watched the bar seemed to come alive, twisting and turning, coiling and growing.

It was over in a second, and when the bar stopped moving it had reshaped into two manacles connected by a chain.

Lets see how she reacts to that.

Zilva was taken aback as her weapon transformed. Her hands bound by the new bindings she touched them focusing.The manacles gloewed as they fell away. Zilva sunk to her knees tired from the effort. ''ungh...'' she pulled free her launcher ready to try and fight weak as she was.

Tch. You actually notice the amount of mana something that simple uses? Seraph's tone was condescending. While normally he would try and be slow and subtle something about this girl made him change his mind.

Besides, he wanted to drive her into his seals. Becoming visible would be the easiest way to do so. But first he had to show her just how pointless fighting him would be.

Slashing his hand through the air he dispelled the spell that concealed him. The air around him shimmered for a moment before he became visible, two of his wings were wrapped around him while the other two flapped slowly behind him.

"Oh come on...'' Zilva looked up at the powerful creature looming over her. She aimed her launcher at it and fired. A weak bolt of lightning shot from it as she stood to step back and reload.

Tiraka.

At Seraph's word the lightning bolt seemed to warp and vanish. Suddenly Zilva's body spasmed as if she had been hit by her own attack. Feedback. It takes whatever magic is sent at you and instead returns it to the caster. Very useful against spell casters who do not know their place.

Seraph started walking closer, and as he did the two wings behind him segmented into their feathers, and instead of flapping they simply hung in the air pointing at Zilva, waiting for the chance to spring forward and take her.

Zilva fell to the ground her launcher falling from her hands. ''What do you want with me?'' She looked at the divine being her body aching. Her alchemy was usless but she still had her bombs.

You seem a bright enough girl Zilva. I'm sure you can figure the answer to that question out yourself. Seraph shrugged If you can't, than you will find out soon enough.

Seraph wanted her to run just a little bit further, and to that affect he muttered a few choice words. Suddenly she would have a deep fear, the urge to flee and run away from him. While Seraph didn't like using magic that affected ones mind directly in general, and particularly disliked using a fear spell in particular they had their uses.

While he had been talking he had continued to step closer, Zilva was only just outside the outskirts of his mana 'bubble' when he finished casting the fear spell.

Zilva had always been able to at least reisist mind magic so she felt a deep unease as she stood stumbling back from the monster. Her hand came up in front of her breasts as if to shield herself. ''Please just let me go...''

Interesting. She can resist mind magic. Seraph was intrigued by a human with a resistance to mental affects, but that interest would not be good for Zilva. Still advancing towards her he spoke.

You are resistant to mind affecting magic, why would I let such an interesting study go?

"Well I tried to warn you" Zilva spun as she moved back three flasks flying from each hand. The flasks flew at the monster and if they hit they would explode as the potassium and water reacted enhanced by her alchemy. she was not going down without a fight, that was for sure.
