Background:
Alice was born in wales to an English family of quite high profile in the underground of the government and a high profile member of the 'Illuminati'. Unbenownst to Alice, Arthur Kingsley, her father was one of the few humans that knew of the 'agreement' and of shokushu.
Around the age of seven Alice was in a horrible accident and died twice in the hospital from a wound caused by a steel pile through her shoulder and after she recovered she developed an odd form of multiple personality disorder. The details of the disorder were documented in various medical journals.
As she grew from there she became more involved in various works doing her best to ignore the rampant switches in who/what controlled her body, she alienated her friends and family completely. she became completely absorbed into her work, she became entirely reclusive, Emotionally most of her developed fine physique, mind and such, though socially she was quite illiterate and confidence in her appearance became non-existant. Though it seemed her father cared very little seeing it as a good path for her if she was to take over for him some day in his 'medical practice'
After graduating from high school she decided to go Harvard to study abroad and her father was quite glad for her choosing that school over Shokushu since he knew what that school was. However a rival of his, abducted her and knocked her unconscious forcing her onto the plane to shokushu before anyone else.
When arthur got wind of this she grew furious and immediately decided to contact those with whom the agreement was signed to get her back, this was however completely impossible... at least for four years... It was decided unfortunately that she would be returned to earth under certain conditions... use of an experimenal illuminati memiory serum or if she could manage to become a head girl during her stay or... induction into the secret society...

In essence it's a medium sized Island organized into various buildings including A 'housing' environment with what was once a cell where the white rabbit was sealed it's a mixure of old & modern designs for the buildings and there are a number of residents, something most minds ball into one mental avatar each exist seperately within along with alice herself whom apparently represents her ethics & her modesty.

How the personalities work:

It is unique in the fact they all share knowledge and memories for the most part and can take over at any time. they will often have issues and pop up appearing as mood swings as they have learned that if they each use their name people will think them insane though this doesn't stop them from slipping now and then.

All student exceptional abilities are limited to 10% due to inhibitors placed around the island.

I think it is an interesting student idea and you seem to have put a fair amount of thought into her multiple personalities.

If you are interested Seraph would be quite happy to see just how much control she has over mana, among other things.
