A strange day awakens with the first sunlight in the Shokushu island. The normal warmness don't come with the sunrise. A simple cold wind brings to all animals and beasts, some strange news. By the first time in all history, the winter comes to the island.

When the sutends start to awak, they will discover something strange. Very strange. The normal winter in the island is only a few rainy cold days, but nothing more. That morning, the cold comes gently. A cold simple morning day, with grey clouds covering the sunlight, but none sign of rain or storms.

The students imediatly put the winter uniform, and start to walk in the corridors, talking about the strange weather. In the window of the ice goddess priestess, a small snow flake toch the glass, like a gentle "hello" to Aurora.

Into the woods, Vincent awakes feeling the strange weather, and leaving his cave. It's too cold to stay behind the waterfall. He don't change to any other shape, maintaining his feline beast form to stay protected against the cold. The feline shapeshifter starts to walk aroun, searching for his breakfast.

Aurora awakens to the dull winter morning with a cheerful energy.
THIS is the way mornings should be! Crisp.. cool.. with that sweet taste of snow in the air.

She laughs as the snow flake falls against her window, almost as if trying to reach the ice priestess. "Good morning, little sister. Give my thanks to our lady for me when you return to her." she says to the little flake before turning to dress for the morning.

The feeling of the morning though has her in a mind to follow her calling, and damn any demerits she gets for not wearing the school uniform! With a sigh of pleasure, she pulls out one of her priestess robes -- elegant pale blue silk, lined and trimmed with white ermine fur. She shivers and squirms seductively as she lets the soft, cool silk settle over her body. The bodice is cut low, and tight, almost as if offering her breasts up to her goddess. The sleeves hang loose around her arms, and fall past her wrists. She cinches the robe closed with an embroidered belt, letting the ermine lined folds fall around and against her legs.

Aurora starts to walk to class, but something in the air calls to the young priestess. She pauses and smiles to herself. If she's already getting demerits for her clothes.. what difference does a few more make for skipping her first class.

With that cheerful thought, she begins to practically dance down the path away from campus and into the woods. This is a perfect morning to spend at her shrine, in worship to her goddess Skadhi - as this is truly a day of her making!

Into the woods, Vincent follow the trck of a small rabbit, like a normal feline do. He follow his prey for minutes, trying to stay away from his sight, waiting the perfect moment.
When he's ready to pounce on his victim, a strange smell comes with the wind. He forgot the rabbit and try to catch the track of that smell. He start to walk into the cold day, following the tree line, avoiding from the studnts sight.

The snow start to fall like a normal winter day, turning the landscape more pleasurable. It's not cold enough to create ice, but the cold winter give to the ice pristess a "warm" welcome while she enter the small forest.

While Aurora continues with her tour, she find something. A few paw marks in the snow. Like a big snow feline, following a small rabbit.

Aurora giggles and laughs as she plays with the hint of snow in the air.. making her way through the woods in a playful mood. She chases snowflakes as the wind carries them away, occasionally drawing her off of the path that she knows in the woods.

She pauses for a moment as she comes to the paw prints in the snow. She's not that familiar with the animal, but she knows that there are wolves on the island, although this mark seems more feline. Still - she grew up in the wilds of Norway, and such predatory beasts are not unknown to her.

Most of them though are more afraid of humans then vice versa, so while she keeps an eye out so that she might not startle and scare the animal into a desperation attack, she continues on her journey.

It's not too far into the woods, before she has to turn off the worn path though, in order to head over to her hand-made shrine. She goes to her hiding spot in one of the trees, and pulls out her small bundle of items and carries the bundle to the small flat stone altar she erected.

She lets the cloth fall over the altar, as she pulls out the small cup she uses to burn incense, and the crystal orb that serves as her focus. She starts to prepare her shrine, oblivious to the fact that she is being watched.

Vincent follow the smell of the ice pristess, ignoring the hunger for a moment. He can't imagine a human girl walking in the middle of the forest, alone, and in this weather.

He watch the girl start to prepare some strange type of ritual. Maybe she's a type of magician, he think. The huge feline slowly leaves the tree line, and walks slowly in her direction. He want to see her rection, when she finally notice the huge beast close to her, acting like a ordinary feline.

Aurora does not notice the approaching beast at first, intent as she is on preparing her ritual service.

When the altar is finally prepared to her liking, she steps back and lowers the hood of her robe. As she does so, the long cascade of her white hair falls free to surround her. In addition, the neck of the robe now hangs more loosely, revealing the generous swell of her cleavage, and the pale smooth skin of her breasts.

Only then does she look up and see the feline approaching her. She stares and freezes for a moment. Fear rushes through her - if this animal was approaching her like this.. that may have meant it was hungry.. starved in fact - for it to overcome the normal fear of humans such beasts have.

She knows if its that desperate, then running is just about the worst thing she could do - as that would only enrage its instincts of her as prey. She tries to calm herself.. tries to bite back the terror that is starting to swell in her heart.

In a desperate attempt to save herself, she calls on Skadhi for protection, and tries to quickly build a cage of ice pillars surrounding the tiger. Perhaps that will hold it long enough for her to get away.

Vincent approch from her trying to look like a common beast, not a inteligent one. He continue slowly walking in he direction. Her lovely frame is amazing. Too white... looking so soft and tasty...
A few inchs of distance to her, he stop, feeling a strange coldness over him. The supressors of the islad hold her power, but the effect is the same. Some ice start to appear over his fur, like he's starting to freeze. Vincent shakes his body, trying to get free from that weird "spell".

Aurora slowly steps backwards from the beast as she feels the inhibitors blocking her magick. *Damn it!! Why does my magick never work when I need it here!* she thinks desperately as she notices the ice starting to form on the beast, even as it tries to shake it off.

She concentrates harder.. pushing all of her will and power into the spell, trying to chill the beast.. freeze it.. or at least give herself a little barrier. Her brows furrow in effort, and a slight sheen of sweat runs down her neck, and begins to freeze in a glitter of frost along her cleavage.

The priestess tries to push harder..harder.. until Vincent is nearly close enough for her to reach out and touch. At that point though, her will snaps, and her fear takes over.

With a shriek of terror, she twirls quickly and begins to run wildly into the forest, headless of where she is going - her only thought to try and escape. She runs with a strange, high-stepped run, which causes her robes to fly around her legs, baring the long, well-muscled lengths to her thighs. It may not look typical of a human, but it is surprisingly effective in the snow, as her feet clear the snow with each step, not allowing the precipitation to catch or trip her in her flight.

Vincent finally release himself form the weird ice magic. He don't like that type of cold, and when he notice his prey running, something primal awakes inside him.
It's a hunting! And he can't avoid from this now.
The huge feline start the pursuit, following the running priestess. She's fast. too fast indeed. But Vincent knows how a human can be weak when they need speed. The human stamina never fail, and soon she will need to stop and recover her breath. Vincent found some problems, while she run into the woods. The trees reduce his speed, but he don't loose her from his sight.
He roars, only to bring more fear to the priestess heart.
Fear is always a good way to make a girl resist a little more.

Aurora runs through the snowy woods like a creature meant for that kind of surface. Her movements may look awkward, but they give her a balance through the treacherous surface, and a step light enough to not break the layers of snow under her feet.

She actually puts less effort into her run than it looks, and lasts for longer than Vincent might expect.

Or at least she does until he roars!

For the sound turns Aurora's head, and as she gazes back at the pursuing feline, she momentarily loses sight of watching the ground in front of her - and that mistake is all it takes. The Priestess' foot sinks into the snow, and catches.. and the priestess trips and falls into the snow sliding forward into the surface flat on her face. Frantic to try and continue her escape, she gets to her knees, and tries to crawl and climb to her feet.

Vincent watch his prey run and finally fall on the snow, a few yards away. He smile and accelerate, trying to reach her fast.
The huge creature pounces in the end of the run, and the snow priestess can see that enormous feline flying in her direction. His front paws targeting her shoulders, but he takes attention to maintain his claws retracted, or he will cut her.

In his mind, Vincent still want to make her believe that he is a ordinary animal, not a inteligent beast. After he falls over his prey, the huge cat snarl to her, showing his long sharp dagger-like fangs, bu he don't try to bite her or something else.

Aurora barely manages to get to her knees and turn to look back when Vincent pounces on top of her. The powerful beast slams into her shoulders, and knocks her back into the snowy ground again.

Her eyes are wide with fear.. her breasts heaving with her panicked breaths. The fall has caused the robe to open slightly, revealing more of her generous curves, which are now glistening from the light sheen of snow that clings to her skin from her fall.

The priestess closes her eyes and tries to go still under the huge feline - thinking that maybe if she plays dead, the beast might lose interest and not eat her. But she is not very good at playing dead.. her heart is racing.. her entire body is trembling ever so slightly. And some part of her can't bear to not know what the large cat is doing, so she keeps opening her eyes to peek up and watch, only to clench them tighter when she sees the cat still above her.

The huge feline takes a good look on her. Too beautiful, and well "armed" for a normal student. He put his eyes on her face once gain, while she stay quiet under his body.
Vincent decide to continue with the disguise, and he low his huge muzzle, sniffing on her face. He imagine the terror that will bring to her. Her heartbeats are audible to his keen senses, and he smile from inside.
Soon, the tick and rough tongue of the great cat run over her face two times, and once over her lovely pink lips. He want o play as a "ordinary cat" for a time. The beast don't bite, running his huge face on her chin, like a normal cat can do, purring a little.

The priestess tries to remain still and quiet under the enormous beast that pins her helplessly - but her fear is too great. Little quakes and tremors run through her, as barely restrained sounds of panic squeak from her throat.

She clenches her eyes even tighter as she feels the hot breath against her face as the cat sniffs and nuzzles at her face, before licking her skin. She nearly breaks down and shrieks at that - her heart racing so fast that it feels like it's going to burst in her chest.

But then suddenly the feline begins to rub his face against hers, and purrs. It takes her a moment to realize what the animal is doing -- it's almost like he is MARKING her.. like he would a piece of territory, or a... mate??

No.. it couldn't.. it's just a beast.. surely it's just marking a kill.. to ward off other predators.. right? Aurora shakes her head - growing more and more confused by the cat's behavior. She still tastes of her fear, but that fear has taken on a new tone - although some little part in the back of her mind wonders when she decided that being dinner is actually the LESS frightening fate.

Vincent smell her fear. She will not believe in him anymore.
The feline beast stop licking her and only look into her eyes.

I never found a pristess that attack first and talk later...

He will play another game now. The feline monster sit in the snow, in front of her lovely body, admiring her beautifull frame.

Next time, ask first... or you will let some monster very, very angry with you...
