Background: Ako grew up in the history-rich areas of Kyoto, and has always had a fascination with the past. Her mother died when Ako was 6, leaving her in the care of her father, if you could call it care. He was the CEO of a large shipping conglomerate, and spent much of his time overseas, or at work, leaving Ako with a variety of minders and babysitters. This led to Ako withdrawing herself from society, barricading herself into her room for vast portions of the day. By the age of 10, she had installed 3 different locking systems into her door, and bars over her windows, which now shut out the light due to large black cloths being draped over them.
School was easy for her, in terms of work, but she was very much a social outcast. She sat at the back, working furiously, finishing ahead of her classmates, then staring out of the window for the rest of the lesson. By 12, she was deeply involved with the occult, studying thick tomes filled with incantations and macabre rituals, a few of which she tried. One involved carve a section of a finger out, which gave her the scar. She began experimenting with voodoo and puppetry. She found that she was brilliantly dextrous at carving and manipulating marionettes. Her focus shifted from magic to puppets, but she still retains a pack of tarot cards for old times’ sake. She currently owns at least 30 puppets, all hand-made by herself. She was accepted in Shokushu due to her smarts, and desire to leave her father’s house made it a non-choice.

Psychological Profile: Introverted and shy, but will form strong bonds with those that accept and befriend her. She is quite weird, and talks to her puppets when no-one else is around.

Personality: She loves to wear gothic Lolita style outfits, and making matching ones for her puppets, but isn’t your stereotypical misanthropic Goth. While being shy, she is positively cheerful to her friends.

After reading your bio I have one question. Does she have any doll that resembles her? If so could Seraph use some proper voodoo magic on it and play with it for a bit?

Well... in her first thread, at least the first thread that I've seen in the Dorms, she's dressed a doll in a school uniform. From what I understand of voodoo (at least voodoo in popular fiction), that should be enough.

She should do well here.
