Vincent watch the girl in a chinese dress, walking inn. He smile, following her with his eyes. When he notice the girl walking to the pounch bowl, he smile and waits.
The tall man stay close to the table. He check his uniform and take off his glasses.
When Susan finally stop in front of the pounch bowl, Vincent give a step to her side.

Please! Give me the honor!

He serves a cup of pounch to her, making a compliment with his head. His deep blue eyes are fixed on her own eyes, followed by a gentle smile. he wants to see how much she can hold of the pounch, after his mix a stronger, but a sweet taste liquor in that.

I hope you don't mind with that, milady! A real lady deserves to be served too, don't you think? I'm Vincent! You give me the honor to know your name?

Bala smiled back at her knight. "I would love to tell you of my homeland. Many of our customs are considered quite exotic here... AHHH!!!" His hand on her back surprised Bala. She flushed both from embarrassment from her reaction and from excitement. She smiled again and Iso could feel her body heating up to his touch.

She nuzzles into his chest and shoulder as he asks her to dance. She shows no signs of pulling away from her knight in shining armour. Looking to the dance floor to pick out a spot, Bala is shocked to see that they are already there. Bala tries to hide the fact that she didn't realise that they were moving: she doesn't want her partner to think her a ditz. "I would love to dance", she says, putting a hand on his shoulder.

The way she felt when he put his hand on her back made Bala glad she had eschewed a choli. And he was so gentle that she knew he wouldn't take advantage of her not wearing one. She adjusted her sari so as to make sure she was properly covered. As a result, her sari tightly clung to her chest, the heat of the gym as well as the heat provide by Captain Jefferson gving her a thin layer of sweat.

As they got ready to dance, Bala looked up at her escort and said, "I come from a land that many here call 'Hindustan' or 'India' (*). Is there anything in particular you would like to know?"

Susan had noticed the man in a soldier-esque outfit circulating amongst some of her schoolmates— it was hard to miss him, he had one of the more impressive costumes that still looked human— and hadn't been surprised when he came up to her. While her instinct was to avoid him, she resisted the urge to do so. While it seemed unlikely, it was possible that the rumored men's college existed, and he was actually a student there. Besides, he hadn't tried to do anything to her, and even if he was a monster, he probably wouldn't try anything unless he was able to get her alone. That was a situation she was sure she could avoid entirely.

She smiled as she accepted the cup of punch from him, partly in amusement as his calling her a 'real lady.' She knew that he was probably just staying in character, but anyone who knew her knew just how unladylike she tended to be. To hide the difficulty she'd have keeping a straight face replying in character, she positioned her fan to cover the lower part of her face before responding.

"Thank you, sir. I am called Shuzhen." While her main reason for using her real name instead of her preferred one was that she didn't want to give her preferred name to a possible monster, she reflected that it was actually more in-character here as well.

"Ahh... I think I know the country." Definitely, there was a playful look to his eyes... mischief and delight dancing over his face. "What sort of customs... about dancing? Her excitement and shock fueled his hunger, as well as the tight sensualness of her costume.

"Do you have any dances you like?" A hand came to hers again, several steps bringing him in front of her, a hand to her hip and another on opposite wrist. Pulling her close, but not -too- close yet... looking down at her with a handsome grin. She was short, a number of inches shorter than he, which let him old her so familiarly, gently...

Shuzhen...

Vincent take her hand by her fingers, rising slowly, only to give to her a soft kiss on her hand. He smile, releasing her hand imediatly.

This might be a problem, Susan thought as Vincent kissed her hand lightly. He was probably just keeping in character, but it could be a problem if he thought she was interested in him as anything beyond a way to kill some time. Well, she could deal with that if necessary.

Despite herself, she blushed slightly at his compliment. Well, I suppose I can play along for a while. It's not like any trap could be sprung with this many people around. Besides, it wasn't like she'd seen anyone she knew here. It might help avoid boredom until she could get away, which probably wouldn't be until after the toast. "If you wish, good sir."

The question took her by surprise. "It's a college and finishing school. There may have been a high school here once," I hope not, though, given the monsters, "but I don't believe there's one here now." She took a small drink from her glass; there seemed to be too few teachers and prefects monitoring things for the punch not to have been spiked by now.

Vincent hold a larger smile right now. He imagine how much that girl can handle from the alien liqour in teh pounch. He can wait a little more. He smile to her, maintaining his eyes on her all teh time.

I understand. Our college is big, but this one is amazing! We study in another island college like this one, at one hour in a boat from here.

He take a sip form his own drink. It's good to be tall, he thinks (80.7''). He likes to look down to talk with her. And he likes what he see. Vincent only take a look around, noticing his "partners" working like himself. Maybe he keep this disguise strategy in future hunts.

"Another island. That makes more sense than the rumors that your college is on the other side of this island." She still didn't really believe that he wasn't a disguised monster, but she had missed seeing the illusionary buses that would've made his story seem even more unlikely.

"Maybe, but it's not really as safe as it looks," she said almost without thinking. Why'd I say that? I just hope he doesn't ask what I meant. I really don't want to talk about it with him. She took another sip of her drink to relax, not realizing that Vincent's addition to the punch was partly responsible for her loose tongue. Fortunately for her, he seemed not to notice what she'd said as he continued on.

She blushed lightly again, both at the compliment and at how little thought she'd put into this compared to him. "I... hadn't really thought about it. Really, I probably wouldn't have come here if they hadn't made attendance mandatory. They can be strict about the strangest things here." Probably just to get anyone they feel like in detention. "Still, a Chinese princess sounds like a good role."

I see... a princess is a perfect char for you!

he take another sip of the pounch, ignoring her comment about the problems of the island. He want to make her fall from him right now. The tall tan guy, move his hand, fixing the long hair in his place, only to check the room once again.

Vincent give one step closer to her. His blue eyes fixed in her own eyes, while he take her hand once again. he wan to kiss her right now, but this will bring problems right now... he can wait...

So... the princess can give to this simple soldier, a honor to dance with you?

Bala caught her breath as the charming Captain pulled her close, though she did wish that he would have pulled her just a little closer. Her dark cheeks took on a reddish hue. At similar events in her high school, no boy had come up to her and she had never had enough courage to go up to one of them. She felt weird doing it here, especially since she was operating without the safety net of her friends.

She smiles at Captain Jefferson and stays mostly in character to answer his question. "I like many kinds of dance. One of my favourites is the Kathak style of dance. It is a traditional dance of my land. It usually tells a story about Krishna and Radha."

Bala strikes a Kathak pose, being careful not to let go of his hand or cause his other hand to leave her hip. In fact in order to keep his hand on her hip, Bala moves a little closer to him as she bent her knees and spread her legs for balance, her chest actually brushing against his. She does a couple dance moves, always careful to keep the man close. She stops and brings her feet back together, looking into his eyes and smiling. She says, "but that would be unfair since it would exclude you. Perhaps a more standard waltz or even a typical slow dance the youth of this land seem to prefer?" In straightening up she had increased the distance between them to something more appropriate. As much as she enjoyed waltzes, she hoped he would opt for a slow dance and to hold her tight.

As he stepped closer, she backed up slightly. It seemed he was interested in her far more than she was in him. She took another drink of the punch, aiming to buy herself a little time. He seemed nice enough; she was caught between not wanting to push him away too rudely and not wanting to lead him on.

So... the princess can give to this simple soldier, a honor to dance with you?

Okay, if I play this right, I should be able to end this in character without being too rude. She finished her punch and set the glass aside. "I don't think that a dance should cause any scandal. At least, none beyond the princess's poor ability."

Vincent smile, taking her hand and guiding her to the dancefloor. He maintain the protocol, only waiting to see the effects of his drugged pounch in teh humans of that hall. He smile to her, while he walks at her side, looking to the eyes folloing then.

Milady is calling a lot of attention... i think you have several fans here! I understand why!

He thinks with himself to take easy and wait a little more. His instincts are screaming inside him. He finally guide her to the center of the dancefloor. He hold one of her hand and the other rest in her waist, while he look into her eyes once again. He's not a dancer, but he know what to do, starting to move with her around a few other couples, while the music make his job.

Susan allowed Vincent to lead her onto the dance floor. She was feeling somewhat light-headed, though she wasn't sure why, and it was just easier to let him do so.

She blushed again lightly when he commented about her drawing attention. She'd noticed some of the looks they were receiving. Unfortunately, from her point of view, her 'fans' all seemed to be male, while her schoolmates, who she might have interest in, seemed more likely to be jealous of her at this point.

Not a situation I want to have to deal with again. Still, it might be helpful if I can redirect his attention to one of them after this dance ends.

"You have your share of admirers, too, it seems." That should do for now. I can suggest switching partners later. After I get a better chance to see if I can find a girl who might be interested in me.

She wasn't entirely happy with being in the middle of the floor; it made the pair of them too much like the center of attention for her taste. There wasn't anything she could do about it now, though, so she let him lead in the dance. Fortunately, either his skill at dancing wasn't too far above hers or he was holding back for her sake, and so she was able to keep up without embarrassing herself.
