***WANTED***

Looking for a student to model for a second year graphics project.
No specific requirements, and if you wish facial features can be obscured.
Modelling will involve taking a number of photos in wide range of positions.
All images will be edited before submission.
Will provide a copy of the image at every stage to you.
Willing to discuss compensation for time spent modelling.

When Leriana had been given her next graphics design project she knew that she would need a new model. Her own body was good enough for a first year project ... but with the new year she wanted to be as good as possible for her new art teacher. No doubt he had seen her work from last year, and if she used the same model too much it would grow stale, no matter what she did to it via digital editing. To that end she had typed up and printed out the flier that had been posted up a the various Bulletin boards around the school by a teacher.

Of course it had been days since she had put it up ... and Leriana really had to get started on her assignment if she wanted it to be perfect. But she had gotten no responses to it, and now she was stewing over which of her class mates she could ask to model for her. She had all but forgotten about it, assuming that no-one had been interested in helping her. It figured, she hadn't really proved herself yet, and no-one ever helped her with anything until she had. The only people who had ever been nice to her were teachers, but editing the image of one of them was ... sacrilegious.

Gwendolyn was in no hurry as she came back into her dorm, returning from a light midday jog around the grounds. This lack of urgency was in and of itself an oddity for the British girl, but given recent events...well, she needed a break. She stopped by the vending machines to buy a bottled water, and turned to press her back against the cool plastic as she opened it. Taking a long, luxurious drink of the cold liquid, she paused as she lowered the bottle, her eyes drawn to a flier stapled to the board on the wall across from her.

Hmm? What's all this then? Oh, someone looking for a photography model, mmm? Well Gwennie dear, you've nothing better to do for the day. Why not go and have a look, maybe help the poor girl out with her school work?

Eyes glancing at the room number and name of the resident, Gwendolyn turned and headed up the stairs to her room, intent on taking a quick shower before going anywhere else.

[Later]

She ran her fingers through her still damp hair, collecting the black strands and gently placing an elastic hair tie around them, tightening the band to make a loose ponytail. As it wasn't a class day, she'd opted to abandon the uniform for now, and dug out a casual outfit. A gray button up shirt, short-sleeved, with her family crest on the pocket for a top, and a flowing, ankle length skirt of an olive green color for her bottom. She didn't anticipate doing any nude or provocative modeling, so she had donned the school provided underwear, which, while comfortable, were still simple cotton and rather plain.

A pair of open toed gray slippers later, and she was back out the door, locking it behind her. Pausing a moment to recall the room number, she headed off, higher into the very same building. Not a few minutes later, she arrived, and double checked the number and the name on the plate. Satisfied she had recalled everything correctly, she adjusted her glasses and put on a friendly smile, knocking firmly on the door.

Leriana jumped a little at the knock on her door, but recovered from her shock very quickly. She rose from her desk and opened the door carefully, she had been pranked by her class mates far to often for her to just open the door straight away. But when she didn't recognise the smiling black haired student she opened the door wide.

Leriana smiled warmly at the student, as her eyes took in her rather casual appearance. For her part Leriana was in a school uniform in immaculate condition, as if she had just purchased it from the shop seconds ago. Her hair was loose, but tucked behind her ears.

Hi! I'm Leriana and can I help you with something ...? Leriana's friendly voice trailed off, letting the other student provide her name. Leriana was curious as to why the student had come, having already forgotten about her flier advertising for a model. Still she remained friendly, at least until she got a better idea as to what the student in front of her was like.

Gwendolyn stood silent for a short moment, glancing over the other girl, taking in the school uniform, and its oddly immaculate condition. She glanced back up quickly, her head tilting to one side slightly as she replied, her English accent light and lilting.

"A pleasure to meet you Leriana. I read on the bulletin board that you are in need of a volunteer model for a class assignment? I'd be more than happy to help, if you are still looking. Oh! And where are my manners? Gwendolyn Eudora Holloway, of the Surrey Holloways, at your service. Though you may call me Gwen, if you prefer."

She smiled brightly, dipping in a small, graceful curtsy as she introduced herself. She definitely had an air of aristocracy about her, and to be sure, her manners were near to impeccable.

Leriana's expression became confused for a moment as you mentioned the brochure, but she quickly remembered it and her smile returned, much warmer than before. Thank you so much! I had assumed that no-one was interested and I have been trying to work out who I could approach to model for the past couple of hours. Leriana stepped back into her dorm room to let Gwendolyn enter, holding the door open for her and closing it quietly behind her.

Leriana's dorm room was, like her uniform, immaculate. The floor was spotless, the beds perfectly made. The room looked as if it normally held two people, in fact up until two weeks ago it had. But Leriana's room mate had moved out, and the admin staff had not yet gotten around to moving out the extra furniture. As a result a bed, cupboard and desk sat their, unused. Leriana's desk had a laptop open on it, a concession she had been granted since it had no internet access and since she worked best when she had one.

Leriana moved to the cupboard she used and opened it to get her camera, giving Gwendolyn a glimpse of the fact it was seemingly full of uniforms in the exact condition the one she was wearing was in. Oh where are my manners ... I should probably show you just what I do to images and what stages they go through.

Leriana moved to her laptop, placing the fairly expensive camera on the desk next to it. Typing in a password she quickly pulled up the pride of her work last year, a picture of herself with wings. She quickly cycled through the various stages she had gone through to get the final image, letting Gwendolyn see everything. Including the first photos, which were about 15 images of Leriana in her uniform in various poses.

Her smile widened as recognition flared in the other girl's eyes, and she nodded politely, stepping into the room after being invited.

"I'm happy to be of help then. Especially as I imagine it must be getting close to the deadline soon, mmm?"

As she spoke, she took a slow look around the room, her brows rising at the near-obsessive level of cleanliness. She kept her own room neat and tidy....but this, this was on a whole different level. Her eyebrows rose another notch as she glanced at the closet and saw....nothing but uniforms, each neat, pressed and pristine. Gwendolyn was far too polite to gape at the display, managing to keep a small, affable smile stretched across her lips.

"Ah, yes please. I would like to know what I'm getting into after all."

She chuckled softly as she moved to look over the other girl's shoulder, her mind threatening to take that thought in a different direction entirely, until she ruthlessly stomped it down. Instead, she focused her attention on the rather well made picture of the room's occupant as a celestial figure, the angel wings sending a brief spike of cold fear up her spine, as she recalled a different, much less benign "angel". Again, the stray thoughts were quashed, and she hummed thoughtfully as she looked over the various pictures apparently leading up to the finished work.

"Oh my...that is quite exquisite work. And you need me to model for a different set of pictures, so that you can alter them as you did those?"

That is correct. I could use myself as a model again ... but that raises all sorts of issues and has several limitations on what I can actually do to the image. Having to take photo's of yourself in a specific pose from several different directions is ... interesting. As for the deadline ... I was given the assignment a few days ago, about half a day before I put the notice up. I've only got a couple of months to get this assignment perfect.

Leriana reached for a drawer in her desk and opening it she pulled out a printed page with a pen attached to it. Just a standard artist release form. You can read it if you want. What it boils down to is I can use the images I take however I want and you waive all rights to them and as such can't sue me over you disagreeing how I use them later. Leriana shrugs, looking back apologetically over her shoulder at you. Nothing personal, i was just taught that it is always best to get a signed one of those before doing anything. Ensures I can't get into a lot of trouble later.

Gwendolyn smiled and nodded, her eyebrows twitching slightly near the end of her explanation. Only...a few months? She added a mental note, that the girl was not only a neat freak, she was a perfectionist, which wasn't terribly surprising, really, though the sheer depth of her obsession was a bit startling. Her thoughts were interrupted as Leriana handed her the release form, her eyes instantly focusing on the neat, orderly legalese, and dissecting it. She offered a slight smile to the other girl as she continued speaking, and made a point to read the entire document, not out of a lack of trust, but simply a desire to see how the girl works, as the fine print usually had a lot to say about who was offering it.

After a very short time, she looked back up, a small smirk curling the corner of her mouth.

"Oh, quite understandable. You can never be too careful these days. I trust you won't be using these pictures for anything lewd, yes?"

She began filling out the paperwork, even before Leriana answered, the mental profile she'd built for the girl already telling her enough to know the response. Besides, even if she did, it would at least look tasteful, as her other work displayed. Not like she had a reason to hide her body anymo-. No, none of that.

"There we are. Now, what do you need me to do, exactly?"

The pictures will only be used for this assignment. Guaranteed. I would prefer to keep them on record, but I will ask you before using them for anything else and make sure it is OK. The document was, for a legal document, fairly open and uncomplicated. it pretty much just stated what Leriana said it had. The person signing waived all rights over the images taken by Leriana of her and did not have right to sue over anything Leriana did with those images.

Broad in terms and scope, but it was a fairly standard document for a modelling shot and Leriana's friendly innocent and eager expression helped ward off any fears of being exploited by this document.

When Gwendolyn asked what Leriana needed her to do Leriana beamed at her as she recovered the document and placed it back in the drawer. Well first do you have any preferences for what I should modify your picture to look like? Anything you want added or enhanced?

Everything sounded in order, so far at least. And so long as the pictures were tasteful, well, Gwendolyn didn't mind them being used for other things than the project. She watched the signed documents disappear back into the desk, then straightened slightly as the other girl looked back at her.

"Oh? I get some say in how you are going to alter my pictures then? Hmm, well for starters, I'd very much appreciate nothing to do at all with birds, be it feathered wings or otherwise....can't stand the little vermin. Mmmm, well, perhaps something mythical in theme? Say, turn me into a Greek goddess, or somesuch."

She grinned faintly at the suggestion, her light tone implying she was only partially serious. It would be interesting though, to see herself as one of the storied creatures she did so much research on.

Leriana nods a couple of times to herself, her eyes slightly blank as she worked her way through possibilities for poses using one of the various Greek goddesses. As an idea came she almost giggled but managed to hold it in, although she couldn't help but share it in as serious a manner as she could. We could do an image of Aphrodite ... Leriana managed to hold her serious face for a few seconds before she burst out laughing, her expression changing so that it would be very clear she had been joking.

I'm ... haha ... sorry. I just couldn't resist and the look on your face was amazing. Giggles were interspersed with her words, although she slowly regained control. How about Hera? I think a queen of goddesses would suit you quite nicely Gwen. Unless you have another preference or idea of course...

Gwendolyn's eyebrows rose at the suggestion, a faint blush tinting her cheeks.

"Aphrodite? I do hope you don't plan to make me naked and standing in a shellfish?"

She played along, adding a touch of righteous indignation to her tone, and a stern half glare to her features. As Leriana started laughing, her own expression softened into a wry smile, and she shook her head slowly.

"I've not the figure to pull of the goddess of love in any case, nor the right color hair. Ah, but Hera, now that I can see. Mmmm, I honestly can't think of any other goddesses that would work well, except perhaps Persephone? Though I'm fine with either of the two."

Leriana's face shifted so her expression was a sly smirk as she glanced up at Gwendolyn. Hair colour is one of the easiest things to change, and your figure could be enhanced ... But Hera it is, oh queen. Leriana giggled when she called Gwendolyn a queen, and her hands rapidly tapped on her laptops keyboard as she opened an unmodified picture of herself in a fairly basic pose (Standing upright with her hands by her side). She worked on it for a few minutes, and soon she had, very roughly, modified the image to fit a likeness of Hera on to it.

Obviously that is still a fairly rough image, and I can make the melds a lot more seamless with some time to work on them. But are those modifications the sort of thing you were thinking of, my Queen?

Leriana was all work now, and her expression was serious. The image was good enough that some students would of simply said it would be a finished image, but if one looked closely at the edges of the changes they would be able to see where the two images met. To Leriana that was unacceptable quality.

She tilted her head slightly at the explanation of how easy it is to alter hair color and figure, as she has no idea about how this all works. She much preferred books to computers, though she often found a use for them in her research. Maybe it was the lack of a smell that ruined them for her...She shook her head slightly to clear the errant thoughts, and moved behind Leriana, chuckling softly at her new royal nickname. She bent down slightly to watch over her shoulder as the other girl altered a picture of herself, her brows furrowing as most of the motions were completely lost on her.

"My word...and you can do all of that in that short a time? I'm no expert at such things, but it does seem quite impressive."

She swats Leriana on the shoulder gently, shaking her head with a small smirk.

"They look most excellent, but please drop the 'My Queen' business. I'm barely a noble, and you'll give me a big head."

Leriana turned to face Gwendolyn, her expression serious. But if i don't address you properly my Queen I might get in trouble ... and I'd rather not get in trouble for not calling my queen a queen. Leriana managed to hold her serious expression for a whole three seconds before she burst out laughing.

When she recovered from her laughter she turned to face the spare bed in the room, her eyes considering. How about we get your sprawled across the spare bed, and I'll edit it into a Greek style couch later ... and maybe get you to pose as if you are eating some grapes from a golden bowl ... well unless you can think of a better food of course...

Leriana suggested, her voice not quite there as she half closed her eyes, imagining what the final image could look like and the exact pose she wanted Gwendolyn to be in for it, as well as the various things she could add, or change to make the image work.
