Shokushu High School

Where ravaging tentacles explore the female student body

Shokushu Science Dept 2

The light here is very bright after the dim illumination in the previous room. As you blink your eyes, you gasp with amazement. On all sides of you stand tall cylindrical glass tanks. You see the teacher, still dragging her protesting student, carry on through another door but you linger in this room to examine the tanks.

Just as you thought at first glance, within each cylindrical container floats the nude body of a young female. They all appear to be in their late teens, with well-formed bodies. Bubbles ascend through the fluid in the tanks and you realise that these girls are not dead. Rather they seem to be in some sort of suspended animation. Each face appears to have a rather sad expression and you find yourself wondering if active minds lie behind those blank eyes. You shiver and avert your eyes.

Since each girl is just the age of the students in Shokushu High School, you have a good idea where they may have come from. But you find it hard to believe that vibrant teenagers such as the ones you have seen about the place would willingly agree to such a dismal experiment. Equally, you do not understand how so many girls could disappear from class without anyone asking questions and the vague shape of a sinister shadowy conspiracy forms within your mind. Twisted scenes of innocent young girls made the subject of horrific experiments flit through your uneasy brain. Naked bodies writhing on operating tables and cackling figures leaping about in white coats parade themselves before your inner eye, the product of a life mis-spent watching low-grade horror movies and visiting web sites such as Galaxy of Terror. Recoiling from the dark visions that threaten to swamp your consciousness, your brain teeters on the verge of madness. Crazy thoughts flash through your mind. Should you ask someone to wrap up one of the tubes so you can take it home and convert it to a larva lamp? You realise you are laughing hysterically and the last sane corner of your mind tells you to get out while you still can.
