Nell does not resist when the monster leads her to the desk at the head of the classroom, nor does she betray any feeling about his words until he sets the pen and paper before her. Her eyes widen and she whirls around to face him. "You want me to..." She shook her head involuntarily, clearly frightened by his suggestion for some reason. "I don't want this in writing!"

Everything she had ever read on the subject had discouraged entering into a formal contract with a demon. Therion was exactly the kind of crafty, double-dealing creatures those books cautioned against. She had no doubt he was a better bargainer than she was and she felt certain he would find some way to use a written document against her. She didn't want to give him anything he might use to claim her.

Once more Therion can only be amused by her reactions, she was a clever girl that is for sure but perhaps too paranoid for her own good. With a sigh he reaches for the paper and tears it in half before tossing it aside. She really was going to make this difficult for him but then again she would be worth the price and besides, it was fun to torment her alittle.

"Each time I try to make it easy you refuse. Very well, how do you propose we make this arrangement? Since you seem to be an... expert upon my kind."

To pass the time while he awaits her decision, one of his hands slowly wraps around her waist before raising upward to grip one of her breasts in his hand. His talon like fingers squeeze the surface as he amuses himself by toying with the sensitive flesh. Every so often his thumb would brush over the surface of her nipple, never directly touching it for anything longer then a few seconds but enough to let her know.

"If you delay I will have to start taking some of my payment early. A demon can only resist for so long..."

Nell frowned again and indignation quelled some of her fear. "If you want me to feel like I'm not being cheated then don't rush me. I won't be tricked into making another rash deal with you." She grew annoyed by the distraction of his talons teasing her breast and turned back to face the desk again. She stared at the torn sleet of paper and tried to think. "I don't trust you but I believe you will keep your bargains once you strike them. I'm also certain you will try to do everything in your power to manipulate the deal so that you are getting the better end of the stick. Which is why I'd prefer making a verbal agreement with you, so there can be not clever loophole written the fine print that you can use to make me your slave."

"And..." She glanced back at him. "I want to discuss prices first before I decide what I want in exchange for... My obedience. I'm still not even sure you have anything to trade. I'm certain the thing I want most that you could grant me would be far more expensive than I'm willing to pay. So, I need to ask you some questions before I decide anything."

Therion was all too much enjoying her dilemma as she struggled to find some scenario where she didn't come out of this empty handed. For the moment he was quick happy to give her time while his hand tends to her breast. His fingertips pressing into the surface as he ever so slowly applies further pressure to squeeze the sensitive flesh only to release and grip it again once it returns to its natural state. The way he toys with her flesh suggests she was little more then a form of entertainment for him now, toying with her body as if it were a mere object for him to do what he wishes with.

"I am flattered that you think so highly of me. I truly must have left quite an impression if your so afraid of being tricked and held captive. Very well, ask your questions and I shall answer them depending on what they are. Remember I am bound by laws here too..."

His hand finally releases her breast before it begins to slide down along her smooth flesh, exploring every curve before reaching around to graze softly over her rear. With a smirk he suddenly grips her ass and gives it a sharp squeeze as if to remind her of how their last two encounters went.

Nell sighed and tried to ignore the demon's wondering hands. She had to try and make the best deal out of this because she had no doubt that Therion would use her thoroughly. But what could she get out of him that might make it worth it? She had been completely thrown over with the last deal. The stupid book was completely useless to her... unless... "You said the book was bespelled to make the spells within it backfire. Could you remove the enchantment that prevents me from using the spells properly? And how much would that cost me?"

In truth Therion had expected this, Nell wanted a weapon to use against them but he doubted she held the power to cast the more deadly spells. The campus would never allow any who held that sort of power. Still he needed to play it up, to make it seem far more valuable then a few helpful spells that might prolong her eventual capture at the hands of whatever monster hunts her next. He breathes in slowly as if to give the moment a dramatic silence before he answers.

"You wish for me to arm you with the very thing you hope to use against me and my brethren? That will cost you... I can do such a thing but only after I have my fun. I don't trust that you won't try to use them against me. But to be fair, you may pick a simple spell that backfired on you before and I shall unlock it for you. Then you can test and see if it works or not. My price is simple, you shall submit for one night until I am satisfied."

Releasing her flesh for the moment, he places the book down before her once more before he awaits her to select a spell. Since she only used harmless ones before he has little fear of it. Even her light spell will only annoy him further and perhaps ruin her chances of a deal.

His reply had been better than she had expected. She thought it would have been more of a challenge to get him to agree to unlock the spell book. The fact that he had capitulated so easily made her more suspicious. She took a minute to analyze everything he had just said, looking for the trick in his words but she could not find one. She didn't like the idea of waiting for him to unlock the book but he had offered her one spell to test out before he took his payment. It was highly likely that the bigger offensive spells in the book would not work for her but if the defensive ones did it would be worth it. He would undoubtedly toy with her all night regardless so she was sacrificing nothing but her pride and she had very little of that left anyway.

Still, she should try to haggle so it didn't sound like she was giving in too quickly. "'For one night until you are satisfied' is a little vague..." She began as she turned to the spell book and started flipping through the pages to find the spell she wanted. "It implies that if I don't 'satisfy' you completely then you don't have to pony up to your end of the agreement. How about we add an 'or' in there just to make it safer. I will submit to you for one night or until you are satisfied?" It was obvious which of those two would come first. She found the teleportation spell and turned it toward the demon, determined to get the spell she wanted if nothing else. "This is the spell of like to test."
