Distinguishing features: In lieu of hair, K'qalri have six head tentacles. Slick's are about chest length, with hints of a thin webbing between them. Six more, three on each side, line her spine. The topmost pair is close to 6' long fully stretched out, the second 4', and the bottommost, just above her bottom, is 3'. She has three fingers and a thumb on each hand, each digit tipped with a suction cup. Bioluminescent patterns line her face, flashing signals intelligible only to other k'qalri. Her features are humanoid, with a small, broad nose, full lips, and large eyes.

History: V'kshi-iqtur's egg was mistakenly sold as a curious gem -- K'qualri eggs can remain hard and preserved for years until hatching conditions are appropriate. Once she hatched she was promptly sold into slavery to recoup the loss she incurred by not being a jewel. She was bought by a crooked pawnbroker as a slave-of-all-work, which meant that over the course of her hard-worked childhood she picked up many of the finer points of how to lie, cheat, and steal. Well, her owner kicked it a few years back, and she made a run for it rather than be put back up for auction. She's been running ever since.

Motivation: Survival, looking out for herself first.
Special Attributes: As previously noted, Slick can alter her skin tone at will. She can breathe both underwater and on land, and is extremely flexible. In addition to bein double-jointed, her skeleton is cartaliginous and collapsible, allowing her to fit through much smaller spaces than a human of equal size. (By the same token, this makes certain parts of her anatomy extremely elastic.) Poisonous if swallowed. Sees in ultraviolet.
