My interview with Leilah Evangeline was, in my view, indicative of gross impudence on Ms. Evangeline's part. She refused to acknowledge my rank whatsoever, and consistently displayed mannerisms out of keeping with the professional atmosphere of my office. Like playing with my hair? I would have stopped if you'd asked, but you just kept watching and watching instead. She seemed... indolent during our interview, always stretching, and rarely gave anything but suggestive answers. Because doing yoga in my spare time is the most suggestive possible pastime, I suppose. [Pause. Sounds of breathing.]

Official sources report that Ms. Evangeline had no experience with the irregular denizens at Shokushu, and thus does not suffer from any form of CPT [Chronic Psychosexual Trauma], but her flagrant...sensualism during official business is, in my opinion, likely to trigger episodes in the inevitable event that she is assigned to work with an agent who does suffer from CPT. I'm going to be frank and to-the-point here; I don't think the Revised DSM sufficiently describes Agent Evangeline's psychological makeup. I'm at something of a loss. I realize that in-depth psychological investigation of the sort necessary to glean a comprehensive profile on somebody is neither condoned in my capacity or strictly necessary for the purpose of assembling a dossier, but in this case I have no doubt that a cursory report will only provide misleading information at best. Since my speculations will likely be disregarded in any case I will include them among my initial findings. Good for you Dr. Voskoboynikov. I hope you read this someday.
Dr. Leilah Evangeline is an extroverted individual with a strongly developed internal locus of identity, facts which are supported by the gamut of tests I ran her through. Results of the tests are attached. Neither of these facts are immediately apparent however because of her highly public tendency to immerse herself into her work to the exclusion of social interaction. A personality assessment would characterize Agent Evangeline as schizotypal. Technically speaking this is true according to the Re-DSM. My attempts to discredit the personality disorder categories are documented and are officially deemed refuted, sheerly because your findings are annoying to the established brass but the Re-DSM does not account for the Agent's idiosyncrasies. The 'magical thinking' she displays is the result of certain advanced understandings I'm flattered in her field of study, I am convinced. Moreover, all records after her induction into the ADD portray Agent Evangeline as especially disciplined and conventional in her methodology. I have to make this clear: AGENT LEILAH EVANGELINE DOES NOT OBEY ORDERS. The appearance of obedience is, I strongly suspect, a consequence of the greater overall experience and resources of the ADD. As she begins to surpass the Agency's scientific attainments in her field, and I have no doubt she will, I predict that she will become insubordinate. I do not have good evidence at this time to support such a conclusion, but I have developed techniques for ascertaining an individual's sensitivity to social sanctions, and she is all but impervious. It is imperative that this Agent not be allowed a security clearance or receive officer's ranks if her capabilities are to be contained. Again, I urge my superiors to forward me the funding to finish developing my theories so that I can validate my assertions. Here was someone with some actual insight. It's criminal that this kind of talent is so chronically misappropriated.

Evaluation of Lieutenant Major Louis Electra, Director of Personnel Administration:
Standardized tests show Dr. Leilah Evangeline to possess extraordinary capabilities in scientific reasoning, savant-like in fact. I have read the misgivings of previous psychologists and find them to be spurious. Dr. Voskoboynikov's ludicrous ramblings are particularly irrelevant given her record of frequent reprimands and breaches of bureaucratic protocol. My personal observations have been that Dr. Evangeline is a model scientist who follows given procedure with exacting care. Her discoveries in her first year of recruitment alone are highly valuable.
Introverted, ambitious, lacking any noticeable psychological distress (no phobias, no manias, no CPT), the Agent is a prime candidate for operations that require extreme mental fortitude and technical expertise. Therefore I am recommending Agent Leilah Evangeline for immediate promotion to the rank of Lieutenant, as well as training courses in reconnaissance and counter-intelligence. No career-track, since her primary value lies in research, but in the future it might prove useful to tap agents of her potential for the sake of espionage. Since Leilah Evangeline possesses information of critical importance to the Directorate the use of lethal force is not advised; capture if possible. If capture proves untenable, or if enemy forces attempt to obtain her, then command assets in the field are authorized to destroy Leilah Evangeline to prevent the transfer of this critical data. This sort of thing is why the Directorate has so many 'enemies' in the first place.

--Lieutenant Jane Carpenter--Yeah, I don't know if command has been keeping current on the last generation of personnel profiles but I've noticed some irregular text in the body of this one. It looks like the subject of this profile must have hacked into it at some point before she deserted, judging from all the commentary. I'd say the security of this document is probably compromised, though I can't be sure until I get some computer techs to look it over.
