"Madame." he bowed slightly. "Lettie?" His voice dropped with the name. She was still in full view of Clubs and Diamonds who watched from across the room at her as this man dipped his head slightly at her.

Lettie was wary of the man approaching her up until he leaned down and whispered her name. Alarmed, she took a step away from him and regarded his face for a moment trying to determine whether he was familiar to her. It was hard to tell with the mask. "I beg your pardon but do I know you, sir?"

His lower jaw was visible but not much else. She could tell he was caucasion and he had a distinct English accent but that was all she could tell at the moment.

"Oh, we know each other very well." He handed her a slip of paper, then still speaking in low tones "Master has taken an interest in you, we may achieve our goals sooner rather than later, but the next assignment is there."

What he meant by that he did not explain as already he was turning to go without so much as an introduction.

Lettie didn't know quite what to make of this encounter. It hadn't been what she'd been expecting at all. She'd thought for a moment that she was about to finally get some answers but now she only had more questions. Who was that man who'd just spoken with her and how did he know her and who was this "Master" he'd spoken of. She looked down at the note the man had pressed into her hand and thought of the other things he had said. That part had been almost more cryptic than the first bit. Who did this man represent and what were these goals they expected to be achieved soon? And were these goals her goals as well? He way he had said it made her unsure.

"The next assignment is there?" She echoed and did a slow turn to look around the room as though expecting this mysterious "Master" to suddenly appear there. But the only ones who stood out to her were the "Jack" watching over her. She wondered if she should alert them to what had just taken place. This man who supposedly knew her could be working for their murderer after all. She looked and the slip of paper in her hand again and unfold it to see what message was written on it. She'd decide what to do after she'd read it thoroughly.

Beneath the name an address was scralled Though there were many questions that she had and it was Aegir's intention to make things a little unclear with the scene. Mater? Assignment? Nell felt thoroughly frustrated now. "I can hardly tell you, Sir, because I do not understand it myself but I think you should have someone sent to this address immediately." She handed the Spaniard the note she had received with the other Harper woman's name and address on it. "I don't know who this woman is but I have reason to believe she might be in danger. She is either related to me or the last murder victim or she might even be the next target herself. Detective Sullivan told me there had been other murders. Were the other victims named Harper as well?"

"Perhaps the latest victim. They were all killed in the later hours two, I believe 11 was the earliest though the bulk were killed near midnight. Yes, there were three others before last night's all Harper's" He folded up the piece of paper and tucked it into his shoe since he had no pockets with this custom.

"But we still have plenty of time to check into matters, it's barely past seven now senioritta." He took her by the arm as if he were going to lead her from the rest room then twisted her arm behind her as he moved in behind her, his lips setting down on her neck.
