"Wizard!" Kirsty knelt down to be more level with the gnome. "What wizard? Do you know his name? What does he look like??" It had to be Kevin. What were the chances there was another "wizard" bungling around these parts.

She knelt and he appraised her, then he glanced at Harold and back too her. Too bad he couldn't use some of his shrinking tonic on her, he'd like to …

He dismissed that thought though he wondered why she was so interested in the wizard. He pondered that issue for a moment then responded to her question with a statement of his own.

“Alright, I'll tell you for a price. One kiss, here.” He pointed to a cheek, took out a handkerchief and wiped the spot clean incase their was any filth there that he was unaware of. “Deal?”

Kirsty raised a brow at the little man. "A kiss?" Oh sure, it sounded harmless enough but gnomes were fae and fae were tricky little bastards. That being said, she'd never actually heard of gnomes doing anything bastardly... Except in Harry Potter. Of course, Zoot did look like a Harry Potter gnome so it was probably safe. Besides, it only a dream, right? What was the worst that could happen. "Fine, one kiss on the cheek for the wizards name, if you know it and his description." She confirmed the terms of their bargain. If the gnome confirmed this she was lean in and try to give him a quick peck on the cheek.

The information was confirmed. He tell her for a peak of the cheek and after she did so he nodded and smiled. Well, it was always nice getting kissed by a pretty girl even if it meant that nothing was going to happen. He was quiet old for a gnome although he night not have looked it.

“Hm, I forgot ...” he grinned then laughed a little. “Just kidding, couldn't resist. I don't know his name exactly but he was wearing funny clothes like you, was about … well add my height to yours I think to get thr right size, it's pretty tough for me to gauge it.

“Glasses, though he only seemed to put them on when he was looking at various scrolls. Brown hair, I guess you would say a slim build … anyway he asked if I could get something for him, the falcon stole it and dropped it down the hole he sad after he hit it with a rock … he's giving me and my brother this lovely new green rug about yeah big.” He indicated a size larger than him. “About this wide too so it will make an excellent runner to replace the tattered one that we have.”

It sounded as if he were describing Kevin, reading glasses, slight build and height …

“Oh, and he has greeen eyes, don;t know if that helps ...”

Kirsty smiled at the description the gnome gave her. "That's my Kevin, alright!" Then the little man mentioned a rug the wizard had promised him and she wonder what on earth... Then it struck her and she started to laugh. "He offered you a handsome green rug did he. I suppose it had a man's face on one side of it and some strange writing." She chuckled. Kevin had seriously tried to give these creature's human money as trade. He was lucky they'd needed a new rug.

She stopped laughing and rose to her feet, looking around for some sign of the man in question. "Is he still in the area? I need to find him."

She laughed and Zoot smiled, not really sure why she was laughing but it was infectious. She was right about the rug, well it was more of a mat but he nodded.

“Yeah, it had a funny man's portrait on it and the reverse image was a temple of some sort which is probably the side we'll use.”

A five? Kevin offered up five bucks to the gnomes to do this little favor.

“I don't know where he is now, he's probably back at the village that way. We were suppose to retrieve the lost object then return it to him in the morning or the next day if we weren't able to get it to him in time. I guess you want to know where we are to meet him next, pretty lady?”

He turned his cheek towards her and pointed, though without kissing him again she could narrow it down to the nearest village perhaps.

Kirsty laughed again. "Yes, I agree the side with the temple is the prettier side." Her amusement vanquished all dark thoughts of Earthquakes and aliens. She didn't even mind when the sneaky little man tried to con another kiss out of her. She bent down again, her eyes glittering with mirth. "Another kiss for the location, huh? I'll tell you what. I'll give you two kisses if you agree to show us the way there. You have to go back there in the morning anyway to give him back the object he lost, right?"

She turned to peer over her shoulder at Harold. "The cave in should have eliminated our... other problem, right? So we could camp here tonight and head out with Zoot and his brother tomorrow, couldn't we? Or you could head back to your village if you wanted too." She didn't think Harold would want to leave her at this juncture but she didn't want to make assumptions either. He did have a sick child back at home. She waited until he replied before turning back to Zoot. "Well, what do you say? Do we have a deal?"

If she were only a gnome, or smaller even, the things he would do to her. Luscious long legs, a pretty face … he colored catching himself with such erotic thoughts when she offered two kisses to show her the way. He figured it would have been easy enough for her to find but he wasn't going to agrue with that, two kisses it was. He readily agreed.

When Kristy looked back at Harold he seemed concerned, not for the danger they could be in here for he had encountered Zoot and his skitterish brother in the past several times but he was probably thinking of his sick child. It would have taken him awhile to get back to the village anyway so there was only going to be a net difference of a few hours either way.

Despite his behavior below ground he was still a gentleman, well sort of. He could not leave her by herself in good conscience.

“... they can't stray too far from the ships any how and even if they could it is impossible for them now. I'll stay the night and see you to the village as agreed though once we find the wizard I have to part company with you and head back.”

Zoot cleared his thoat getting her attention. “Deal,” he professed again presenting his cheek to her again. Hopefully the darker elements of the dream had passed now that she had been on the surface … hopefully ...

Kirsty smiled, Harold was staying and now, with two tiny chaperones, he couldn't possibly try something inappropriate again. Right? Without hesitation she gave Zoot his two kisses and then moved to peer down the hole Kevin had apparently lost something in. "How deep down does this thing go?" She wondered if she should offer to help them. Of course, if the hole was very deep she wouldn't be able to. Her arm was only so long and she doubted very much she'd be able to fit any other part of her body down there. She wondered what Kevin had dropped down there...

Wasn't that the case? Or were the gnomes just as bad but right now she wasn't size appropriate so the possibility wasn't there. Nell knew first hand how the gnomes were and whether or not he had them behave in the same way or just used their avatar and changed it for the scenario was something she may (or may not) find out.

Now the only thing about camping out here was that they had little in the ways of supplies for it. Sure Harold had a bunch of things to get through the caves but a tent wasn't something he had packed yp. He had a blanket though and that could be draped over two separte bushes to shield them if ift rained though he looked to the heavens and it seemed as if they would be spared that at least so maybe they would use it to keep warm. He had but the one blanket though and he wasn't opposed to sharing.

“Hm, you don't have to camp out here. There are wolves ...” Whether or not he was being truthful about that was something that he didn't reveal. The gnome looked up at her then called to his brother who was nearby watching concealed in the bushes he ran into.

“Flan, do we have anymore of that draught mixed?”

“I think so.”

Zoot turned to her then. “If you wish the two of you are welcome to stay with us.”

"That's sweet of you to offer, Zoot." Kirsty shot him a sweet smile. "But I doubt we'll be able to fit in your place." She gave the single blanket a forlorned look and sighed. She could pretend they'd brought a tent along though willing something like that into being could be tricky. She hadn't been camping in ages so it might be harder for her to remember how they were set up. It could get complicated...

Aegir had sensed her desire for a tent of course, and while he had not been tampering too much, nor resisting her ability to control dreams she seriously doubt that she had the ability to draw upon the imagery to construct the tent.

“We have a magical draught that we maintain from time to time we do entertain larger guests that need to consume the draught first, the agent is a shrinking agent. We even have several guests rooms set up given the parties that we throw and the need for having them in case some of the guests drink too much and can't make it home or end up passing out.”

Kirsty turned back to Zoot with raised brows. "Gnomes have drinking parties?" What a strange idea. Still, it was a relief to think they wouldn't have to sleep outside tonight. "How long does the draught last though. Will it wear off by the morning?" She asked cautiously. She may not have Nell's experience with gnomish potions but she at least knew it was wiser to to ask questions before consuming a faery drink. "It doesn't have any negative side effects, does it? I've heard Fae food and drink could have a funny effect on humans." Namely making them addicted to it, she thought though it seemed rude to voice such suspicions.

Zoot thought for a moment. “Several hours, we have other draughts that neutralize it's effects though. Others that even make us larger though we're out of those if SOMEBODY didn't drop the tray with all the patches.” He looked towards his brother than back at her.

“No side effects from the druaghts but some from other things, there are certain drinks that don't work so well with humans having adverse effects or working in different ways but other than that you wouldn't have to worry and any rations you might have on you will shrink down as well.”

He was hoping that they had some of the draught left to shrink Kristy to a more manageable size, perhaps she'd wanna … well he dismissed the thought for now, turning his attention back to the possibilities, there was still the chance she'd pass up on the offered hospitality or that they wouldn't have any of the shrinking potions left though for convience of some of their guests since they never knew when someone was going to call on them they usually had a few of those made and ready.

"Well, as long as you have enough for the both of us." She turned back to Harold. "You're not opposed are you? It beats sleeping out doors, right?" She didn't want to drink the draught if Harold didn't. Zoot had proofed far too flirtation when she was ten times too big for him. She didn't trust herself alone with him when they were the same size. She hoped Harold's desire for her and Zoot's attraction would cause them both to try to keep each other off her for the night. Flitwick was an unknown factor. She looked to the second gnome and smiled. "You are, Flitwick, right? It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Kirsty."
