That's what it sounds like they're doing from this article. We have been hearing that the ISP's will have to contact us and ask one way or the other, instead of it being a opt-in though - at the moment though no-one is entirely sure what the hell is going on, It came out of the blue with what feels like no lead up at all! Re: Britan banning porn? My suspicion with the ISP request to toggle it "Off" is to narrow out and create a big brother environment so they can index and track illicit content uploaders, but as the old saying goes: "With every lock, there's always a key." No matter how deep the encryptions are.
