Background: Sandy is from a powerful political family. When she left high-school, she started to become more socially aware and more outspoken. Her family sent her to Shokushu to get her out of the way and make sure she didn't cause any trouble.

Psychological Profile: Due to her small stature and outlandish curves, Sandy frequently feels as though others are putting her down or ignoring her. To compensate, she is a very outspoken young woman, who is quick to raise her voice if she feels challenged or threatened. She is quite intelligent, although her skills tend to be more bookish and esoteric, rather than practical. She hasn't had to live on her own much in life, and still has a lot to learn about the world. She almost always has a frown on her face - she is usually dwelling on something that is making her unhappy.

Personality: Sandy can come off as rude and arrogant, and she is, to a certain extent. She is much more naive then she would admit to herself. She is prone to overconfidence and an unwillingness to ask for help.
