"Since you asked so nice, I will," Steel said with a soft chuckle. "Let me know when you change your mind." The chuckle built briefly into a laugh.

The warm hands slid away with that laughter into the darkness, then faded into a final, terrible silence. Nothing moved around Hinata. The air itself seemed to go still and slowly chill, especially over her bare skin. Absolute nothingness pressed slowly in on the student, whether she stumbled about or not, and absolutely no walls appeared to give her guidance back towards a door and some slim hope of escape.

Hinata stumbled forward when the hands left her and felt those walls fall away around her, making the girl whimper in pitiful defeat, shifting about her blackened surroundings are as she turned about. Eyes unable to focus on anything, she felt sick to her stomach, tugging at her cloth bonds. Fear returned all at once, and yet it remained tainted by an odd relief to the solitude. Tugging at her bonds one last time, the girl took a careful step into one direction. Making her way to where she hoped that she'd contact a solid wall.

The young woman found something soft and cold before she found a wall. "I thought you wanted me to leave you alone," the gray woman hissed into Hinata's ear. Suddenly, Steel was gone, leaving the student once more alone in the darkness.

"Try again. See if you can find what you seek," the voice came again, though from where the young woman couldn't tell. At her back, feet shuffled slightly, and to her right something clicked higher up as it moved towards the ceiling.
