Mizuho slammed a girl against the wall, she was pissed beyond words. This was no time for this shit, ripping up the detention slip and chunking it on the ground she opend the door to the basement and headed down. Lighting a cig as she went, blowing smoke after each 5 steps. Her long link hair flowed down over the back of her jacket as she came to the end of the line. "HEY BITCH ARE YOU HERE? LETS GET THIS SHIT OVER WITH I AINT GOT ALL DAY!"

Yellow eyes shone in the darkness as they swiveled to meet the pink-haired woman's. "That is no tone to take with me, young lady." If the girl didn't want to dance about the issue, Steel saw no reason make her. She appeared from the shadows along the passage and snarled slightly at the latest soft creature to be sent her way. Ten seconds in and the anger was reflecting off the gray woman. This would be a treat.
"Put that damned thing out and get down here. You're not the only one with a schedule to keep," she said, pausing to let a grin creep over her lips. "Bitch."

Mizuho took a long drag and then flicked the cig against the wall nearby, she walked over to the woman and blew smoke in her face. "your def one old hag woman......must get lonely being kept down her with only your ugly to keep you company" Mizuho smirked, then narrowed her eyes. "i dont have time for this shit....sign the a fucking return slip and ill be on my way"

Steel's calm exterior broke like a dam. This stupid, insolent whelp had no respect in her. She'd change that shortly. Her eyes glimmered towards pure yellow, losing their green tint, as strong hands shot out towards Mizuho's throat. Unrestrained, a dozen living chains shredded their way through the heavy vest at her back and writhed furiously against the air, briefly striking the walls and ceiling with sharp cracks.
"I'll sign it in your blood!" she yelled, eyes wide with rage.

Mizu gasped caught off guard, she reached up grasping the stronger hands holding her throat. suddenly she felt her jacket become ripped apart as chains wrapped around her fram yanking her arms away and high above her. "GET...YOU ACKGUH....FUCKING HANDS...OOOF ME!" She choked and coughed as the woman had a vice like grip on her, legs lifted off the ground to kick about madly.

The chains secured themselves tightly over the girl as she was held aloft. One length of the cold metal bound tight at her wrists and pulled her off the ground by them as two others each grabbed for an ankle to spread Mizu's legs. The others swirled and lashed the air around the pink-haired woman and ripped the remnants of her outer clothing away to leave her in naught but bra and panties. A dark, cruel grin crossed gray lips as she caught the first hint of fear in the girl.
"As you wish," she said. The hands unwrapped from her soft throat and slid quickly away. In a flash, one was back at the skin and sliding through it like air. Only the faintest tingle signalled its presence at first as the palm flattened within Mizu's windpipe. Suddenly, it solidified carefully to cut off her air without harming her otherwise.

Mizuho's eyes went wide, she coughed out spitting saliva out of her mouth. She cried out in pain, having a hardcore blow landed to her. The girl hung there limply, gasping for breath. Hands clutched chains hard, body shivering from the inhuman torture that was befalling her. "sttttttttopppp!"

The writhing chains stilled and fell away from the woman. The three bearing her aloft tightened slightly and stiffened in place to hold her as motionless as possible. The hand within her throat, however, flickered in and out of existence at measured intervals to strangle her effortlessly until her throat burned, then vanish long enough for a few ragged breaths, before solidifying again.
"Stop? We haven't even gotten started. Beg and maybe we can move on to the next stage of your punishment, bitch," said the gray woman. The anger was ebbing slightly from her eyes to be replaced by sadistic glee.

Mizuho managed to speak, she gagged for air. "f...f...fuck...y..ou!" Her throat burned and ached, she pulled at the chains that held her in place, managing to only move slightly before she was held still completely. Her mind raced at all the ways she was going to get back at this bitch for insulting her this way nobody fucked with mizu and walked away unharmed.

"Maybe later, dear, maybe later." The hand snatched back and reformed in the air before Mizu's face, then snapped hard across her cheek. The chains pulled suddenly hard at the pink-haired woman as if trying to rip her apart, though they stilled before anything was wounded. With her prey stretched wide on the makeshift rack, Steel reached into her vest and drew out a heavy black flogger.

Mizuho glared at the woman, then eyed the flogger that appeared in her hand. "fuck you bitch!" The girl screamed, she began thrashing harder refusing to give into this wench. Her legs tried their best to kick out at the monster but nothing moved.

"Stupid whore. Save your energy for screaming." The heavy bands of the device smashed into the pink-haired woman's hip and slid past smoothly. The turned and came back harder against her other side. With each blow, the chains briefly loosened slightly to allow the force to sway Mizu in her bonds. Those alien eyes glimmered in the low light with sadistic hunger as they watched the woman's response.
