Background: Growing up in a wealthy, safe environment with parents who would pay for the highest ranked private schools around, Ally had little to complain about. Except for maybe not having her parents attention whatsoever. They merely surrounded her in wealth and thought that material possessions would help her leave them alone. And for awhile it worked and Ally accepted it for the first ten years of her life. But it began to decline when she became aware she had no one to talk to.

A year later she was introduced to her cousin, Clarice. She was probably the only one she could play and relate to. But her living hours away and only being able to visit maybe ocne a year, it was easy to still feel lonely.

When she entered middle school, on the first day, she found a peculiar sight behind the bleachers. A girl was playing around with red chalk and was drawing some things on the concrete. Talking with her, she found out they were some sort’ve summoning patterns. Not finding harm in it, she played witchcraft with the other girl all the way to her 12th grade year.

She caused all sorts of havoc with her parents and certainly got her attention then. It was the final incident of blowing up a support beam for, thankfully, an empty stand of bleachers and sent it crumbling down. Her parents became furious and shipped her off without a moment's thought. Finishing school seemed like the best option and that's where her transaction to Shokushu came in. On the next plane ride, she bid farewell to her only friend that had taught her some forms of magic and was thus brought here.

Personality: Because of her lack of friends and parents, it wouldn’t be surprising to know she has little to no social skills and prefers it that way. And her personality doesn’t help her much. Its easy to describe her as having a two dimensional personality.


She is very headstrong and quick to get excited depending on what is brought forth. She’s very passionate, it doesn’t matter if she is angry, happy, or sorrowful, she feels it with everything in her. There's only that slight way she puts words that sets her apart from many.

Its not shyness that keeps her quiet and a woman of little words. She prefers to keep things to herself is all, to try and fully concentrate on learning her magical abilities. But its been a blunder even with peace. She sometimes gets sucked into her own little world if things are calm. Which of course makes it extremely hard to talk to because its probably like talking to a brick wall.

Despite being emotionally alone for her entire life, she longs to have friends. Her personality may contradict such a soft hearted desire, but its something she has seen with most people around. But its hard for her to let herself get close to anything with sense. She doesn’t trust an innocent face until she witnesses its motives or intentions. She will try to restrain herself of her emotions if she wants to, but it will eventually overcome her if she is continuously provoked. She’ll be cold, rude, venomous, and uncaring. Its mostly built up from resentment for her parents and having all that built up rage inside. Thank her father for that.

She has an unbelievable soft side, but its been pushed aside as to protect herself from anymore rejection. Her soft side consists of three main emotions you won’t find anywhere else in her: Sympathy, loneliness, and a rather bubbly state of jokes and laughter that has been hidden deep within her subconscious.

Miscellaneous: Her magic goes as far as being able to channel only a little but if she pushes to far it goes out of control. With no tome, no teacher, and no idea how to control her magic, it becomes a depressing thought that she’s playing Rushing Roulette.
Magic? A storm would some up her powers. Following her friend’s example she practices darker arts of magic and has come so far as to make ice appear on any surface but little in quantity. She know one or two basic attack forms that if not fully concentrated on hit, but also backfire on her as well.

She has an enormous pack of mana inside of her but with the little control she knows these attacks are the practical force of pure mana coming out. But she is not aware of it at all and knows little of mana itself. She knows she needs to find some form of support to learn what she needs to know before she accidently blows someone away. But at least what she lacks in actual power she makes up for in understanding and intelligence.

I first read her name as "allumette," which means "match" to all you non-francophones out there. This amuses me muchly. Welcome to Shokushu.
