Background: Was born in Germany, but her parents moved with her to france when she was very young, and became citizens there. They already knew French because they had studied it in college. They raised her speaking both French and German so she learned both languages, and learned them well, and faster than normal. She picked up dome Italian from a neighbor family and decided to learn more languages. She started with Italian because of her neighbors, then Russian because she was simply interested in it. She came to school in Shokusho to learn more languages in the middle of her English course, so she's still learning English.

Your bio looks pretty good so far. Psychological profile would be any neuroses, compulsions, things like that (i.e. if the beading is such an intense compulsion that Inoci is known to collect anything that she thinks might make a nice bead, up to and including a sort of kleptomania).
